Sage is such a rare find. We dropped in for a cuppa and ended up getting some lunch- the most delicious homemade vegan beans on toast followed by a whopping slice of Black Forest Gateau- a gooey, sticky masterpiece. I was thrilled to see an new space like this, open to meditation nights, refloxology and creative arts and crafts. I look forward to visiting Sage again and would certainly advise anyone in Warrenpoint to do the same. The cherry on the top was that view- oustanding. A warm atmosphere with welcoming staff- Looking forward to seeing what events take place here in the summer!

Newly open, quaint little tearoom. Had the home made Quiche of the day with a fresh salad. It was delicious and a good portion size. The view is spectacular- directly on the seafront. Very relaxing place to read my paper! I could have stayed all day. I will be back soon

Well worth a visit for a pistachio hot chocolate but pretty expensive over all and could do with more staff only one work on when we called and lengthy queue.

Ate very well. Free beer because a meal is a little late. Owner very friendly. It can get a bit loud. The long journey is worth it

Ordered the £30 steak cooked medium. All looked ok when it arrived and had taken a bite from the end when the server asked if all was ok. Assumed that the thinner end of the steak would be more on the well done side so gave the benefit of the doubt and said ok. The rest of the steak was dry and like leather so ate less than half. When another server came to collect plates she asked if all was ok and I mentioned that I couldn’t eat half the steak as it was too well done and dry. She did after all ask. The lady in question simply retorted: well didn’t someone check on you and I explained I’d only taken a bite so couldn’t comment at the time and she simply turned on her heel and stomped off. Now I wasn’t expecting it to be taken off the bill as I hadn’t returned the dish at the time but at least an apology would have taken the sting out of paying full price for a meal I couldn’t eat. Will not be back.
