After seeing some good reviews of this place I came to try it tonight and like most places the egg fried rice was bland no flavour really but the spare ribs in ok sauce was excellent one of the better ok sauces iv tried overall it's not bad nice place looks clean inside I recommend it

Food was OK except for the ribs, had the barbecue ribs but the sauce was thin and tasteless

Won't be going again thinkbthe food had been warmed up not good

Stay away ,reheated rubber chips ,fish horrible one bite and bin and daughters food had a long black hair in it absolutely shocking I’m not sure where the 5 star reviews come from .

Great little chippy food is always spot on. Do you recommend phoning your order in on a Friday and Saturday as they get very busy.

The food is great, especially the tofu options as I don't eat meat!

Went last week. Not sure how this chippy has a 4.9 rating as the chips were like warmish plastic, gravy was a warm gloopy mess with a bad after taste and the puddings were dried out with fatty meat. Never again.

Absolutely yummy food. I nipped in last minute as I remembered it being good from childhood but knew it had been taken over, and I am glad I did. Generous portions, fair prices and lovely food. The gravy is delicious! Definitely recommend!

What a great find this place was! Been a few times now and it's been excellent everytime.

Fantastic food and brilliant portions. The new owners have kept the portion sizes of the last owners but have massively improved the quality of the food and keep the place spotless. Brilliant value for money.

Extremely happy with food, i won't normally review places unless its bad service, but This place is amazing, first time ordering, food was amazing, Very polite customer service ,i orderd a curry sauce pot to see what it was like and it was exactly what i was looking for!! I look forward to trying more items on the menu!!

They do veggie soups now too which are very very nice

Lovely staff who have incorporated the previous owners portion size! A good chippy it's the area we live that let's it down but that's not the chippys fault so to confirm the food is brill and the portions are still whaletastic!!
