😋 Very tasty Samosa chaat at a good💲. Well prepared fresh food item. The add on Samosa on its own has good mashed potato filling. Service was quick.

My wife and I frequently eat at Thela. Why? All their dishes are served fresh and with high quality ingredients. You will not find anything like it around here. Also, the owner is a lovely person, who prepares the dishes herself with extra care. I definitely recommend Thela to anyone who wants a delicious lunch/dinner. Make sure to ask for the mango chutney ;)

The food wasn't good at all, I could only taste salt.

Sev Puri were beautiful, delicately flavoured. Lamb and chicken tikka curry bowls packed an awesome spicy punch and expolded with individual flavours. 👌

Oh how much I love their chana chaat (a chickpea and potato dish)! I come to Boxpark only because of it. It's an amazing mixture of flavours and textures. I was greedy today, after enjoying one in Boxpark I ordered another one as a takeaway. Their sweet paratha is delicious, too, we had Nutella and Lotus biscot.

Tasty food, clearly made with love and pride. I've had a paratha and a lamb curry bowl plus a mango lassi on my two visits. All were delicious

I ordered samosa chat , gol gappe, tikka roll and butter chicken roll, awesome awesome awesome. highly recommended pakistani taste, reminded me of karachi streets , will recommend it to all friends.

Very friendly staff, great choice of meals whether it's curry bowl or paratha wrap, lassie etc And importantly, the food tasted fresh and good! Will be back to try the samosa chat next time! I found out that everything was fresh and homemade, not processed so no wonder it Was great

Bland, food arrived cold, masala fries with no masala, ordered the £18 paratha deal and it came with a tiny handful of fries, very expensive compared to other wrap places. Won’t bother ordering again and food.

I had the chicken Tikka Masala, great flavours with a good kick. Everything tasted fresh and was piping hot. Would definitely eat from here again, and given the reviews compared to the other vendors in Boxpark alot of other people agree.

Frozen paratha and seekh kabab. Better get from Asda and heat at home and save £7.

Thela has amazing service and great food. Was missing home and decided to have their roll paratha and cardamom karak chai. What a treat! Made my day.

Amazing service and food is delicious! To celebrate Holi festival our office made a last minute order for 35people including samosa and pakora and even though the last was in her own she was able to take the request and the food was amazing everyone was soo pleased. The samosas had a good amount of filling in them as well. Thank you soo much Thela!!

Only if i could rate this place lesser than 1 star. The most stupid indian food i have ever had. The owner boasted so much about her brand and trust me it was bland as ever. Being a food critic I usually ignore the minor mistakes made in taste and quality but this is the worst one i have had. Waste of 20-30£ Since when did sev puri become a Pakistani dish? At least have some courtesy to not disrespect cuisines and the way its made? - From a Real Indian.

Our first visit to Thela, Croydon Boxpark and we loved it. The vibrant decor drew us in but the team and fab menu made us stay! Incredibly friendly team helping us choose a few dishes and the service and food quality didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed a delicious Butter Chicken with rice, Paratha roll and very tasty sides. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

My Mum, Aunt and me tried Thela for the first time last week and each tried a veg/vegan pararthas. I was blown away by the food... it was delicious. The customer service was fantastic...i am looking forward to going back to try something more soon. All the best guys.

Food was fresh,very tasty,spices were adjusted according to the taste, and doodpatti is one of THE BEST ihave ever had anywhere in uk. It reminded me of my homeland. Staff is really welcoming amd kind. Great service.

The butter chicken paratha roll was brilliant, it was spicy and full of flavour. The mango lassi was a good compliment and was sweet and creamy. When asked if we could get covers for our food they kindly obliged, the customer service was great!

This is a fabulous little restaurant. The food is spiced beautifully, presented well and sooo fresh. I had to come back before returning home! Staff are super friendly too. Took the Paratha back to my husband in Switzerland. Baked it the oven as you suggested and he loved it, but had to share it with our children 😂. Wish you could set up shop out here!!

10 stars out of 5: I order from Thela at least once or twice a week around lunchtime. The place never disappoints me. In case of an incorrect order, the lady answering the phone never says no and readjusts the order from her end. Last time, I forgot to select deal 1 and upon calling the restaurant, they added fries on the house for me. I have been to the most expensive eateries/ restaurants but never experienced such a welcoming service. Keep up the good work, guys!

Had an amazing pratha wrap with chilli soda which was amazinggg, freshly made and waooooo. loved it. Cherry on top of the cake was the welcoming customer service by Uzma. Thank you

Nice little desi restaurant in box park! Didn’t think I’ll find Gol gapas so close to the station - extremely convenient. Very good hygiene and friendly staff. They cater the spice according to your taste which is another plus especially when going with kids. Positive experience overall.

Delicious wrap with butter chicken

The food was fresh and scrumptious.. I had the shami kebab paratha roll, the paratha was so flaky n soft, the kebab was full of flavor and i could taste the chutneys with each bite.. id definitely go back and enjoy a hot kabab roll with the kulfi falooda for desert..

Unnecessarily expensive, taste is not similar to pakistani food and portion was very small with the price. Wont recommend it. Thanks

Very very nice food, great taste with massive flavours. Only 4 stars as menu is small and my partner doesn't like vegetables in her meal but no option to remove vegetables. For me it's 5 star food.

Absolutely delicious, fresh food. We had a little bit of a wait and it was worth it.

Thela provided myself and my wife Sophie with the most wonderful food, despite the best efforts of Uber Eats to spoil it. The restaurant prides itself on freshly prepared food. However, successive Uber drivers drove away before it was ready. This meant that the team at Thela had to prepare our food from scratch no less than 3 times. When, at the third attempt, a driver did stay to take our food, he took 60 minutes to deliver to us, some 4 miles away. The Uber site did not allow us to complain about the systemic failures in their service, only permitting a complaint about the driver who delivered to us. This we did - or so we thought. We were shocked to discover, after Thela had contacted us, to discover that the critical review we thought was to be about Uber was instead directed at Thela - by Uber! Unforgivable! Rant about Uber over. The food, despite everything Uber could throw at it, was really lovely, The bel puri especially, with its zingy tamarind sharpness, was fantastic. The attitude of the woman at the restaurant was so accommodating. As I have mentioned, she and her team prepared our food freshly no less than 3 times, and she was so friendly to Sophie over the phone. She has invited us to eat in house, an invitation we are eager to take up.

Visited box park last night with extended family of 9 whilst visiting a London. Lots of food choice tried Thai, Sri Lankan and Pakistani options. Whilst all were nice the Thela experience was the best. Delicious food, with a very welcoming and helpful owner. Samoa’s chaat was my favourite with the chicken tikka paratha roll close behind. Thanks so very much. Wish we were closer and able to visit or order more regularly.

We ordered from here yesterday afternoon really looking forward to the food, however, we had a bad experience with Uber Eats - our food didn't arrive. However, the lady at Thela was very helpful and informative, and even filed a complaint on her end. Just wanted to say thanks for such great customer service. We didn't order again as my friend had to leave but hopefully will order from you again soon so we can actually eat the food! All the best.

This place is so close to my heart ❤️, the chef (uzma) makes the food with pure love and the love for foodies like myself, if your looking for some good authentic Pakistani street food then this is your place to go. From the paratha roll to the bun kabab everything is melt in your mouth. The staff is extremely friendly and humble.

So , this is my second visit to Thela (Boxpark) , Croydon in a week time . And I can’t stop myself from giving it a 5 ⭐️ Once again . My both the visits have truly made me fall for this scrumptious meal served by the lovely lady Uzma. Honestly speaking the portions are so filling worth for what you pay !! Right from the dip to the crispiness of the pakoras yum yum yum !!! Absolutely great customer service. I’d highly recommend you all to do visit ‘Thela’ when you are at Boxpark next . I have tried several things on Thela’s menu- and have loved everything! Makes me feel like I’m in Pakistan. Uzma’s attention to detail is impeccable. We ordered a takeaway from her recently on a cold and rainy day and she kindly offered to pack things so that each component of our bun kababs kept fresh, allowing me to heat them up and put then together myself at home. Everything was labeled and nothing leaked! She even wrote step by step instructions so I knew exactly what to do and gave us 2 takeaway cups of masala chai on the house- just because 💛. She’s the sweetest and her food is the best Pakistani street food in town! So glad I discovered this gem

Delicious , most authentic Pakistani food in London! Ordered kebab rolls, chicken boti rolls, khao sue and coffee cake. . Chaat was one of the best as well. Each food was bursting with flavours ! Highly recommended. (Umeen fatima)

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed butter chicken roll and bun kebab.

Could have given more stars (maybe) if they didn't close at 1pm today instead of 10pm that they were meant to and i had a chance to order anything. Before i even said hello i was told (to get out) "sorry we are closed" ???? And then came a classic. "Please come next time" and that made me piss myself !!!
