I would give this a 4.5. Scores on: Great americano Reasonable price Friendly staff Beautiful decor However, you can't please all the people all the time: Radio station was playing a bit too loud if I wanted to work there. It was a commercial radio station with advertisements. I know it a matter of taste and age. I'll suggest an online station with no adverts at slightly lower volume though!

Not what I expected to be eating on my lunch break in work today! But I came in, served by some very friendly staff and had a meatball and rice dish that was utterly delicious! Will definitely return!

Love this place, food is always really tasty, fresh and varied

I went for the Tofu satay pot and it was so so yummy. Each dish costs about £8-9 so this place is a real treat for a working lunch, but definitely worth it every once in a while!!

On the days I’m in Cardiff for work, I always head here for lunch. Having had meal deals from Tesco that leave you wanting, this leaves you satisfied and happy in the knowledge that what you have just eaten is not only tasty but healthy. All natural food. Warning** eye up those Peanut Butter Brownie Bites at your peril (you’ll always end up coming out with at least 3) Friendly staff and decent coffee to boot.

Thehealthhangout has the most amazing food, both to look at and to eat, presentation is on point and the flavour definitely delivers everytime guaranteed! My personal favorite is their meatball dish. Every snack is outstanding. What more could you want than healthy chocolatey snacks. The berry brownies and protein doughnuts are a perfect way to have a treat and it still be healthy. Would highly recommend
