Love the food and the staff are amazing. Very relaxed atmosphere. Can be very quiet during the week with weekends being busier. I'd say the best restaurant in the town for Chinese style food.

We haven't had a take away from the furama for a long time. But after a recent disappointment with another Chinese we thought we'd try here and we absolutely loved it. All the dishes were full of flavour and were really beautiful. We will get from here again very soon

We got a delivery tonight sent into the hospital from them. Very poor quality food. Only that we were hungry and it filled a hole. The delivery was very quick hence the 4 stars but avoid if you like good tasting food

Not happy at all never again. Wrong order dried up rubbery chicken , chips not cooked properly too and waited near 2 hours on delivery what an expensive waste of my money and waste of time that was 😡 near £15 just to go in bin wouldnt even feed that chicken to my dog would hurt its stomach the way theve cooked it ....

Foods as good as the Lucky Star down below the Furama. Well worth the money, food atmosphere staff location and parking outside, what more could you ask for.

Here every week for some lunch on my break. Absolutely fantastic! Really quick service, food is fantastic, I recommend the chicken curry or sweet and sour chicken. Smoked chicken to start is fantastic as well. Jason is an absolute gentleman and runs a fantastic restaurant! 5/5

The wonderful chinese restaurant in Antrim, Northen Ireland. The boss and staffs are so friendly, foods and everything are really delicious and good. It's great place for everyone who remember asian food. If possible, I will vote 6* for this one.

The best Chinese I’ve had so far. Authentic and delicious. Amazing veg options !!! Definitely worth it.

Went for the three course lunch special available for only ten pounds. Excellent choice of starters mains and sweet. The portions are also of a very good size and the level of service speedy and attentive. I will be returning soon and I highly recommend this restaurant for the price it is outstanding.

Lots of dishes to choose from and the ones that we did have were excellent. Brilliant service and we'll definitely be back.

Beef rice was always lit here It don’t know yesterday the rice was very sticky and smells odd Beef was old cooked and heated up Will think next time to come 🤷‍♂️😞

Furama was normally one of the best Chinese sit in restaurants in Antrim but it has been a while since I have been and it seems to gone downhill a little (although I may have just been unlucky). The beef dishes were fine but the chicken was very rubbery and a lot of it had to be left. Prawn crackers tasted and smelled as if they had been cooked in year old oil and left terrible taste in the mouth. Staff were pleasant however but not sure it would be enough to try again at least for a while.

Exactly as expected, Chinese food cooked well and quickly to the table, reasonably priced too.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The service is excellent. Cleanliness is of a high standard. Highly recommend

Quality of food and service excellent as always, but delivery driver maybe in a little bit of need of being more aware of being ‘personable’ towards customers? Seemed rather ‘abrupt’ in attitude. Still got a decent tip though.

I was here on a business trip and found this place. Staff is great, very polite and helpful! I have ordered 2 consecutive days. The roasted honey pork was great and egg fried rice, crab soup is fish sticks not crab! Beef egg fried rice needs a little more seasoning, prawn toast was good but 2 spring rolls full of oil for almost £4 is not good at all!!!

Excellent value for money the portions are just right for a lunchtime meal and the staff are friendly and attentive, my children enjoyed it as well.

Decent Cantonese restaurant and probably the most established one in the area. Not many choices for 3 course lunch sets but the chow mein (stir fried noodles) pairing with spicy beef is very nice and definitely worth going for. Nice decor, affordable prices and friendly staff certainly helped the dining experience. Worth visiting if you are in the area.

Went here on New Year's eve after a recommendation from a friend. We ordered Smoked shredded chicken and salted chilli chicken for starters. Shredded chicken was just ok but chilli chicken was really delicious. Then came the singapore fried rice and combination satay which were really tasty. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Didn't even know this place existed until recently. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. I went in thinking that the quantity would be low considering the reasonable price. I ordered the deluxe platter for two for starter. The picture shows only half of the platter. My wife had the Thai red curry which was lovely. It had plenty of flavours and seemed authentic considering or is a Chinese restaurant . I had the jer jer chicken. I have been to China and this meal was the closest I have had in a long time to the flavours from China. I will definitely be back. For those with kids, the portions for the kids meals are just as wholesome too. You can see the fried rice and chicken was an adult portion. The staff were friendly and courteous. I noticed the owners personally attend to some of the guests too when they were around.

What another great meal in a fantastic restaurant

We went for the Business Mans lunch, three courses for £7. We presumed good food but smaller amounts. Wrong. Good food, yes, smaller amounts, no, we were stuffed! It was a smaller menu, but still plenty to chose from. I had spring roll starter, very fresh n crispy. Chicken chow mein soft noodles n the nicest banana fritters with syrup n ice cream. We all had soft drinks n they were only priced £1 each. So four people, absolutely stuffed to the gills n a soft drink each, £32. We definitely intend to go again.

Wouldnt be our favourite Chinese in the town but went to it for a change tonight. A simple dinner order took them 50 minutes to have ready, social distancing was non existent as well. I know its Saturday night at peak time but that is shocking. Not even an apology for some free prawn crackers as an apology. Wont be back

We have enjoyed Furama takeaways for many years. Unfortunately due to coved 19 we have not been getting our usual Friday night takeaway. We decided to give it a go tonight. The meal was dreadful. My husband had his usual chicken chow mien, I had chicken and cashew nuts. The chicken was rubbery as if processed . We simply could not eat it. Would you care to respond.

Over an hour and 15 minutes for delivery bbq sauce was just pink salt the curry sauce was powdery the salted chilli chips were greasy hard and not edible the nicest thing about this restaurant was the prawn crackers was really looking forward to it and so so disappointed

Pork ribs arrived deep fried . I rung them like a dish cloth to release fat drippings . Tough like a shoe zone boot . Chicken dish not sure more batter than meat . Noodles nice. So yes order noodles l

Love this place, first date with wife there back in 93, always take the wife back on special occasions or to remind her where she should of stood me up... Staff and food great... Still brings a grin if I see George around too. Keep up the good work gang.

Starters were good. Main course was not great. Dessert was a soggy, unpleasant apple pie in barely warmed custard. The waiter was inattentive and did not know how to smile. Had to wait for 10 minutes to get the bill and it was not busy. Would not recommend this place.

Hadn't been here for quite some time, and not much has changed. The food is very tasty and decent portions, the staff are friendly and accomadating. Out of all the Chinese restaurants in the town the furama has never dissapointed, some think it a little more pricy than the others, but you get a better all round service...The beef satay is really good.

Brilliant Chinese. Food and staff excellent

I've been to this Chinese numerous times & I cannot fault the food ever but tonight I ordered two meals and waited OVER 45 MINS to receive this order. I can understand it being busy because it is the best Chinese in Antrim and obv Sat night & it has an adjoining restaurant but I sat for 45+ mins listening to the lady telling people it was going to be a 20/30 min wait. I'm not gonna lie and say I won't be back coz the food is second to none and worth the wait but tonight the service was disgusting.

First time at this long running institute of Antrim. Normally would never go for a Chinese option, but the food was excellent. So much of it too! Staff were brilliant, we had a 3 year old with us and they were great with him.
