The Urban Chocolatier in Harrow

Second time visiting the Harrow branch and was served by Laraib on both occasions. He's really welcoming, warm and freindly. Asked him for his reccomedendations on both visits, and bth desserts were 10/10! Love the decor, the desserts and the staff. Will deffo be visiting more often.

The service was amazing. The food was amazing as well. Fresh tasty and lovely tasting. Customer service excellent. I will recommend to everyone. Bless you all xx

Amazing dessert, love the sundaes, amazing service. Its an amazing experience every time no matter which branch you go to. This place was so amazing until it wasn't. It's disgusting how people are handling food/dessert without a hair network or something. 🤢🤮 we found hair in our dessert. While eating our ice-cream, got like £2 discount for that. After that experience I was traumatised, I couldn't eat my ice-cream i felt paranoid kept looking for hair in the 2nd one they made us too.

Absolutely disgusting, the pan cakes were chewy. The order was returned and bought back worse, apple crumble came cold and disgusting. Please save yourself the time and avoid at all costs.

Great place to come with friends, family, or a first date. The staff really make this place enjoyable, they're friendly and really make you feel like a special guest. Nice, chilled atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, tasty desserts with big portions.

Larry provided outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations when we asked for advice.

I recently visited Urban Chocolate on Station Road, Harrow, with a group of five people, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived at 12:25 AM, well before the 1:00 AM closing time, expecting to enjoy our desserts. However, the staff and manager clearly wanted us out before closing. They started turning the lights on and off while we were still eating, making us feel extremely unwelcome. It was obvious they were rushing to close up, despite us still being within the opening hours. I really wants to give 0 start but there is no option. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If a place claims to be open until 1:00 AM, customers should be allowed to enjoy their visit without being pressured to leave early. We will definitely not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience.

Hi, I just want to shared my experience for todays visit we were their around 45- 50 min early and their was not good food service,not good atmosphere looks like when they show us they after few minutes they talk to inside staff about closing looks like they don’t want to serve us and after we place order we did not like todays desearts . Also we sit their and my friends have some left drink so we just talk and drink but still before 15 min closing looks like they want to kick us from the shop that type of environment we feel they said us this is our last order but still all deliveries platform are open for and they still getting orders so is not nice to say to customers is last order and also we are regular customers their but today’s it’s so worts and look like they spoils our enjoyment . Their is one of the guy their who has a little long hair and he take our payment . And tow boys are in kitchen from their working and I feel the guy who come for a payment is a team leader or managers . Thanku

Very friendly staff, willing to make small adjustments and were patient with the number of small kids we had with us. The desserts are always very tasty too, especially the waffles and sundaes, they use actually milk chocolate rather than aririfical sauce.

A bit meh. Had as takeaway Got the pistachio cronut. Seemed a bit stale and plain. Pistachio sauce very sweet. Strawberries tasted like they had turned. Chocolate syringe - what a waste. Syringe was mostly full of air. Barely 5mls of choc and rest air. Not drawn up well at all! The chocolate itself I think tasted decent with the teeny bit we got! Only positive.... Soft scoop was was yummy taste and texture. Was hopeful with seeing good reviews but I won't be back in a hurry.

Wonderful place and always busy for good reason. Me and my partner and friends always go to this branch and have never been disappointed. I’d also like to mention Alex and Laarib who are great workers and always looking after us 🙏🏾

I come here so often I’m sure the workers are tired of seeing me😂. This is my favourite branch so far, the workers are absolutely lovely, but I would love to mention Alex who always serves me and gives me the best recommendations, and Laraib who is ALWAYS smiling when he is serving; I have never seen him with a straight face. If I didn’t live so local to Harrow, I would still travel a distance to go to this specific branch. This branch cooks their food to perfection and there are no complaints. I usually always get the Nutella - double stuffed cookie dough which is my FAV, and recently tried the brownie sizzler which didn’t disappoint. Definitely worth a visit ❤️

I ordered the Mocha Frappe with 2 waffles however the mocha frappe wasn't packed properly and was literally dripping when I got the order.. when I checked.. the lid wasn't closed properly hence 70% was gone and went through the box of waffles too.

ordered choc chunk brownies all inclusive order with 4 sides and caramel tart cake with 4sides i only received one side when i was meant to have 4. this is really bad as it did not state that i have to choose one or not and i selected all four and received just one
