Tim Hortons in Antrim

Just had our first Tim Hortons breakfast muffin with bacon & cheese & a hash brown. It definitely won’t be our last. We were very impressed with all of it will be back for more (obviously not today ) & to try the burgers. The muffin was very good as was the thick cut bacon 🤤. Hash brown was also good if a little floppy but a quick turn in the air fryer sorted that out & it was wonderfully crisp in the outside & fluffy inside 😋. To cap it off they also do a nice brew 😌. We used to enjoy a Micky D’s but after today we’re both definitely Timmy H fans now 👍

The service is a little slow but the staff are very kind and there never is a big queue. I wish it was easier to pick from the menu as I always get stuck!

Awful, used to be nice but now something's always missing and too much syrup in hot drinks and overcooked or undercooked food. Avoid.

Lovely staff, very clean and modern. Would give 5 stars but the place was very cold to sit in and the lattice fries were lukewarm. Chicken stack was nice and warm and tasted amazing.

I visit Antrim Tims and Ballymena very regular . Each time staff are so friendly , kind and so helpful . Everytime our food has been so lovely , tasty and warm 😊😊😊

Updating my last review was in this place today and very disappointed with the place there was flies in the doughnut display cabinet walking all over the doughnuts I only had a coffee and hubby just had tea not nice at all.

Food was warm at best. Coffee was disgusting and the only. Bo. Us was it was nice and quiet.

The coffee here is exceptional,, they offer a selection of delicious doughnuts that pair perfectly with their drinks. It's clear that the team here is passionate about creating a great experience for their customers.

1 STAR FOR THIS ONE (ONLY BECAUSE I CANT GIVE NO STAR) Not Happy with this place at all Ordered Uber eats online placed my order 9:45pm. First id just like to point out I live about 10-15min walk to the Antrim branch The order was complete by Tim Horttons with in 15mins 10:00pm Driver picked up my order 10:05pm So I’m thinking happy days the guys got one delivery to drop off before mine which was to a houseing estate right beside Tim Horrtons But still I waited only to receive my food and my hole order stone cold… driver was gone before I got to the door. Left my order on the door step. Unable to contact Antrim branch as they don’t have a contact number available to the public, 25pound well spent and wasted and no refund, due to no way to contact Horttons I hope there head office see’s this message. At bare minimum they should have a contact number for the public that are using there online ordering system. Suppose it only means they don’t need to deal with complaints from customers. Top quality Customer Care right there Folks brovo.

I just went through thr drive thru and ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts. The donuts were amazing and very fresh. The drinks however tasted off. Or as though the machine wasn't cleaned recently. Not exactly sure. I went back to get a refund and the female staff member with brown hair working July 20th around 20:00 was great. She was helpful, looked for my order and processed the refund. I very much appreciate it. Thank you. I've worked at Tim's in the past and I'm Canadian. So I appreciate when an issue is handled nicely.

It's perfectly fine in every respect with friendly staff.. however, lately, the amount of flies around the bins and around the tables is off-putting.. surely something can be installed to sort this out.

Great place to come to do some work or bring the family! I often come early morning to work on the laptop and there is plenty of room and power outlets. For the family it is easy to get parked and plenty to select from on the menu. Service is quick & despite all the sweet treats on offer, their original blend black coffee is hard to beat.

Sadlynit took 15mins from entering the door to actually getting coffee. The place was nearly empty and my donut was strangely warm but frozen in the centre and next to no filling for a Boston creme.

Great customer service at Tim Hortons today, from the girl behind the counter, believe she's a supervisor or manager. She brought the doughnuts down to the table! 🙌🏻 Our families favourite doughnuts. Just a pity there is none down South! 🤔
