Delicious food every time. I'm vegan and have a good amount of choice. It's busy every time I've have been, so I would always book a table in advance. Good atmosphere, lots of energy, and super staff. The car park is often full, which is a good sign!

A friend and I decided at the last minute to try this place out as we’d read it serves Thai food. They were booked up but fitted us in. We were given a lovely table on arrival and told we had to give the table back at a certain time, no problem. The food was really authentic and tasty.. not too sweet as some Thai food can be. The service was exceptional.. from the bar staff to the waitress, with their wit and charm, made it a lovely and relaxed evening. This will be a regular for sure…

Great place to be with friends & family. I know it’s a pub but it’s also a perfect restaurant which serves good Asian cuisine. We had been on the trail nearby and decided to pop in to eat something quick. 2 person starter was perfect intro to what the chef has to offer followed by prawns pad Thai noodles, & more. It’s a must visit.

Busy, Buzzy and Beers - A lovely pub with incredible Thai food and excellent service. We loved the service.. it was filled to the brim with happy people.

We popped in here today as our usual Thai lunch spot in Rickmansworth on the river had closed suddenly , we were not disappointed and were delighted to see our friendly Thai chefs in the kitchen that we have known for years!!! Excellent food , great drinks , friendly staff and dog friendly . Definitely be back !!

Well maintained traditional pub. Excellent Thai food, chef from Halfway. Staff were very friendly Two gardens with plenty of seats and tables.

Our first time at the White Horse. Excellent pub.Had the Thai menu.Lovely food and nice portions. It was quite crowded with a couple of football matches about to start. But Jo was friendly, helpful and made the experience even better, especially considering she was all on her own. Would definitely be going back again.

Lovely place, lovely people! Popped in whilst waiting to pick up a friend from Heathrow. Was chatting cars to a lovely lady! Who was waiting for her friend. Apologies forgot her name,won't forget her smile. Lovely people.

Great little pub. Love to run it ourselves... Seven years later... After not visiting for the past year it's not our type of pub anymore, it's a shame now as it's full of televisions showing sports all through the inside and outside seating area. I know it makes sense for them and it was busy with customers who like that kind of thing. Perhaps if the outside area was tv free for the customers other halves who were dragged along to watch the soccer would be nice?

Taken my mum and family twice now to this newly owned pub and have never been disappointed , the food is to die for if you like Thai but also do good English food as well. Great atmosphere with open fire roaring and staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 .

Stopped off for dinner..food was OK but its not a greene king pub ..well the beer is but not the food ,confusing I know but the issue was explained to us and we received a free drink for the confusion..staff were helpful and friendly so all wasn't lost 😉

Wow, stopped off on the way home by chance and what a great pub. Lovely indoor seating area and bar with additional outdoor space in a nice refurbed garden/courtyard. The Thai menu was extensive and the food was like being back in Thailand with authentic dishes. Thankyou for a lovely meal

We called in on Friday and booked a nice table for two in the window for Saturday evening. When we arrived we were told our table had been moved to a grotty spot between the toilet entrances and food would tske at least 30mins after ordering. In the event starters took 50 mins to arrive with main course 35min later still An awful experience due to overbooking. No return for us I am afraid.

Fabulous night for our work drinks. Our colleague was leaving and Alice kindly made space in the pub for 27 of us. Atmosphere, food & drinks were amazing. Thai food but non Thai as well. Extremely tasty & delicious. Thank you so much Will be back soon

The young girl who looked after us was impeccable, polite, customer focused and obviously enjoys her role. The Thai food was good but the sweet options were limited and the cheesecake was somewhat dry. The atmosphere in the eating room was good as everyone was enjoying their food and drink.

What a lovely pub! Service… 10 Food flavour… 10 Pub atmosphere… 10 We were greeted by the friendliest man called Paul. The food is to die for. Authentic deliciousness. I’ve never had such tasty Thai food in a pub setting. The staff were all attentive and friendly. Couldn’t do enough to help. Such a great experience! So great in fact that we are bringing the parents on Saturday. Lovely atmosphere. Calm and relaxed the whole time we were here. Highly recommend this place if you haven’t been yet. It won’t disappoint.

Went here last night with 3 friends for food and drinks. First time I had been there - great atmosphere and super food! Have already booked again !! Looking forward to going to one of the music nights there too.

Driven past many times.. so phoned up and booked a table as wasn't sure how busy it gets at lunch time. very friendly lady greeted us. (Been refurbished recently with Thai kitchen) Didn't know which starter we wanted so went for the sharer... and then i stuck to pad Thai and friend curry.. amazing food made with love.. expected it to cost more than it did.. so highly recommend 👌

Had our first visit to the White Horse and had fantastic Thai meal. House wine and beers were good and bar staff so friendly. Only one thing..we sat in the back part of the pub and it was a bit chilly as no radiators were on but didn’t spoil our night but would of been more comfortable

Much as we miss Lisa and Richie, it's great to see the White Horse back open and building on all their hard work, and the Thai food is great quality and good value. It's not shown on the menu, but the Irish coffee is lovely!

Refreshed and refreshing. We had a lovely evening in this re opened local, back in the heart of the community. Very welcoming, comfortable - and the Thai food was amazing. We will be back!

Stopped off tonight on way to a wedding venue for a bite to eat and a drink. I'm gluten free and to walk into a pub I haven't researched before hand can be quite daunting. We asked before being seated if they had gf options and they said it was just pizzas buy can of course do gf. It was honsetly the best gf pizza I've ever had. The man behind bar was knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away! Would highly recommend

Edit: great place to watch the football, cosy pub, we had no sound on TV for the football until 15mins from the end which was odd but it turns out was that way at the request of other guests. Grateful for a considerate pub owner!

Very friendly pub. Great Tuesday night quiz each fortnight. Plus good beers on offer.

We stopped here on way hotel after a day at the Harry Potter tour. The kids loved the pizza’s and the beer Moretti was good. Service was quick and friendly. Only point I’d make is that they only do Pizza on the menu we were given. I would definitely go back anyway, but wish there was more food choices. Very close to 5 star.

Although the pub looks a little shaby from the road the inside and garden areas are lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great.

We stopped for a quick break on our way home from holiday in Dorset, lady who served us was lovely and hot chocolate was awesome. Really nice atmosphere if it was closer to home we would use it as our local!

I went here for an evening meal with my partner and were greeted by Paul who was very welcoming from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. He made sure we had everything we wanted. Was attentive but not overly attentive. He recommended the dessert that had been cooked fresh that day and said let me know if you would like anything. Would recommend this pub and would definately be back again if we are ever in the area again. Thank you very much the food was lovely.

Stumbled upon this place by accident when my daughter and gf were having a meltdown in traffic. Delicious by pub food standards with an exceptionally friendly barman/waiter. Beer garden feels like a friendly hostel courtyard!

Went for lunch, my first outing since Covid. I want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team. Felt safe from the moment I walked through the door. Friendly, Covid safe, food amazing. Highly recommend

Visited with my family, easy booking process the hospitality was amazing and very welcoming, A gazebo has been put up out back due to Covid restrictions saying we can't go inside I was truly happy with my experience would have gone for 5 stars but I felt the chicken burger lacked seasoning or they would have got the full 5 stars from me! The kids loved it and already asking when we're going back!

We popped in randomly on a long journey at lunch time with our two children - would highly recommend. Staff were extremely friendly; we had pizza, really nice and came quickly to placate hungry kids! Thank you.

Don’t bother, they’ve just cancelled a booking for my birthday with 1.5 hours notice. Obviously everywhere else is fully booked due to the nature of the industry at the moment so they’ve single handedly ruined my day. Thanks a lot.

We went in on Saturday evening to enjoy a pub meal. The atmosphere in the pub is good and the people are nice. We were really very disappointed with the food. We ordered tapas. The cod goujons were cold in the inside and it seemed like they were fried from frozen. The calamari was burnt and we just got two small end rings with other burnt ends. The sticky toffee pudding was like a rock!!! All the food seemed like it had been fried in old oil because it tasted like it. On the positive side, they did not charge us for the sticky toffee pudding. The ambience of the pub is really nice and it was a shame that the food is not up to par.

Great evening staff was a credit .total safe place to enjoy a night out
