Genuinely a really nice gaff, food is unreal in taste 👅 and large size. Worth trying something different from the norm in regards to drinks / mains and sides. Definitely coming again. I tackled the the truffle tots, posh Mac, meat and Lola pizzas 🤤🙏🏻 don’t worry if you can’t tackle it all as they do takeaway boxes !

I'd come across three dollar bill on a Facebook page last year and have been dying to try it and it's safe to say we were far from disappointed!! Reserved a table online as it was for a Friday night and as it was a date night we wanted to be sure we'd get a table. Greeted promptly as we entered and shown to our table. The lady that served us was friendly and polite. We ordered the sausage pizza, bbq chicken strips and a cheese smash burger to share between the 2 of us. Food came out in a relatively timely manner and omg, probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. It was spicy from the nduja sausage but the sauce on the pizza had a sweeter taste to it. Came to about £52 with a drink each as well. Looking forward to taking the kids in next time.

The food was delivered 2 hours after placing the orders. They added a single piece of brownie to make up for it… it’s a shame because the food was delicious but would never order again.

Great burger and buffalo chicken! However, the caesar salad was sub par. Hardly any dressing, no parmesan or anchovies.

Dollar Bill in Hoylake! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service. The food was simply outstanding — the fried chicken was incredible, and the portions were generous, leaving us with leftovers for later. The atmosphere was cosy yet vibrant, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. We’ll definitely be returning!

First time at this three dollar bill restaurant. Service was great /food was outstanding. And to top it off the owner is a kirkby guy same place as myself.we have to look after our kirkby people .onto of the lovely service he threw in some lovely home baked chocolate brownies .so thank you for your lovely food/service .we will be back again .

Food never arrived! Advised it would arrive between 7:20pm and 7:30 currently 8:50pm and we are still waiting. No answer when we have tried to call them. Will be requesting a full refund.

Super friendly delivery driver. The pizza was amazing, the Mac and cheese was delicious. The chocolate brownie was a bit hard in the middle sadly but would definitely order the rest again

There was a bit of a kerfuffle with our takeaway order. A technical issue. Very apologetic and friendly staff. Our long wait was absolutely worth it. Food was really great and tasty. Absolutely recommened!

Never tried Detroit pizza before and got to say it was great. Tasted amazing and was really tasty. The tater tots asset which are very rare to find were amazing asset, will definitely be coming back or getting a takeaway from this place.

Just visited with my mum for a hot chocolate and it was wonderful. The hot chocolate is delicious! I had a ruby hot chocolate which was perfect. Hot drink and a cake deal for £5! Amazing!!! Our new go to place I think :-) the young blonde girl who served us was so lovely and polite!

What a great find about 15 mins from our house! A lovely and clean place to eat in and the menu was excellent! It was hard to pick something as we wanted it all but we managed to pick and we were not disappointed! Great food, great service and friendly staff! We’ll definitely be back soon!

An absolute gem of a find not far from Hoylake prom. Had three meals and three coffees which were all delicious, freshly made and exactly what we fancied. It’s clearly family run, service was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely return if we were over the water again.

Second time going here, the pizza is always generous and full of flavour. Surprisingly, didn't get bloated feeling from the pizza base either. Cannot fault it, had the loaded tots too and they were 🫦🤌 11/10 will spend coin here again.

We waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and three fried eggs. They didn’t ask how we wanted the eggs cooked, and they arrived undercooked. The prices are extremely high for food that is below average in quality. Although the kitchen is hidden, I saw a young lady handling our fries with her bare hands—imagine someone touching your food before you eat it! I don’t recommend this place, as they clearly need professional staff, not 16-year-old school kids.

Just had breakfast at this lovely new cafe. They do decaf lattes too. Breakfast was delicious hot, tasty and plenty of what you requested (breakfast your own way) option. Lovely service. Love the styling and the best bit this cafe is open till 9.30pm, love this, this is what more cafes should do. I believe this is what more people want, a nice local place you can go on an evening to socialise, have a drink, have coffee, food etc. I really hope this cafe does well, I hope local people visit here and keep this lovely cafe going. Can't recommend Three dollar bill enough. I will most definitely be going again and making this my friends and I new favourite coffee place. 😊

I walked in today and asked very politely if I could use the toilet. I explained that I was desperate and was pregnant. I explained that all the public toilets were closed. I pleaded with the girl on the counter but she insisted it was only for customers. I feel that this was unfair and a basic human right. I remained calm and friendly but she insisted only for customers. I don’t care how nice the food is in here. It put me off ever coming to eat in their establishment, with their attitude to someone in desperate need.

Have been numerous times and enjoyed every bit of it, these guys care about their craft guys, get on to it! ✌️

The evening started with a debate about what makes a pizza. As this is "Detroit" style the cheese is on the bottom. My partner prefers this style as the cheese covers every corner so your never short and the base is much thicker and softer. I feel like it's more like cheese on toast with an after thought of pizza toppings. Putting that debate to one side and just focusing on the flavours - this was a very nice meal! I would advise if you are getting a pizza to yourself, you probably don't need sides though as it is very filling! This time we opted to share a pizza and get sides too. The "saucy salami" pizza was really quite nice. I did spread the marinara sauce all over though as for presentations sake, it's just down the centre on top of the toppings. And for side I got salt n pepper fries, which were actually very nice! All in all it was a very nice meal that we paired with Pina coladas!

It was fairly unedible, sorry. Too sweet, to artificial in taste. Potatoes were well burned too.

Absolutely love the pizza here and you get so much for your money. The chicken and tots, also fantastic, I can't decide which are my favourite, I love it all. Service is top notch, very friendly and efficient staff, everyone makes you feel very welcome. Great to go with the kids but also as a couple or friends as you can have a few drinks. Highly recommend!

Amy and the team were fantastic in catering for our group of 17 on Saturday night. Food and service were both first class - no one was without a drink all night and we all left with our bellies full! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I visited with our 11 year old daughter. All of us are fussy foodies and we have our bar set high. The three of us could not fault anything. Food, Service & atmosphere perfect. We ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas , tots , fries and Mac and cheese ( daughter’s favourite). Everything we left was happily boxed up for us to take home. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Ordered a takeaway last night and it was hands down THE best pizza we’ve ever had (and we’ve eaten a lot of pizza). Prompt and friendly delivery, they even threw in a hot honey which elevated the meat feast pizza to the next level. Keep on being awesome guys!

Visited today for a light lunch whilst in the area. After looking at the menu somebody passing by said how the food was lovely, so we decided to give it a go. We had a mixture off the toastie menu and my good they were delicious. Service was great and so welcoming. We love the fact that dogs are also welcome so next time we're over this way we know where we're going.

Called up for a collection order on a Sunday. Friendly staff over the phone. Arrived and waited a little bit for my order, but I didn’t mind because it was nice and hot. My boyfriend and I split the Bang Bang Chicken pizza (definitely big enough to share) and a side of tater totes with garlic and hot honey dip. All delicious! Would definitely go back and have the loaded tater tots and dessert next time

We ordered a takeaway for collection and it was running a bit over. The team were Brillant got us colours for my daughter and a drink. The food was amazing as always.

Still a great place to get huge thick Detroit pizza.. really filling... One pizza will easily do 2 people.. nice sides to, the Mac n cheese is fabulous.. Loaded tots are tasty with the burrata also.

Never had a Detroit style pizza before so went open minded, and we weren't disappointed. Apart from one small niggle. Pizzas are huge, I mean huge. One would have done the two of us with a side or two. Perfectly cooked, lovely crunchy chewy focaccia style base, and the caramelised cheese crust was on another level. The only thing was the toppings were a bit light. I really struggled to taste the difference in the two pizzas we ordered. Just a sprinkle more toppings and it would have been five stars. Would definitely recommend Three Dollar Bill, and look forward to going again.

Outstanding...We ordered a meat feast pizza and chicken strips, and it would have fed a family of four easily. Let's start with the chicken strips. These thick, juicy and crispy strips aren't just your bog standard chicken tenders everyone does, no! These are giant strips of chicken breast, deep fried to crispy, spicy heaven. The pizza is loaded with flavour, toppings and cheese, and one slice is would fill any belly, with a chicken strip or two 😉. Don't think, just order******

We just got takeout from here and Wow it was delicious 😋. We got the Lola , And the Barratta and the spicy tots! Was plentiful, also the pizza dough is the best I’ve ever had!! Great addition to Hoylake..

The food is delicious with good quality ingredients and the portions are a good size. The staff are lovely, some good tunes on the CD player. It's a nice treat.

Have you ordered a good few times now from Three Dollar Bill, every time its been high quality, and always on time too! Used to be opposed to the idea of Detroit style pizzas (tomato on top of cheese? Heresy!) but I now see the light!

Been here loads of times for the amazing pizza, popped in today for breakfast/brunch and loved it! Had the breakfast wrap with a cappuccino and it was freshly made, tasty and fulfilling. Staff were really helpful, having an adult meal for my two girls and attentive at all times. We planned on maybe another coffee and a cake but I just couldn't fit it in! (Unfortunately!) Well recommended.

Easily my favourite pizza parlour. The Detroit style pizzas knock the spots off any other available locally. The presentation is outstanding, the myriad of flavours meld together perfectly. A pizza and a side of potato tots is food heaven. It's a shame the outlet is so small, so much so that we usually get a takeaway. Very highly recommended. Edit following owner's reply: I didn't notice the huge doors at the front! Plenty of wheelchair access. I still feel eating in would be a less-than-perfect experience, Purely from the layout of the tables and the position of the takeaway counter. I'm happier with a takeaway thank you.

Arrived this morning with my heart set on breakfast. I got the American waffles and bacon. Not my usual pick but was glad I did over typical english breakfast. Will be trying the pancakes next time. Great coffee and breakfast and service from Katie .

This was one of the best meals out we’ve had in a long time! The food was absolutely heavenly, we shared the sausage pizza and the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and would heartily recommend both. We’ve had to take half the pizza home with us because the portion sizes are so generous! Staff were really friendly and attentive, they made sure we had everything we need. It was just a lovely experience! Would definitely recommend eating in as the atmosphere was lovely. Can’t wait to go again!

Attentive service, the restaurant was busy and the food still arrived quickly and was just as delicious as it was when I came on quieter night a few months back. Fried chicken was great kicker to a half and half pizza. Would highly recommend.

The wait time for food to take away was 25-30 minuets, the brownies were good shame there was no cupcakes or anything else like that, needs to have the menu about a bit more than on a board, the girls at front of house were good but too slow and didn’t even check on the progress of the food or give an update, man from the back came out apologised and offered a seat and a can for the wait, this wasn’t good enough and needs the service to be stepped up to the next level as the place wasn’t that busy for them to make us wait so long for a sandwich and potato tots, overall the food was good but can be done quicker espically with having a co-op over the road.

I first came to Three Dollar Bill a couple of months ago in the evening and was blown away by the food, so thought I'd come back and try the lunch menu since it has now opened in the day. I had a jacket potato with chicken mayo and salad. Honestly, it's the best jacket potato I've ever had, cooked to perfection with a great amount of filling. Although full up, I couldn't leave without trying one of the cakes. The sponge was so light and fluffy, really tasty. The owner cooks them herself which explains why they are super fresh and flavoursome. The place has been redecorated recently, and there is a really nice chill vibe with twinkly lights, comfy booths and a great music in the background. The staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, and I think it's reasonably priced given the quality of food and portion size. This place is a real gem. I'll definitely be going back soon.

Oh my word!! Amazing place, loosen your belts for this one. Our food was just out of this world and so much we could not finish it, had to bring the rest home which we devoured later. Great atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food. Could not ask for better. Will be back. 5*

We've loved the pizzas for a while, but recently went in for their new brunch menu. It was great and will definitely become a regular weekend trip! Delicious food, great for the kids (they loved the pancakes) and lovely staff who were so welcoming. A fab new addition to Hoylakes lunchtime offering.
