The Village Deli in Conwy

What a lovely place, the food was 10/10, extremely fast service & the staff were very polite and d helpful. Great prices too!! Would definitely recommend a visit☀️

I used to own this shop in the 80s,it was a really nostalgic visit,the staff are great food excellent,done a great job at decorating and updating,so clean and tidy,highly recommend

Been going to Lisa's for a long time now but have (weirdly) never wrote a review. It doesn't matter what I have, Paninis, breakfasts, salad boxes or hot food - its all fantastic. And I like my food. The prices are good too, despite everything going up everywhere. Lisa and the girls are always cheerful and love a laugh. A brilliant place.

I often grab lunch or a sweet treat from Lisa’s Deli; it’s top notch food coupled with 5* service! Everyone’s a friend, not just a customer and although I like to try something different from time to time, Lisa and her staff always remember my usual order and exactly how I like it prepared. I live 15 minutes away from the shop by car off peak and there are many sandwich shops and cafes closer to me but I just won’t eat anywhere else! The Village Deli doesn’t just cater for quick lunches or snacks either, Lisa has a cosy little restaurant/function room that is available to hire and customers can sit in if they prefer. It’s comfortable and welcoming, clean and exceptional value for money. During lockdown, Lisa offered kids lunch boxes with sandwiches, snack, fruit, drink and a cupcake for just £1..this goes to show what a considerate and decent person she is; Lisa wanted to help the community’s families, knowing how hard it was to afford to live comfortably whilst not earning and having the kids off school for so long! Just wanted to put this out there as I know how hard small businesses have had it in recent years.. also I don’t want anyone to miss out on a delicious meal if they’re in the area!!

Ordered a variety of different breakfast baps for a work meeting. Everyone commented on how good it was. Fresh tasty, best service, what more could you ask for.

I visited wed and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 quite contrasting orders but nothing was to much for the helpful staff.. food was piping hot and cooked to perfection highly recommended

Having so many sandwich and breakfast cafes on offer in the area this cafe has to be top of my list. Friendly service every time, really good food and always clean. Now with the new seating area this is the place to go for eat in or take away. 5 Stars !!

We visited early last week very friendly also great value . I have a family of 6 and all for under 20 pounds I was very surprised. Would also like to say very tasty food brilliant thumbs up from me will be back. Mike Old Colwyn.

Lisa and her food is great, BUT £5 for a meal deal, prefer coop and marks and spencer, there’s is much cheaper and lovely, sorry Lisa..

This place is a real gem. They do the nicest sandwiches freshly made and the staff are always welcoming and friendly and you get service with a smile. Always very clean as well. Would highly recommend

Top notch food and the best bacon around! Any dietary requirements are not a problem which is good most places see it as a hassle.

Lisa and the crew always offer top nosh! The deli is always busy with a mix if locals, office workers and local builders. The food is always fresh and tasty with a great menu selection!

Myself and my daughter often visit the deli to grab a snack, food is always fresh and tasty, if your in a rush you can ring through your order and pick up at a time to suit you, cakes are homemade recipes and during the winter there's always a tasty winter warmer on offer, best deli by far !! Good value for money, yummy food and clean premises, well done guys

Fresh food made to order by friendly staff and hands on owner. Clearly a business run with love and pride in the attention to quality. Service is only slow when it's packed with hungry, returning customers, which is a testament to how good the food is. Always recommend the Deli to visitors and workers, the village would be poorer with out it.

The food is freshly made on demand on the premises and tastes great. Service friendly and efficient,always go out of there way to ensure everything is ok. Not only that the prices are always competitive and the food is displayed well. It's a big thumbs up from me. Well done.

The Village Deli goes above and beyond, what it needs to, if they don't do it or haven't got it, you only have to ask and they will go out of their way to try to accommodate you. They have a vast choice of sandwich fillings which are always fresh produce with home baked cakes, along choices of hot foods.

Went in for a roll for my lunch and walked straight back out,looked dirty and as if the food on display had been left there for days. Wont be returning

Me paré hoy para un desayuno rápido. El servicio era excelente y la comida era deliciosa, todo servido con una sonrisa. La nueva junta directiva menú parece una adición excelente y las ofertas especiales realmente destaca en medio de la tienda. Lo que caracteriza a este restaurante para mí es la actitud feliz del personal. Cada sándwich y cake está cuidadosamente diseñada, y eso se refleja en el sabor, ¡bien hecho!

Very nice staff but incredibly slow! Not ideal if you're on a lunch break at work! Have previously called orders in for delivery but they came wrong each time e.g. A bap that had been squashed into a panini and incorrect fillings We won't be returning

Always a food selection of food. Lovely variety and delicious. I would always recommend the breakfast baps.

Lovely quaint little shop with lovely home made food! All served with a smile and the price was very reasonable. I had a breakfast and it was amazing. The owner is so bubbly and smiley that you can see it in the food. Thoroughly recommend this eastablishment to any visitors to the area. I will most definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again- thank you very much.

Superb take away food - sandwiches/rolls etc. All come with an infectious smile and laughter! Right in the centre of the village.Stock up if you are visiting anywhere in North Wales like The Welsh Mountain Zoo,Conwy, Anglesey, Caernarvon,Surf Snowdonia,Bodnant Gardens or the Welsh Highland Railway.The prices are so reasonable!

It's a Great little cafe / deli / sandwich shop. Friendly people, excellent sandwiches and great prices.

This shop under different owners was always hit and miss - Hence the reason it had shut down so many times - Every TIME i go now theres always a que, which is a clear compliment to the delicious fresh Sandwiches and take out meals being dished out. The staff are friendly and bubbly - I recommend the Paninis. Great shop,Great food, Great Staff. long live the village deli.
