Came here lunch time and noticed how the customers all seemed to have enjoyed their lunches as their plates were empty. Always a good sign. Ordered our meal and the ladies behind the counter were friendly, kind and welcoming. My husband had the stew and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had vol au vent with a wee side salad and a lovely pot of chips. Tea and coffee £15.10. Wonderful value. Would definitely visit here again. But, note, cash only and you can't blame cafes these days as banks charge so much for card usage. Absolutely recommend

Not the first time I have been in here. It has become my "goto" whenever I call at Larne and fancy something to eat. Great selection of food, pleasant staff, quick service, good prices, and clean! Obviously I will be back again.

The food here is very nice. Our toasties were well filled, and a great choice of food and traybakes, very clean, and the staff are very friendly. When we go to Larne, this is the place we go to.

Schnellimbiss-Charakter (ähnlich den früheren Kaufhaus-Restaurants) mit verschiedenen lokalen Gerichten, frei belegbaren Panini (Käse- überbacken), Burger ... Wir hatten ein leckeres Chicken-Panini und ein Chicken Curry (würzig und heiss!)

We hadn't been to this coffee shop for quite a while, the selection of food choices was really good, my husband had sandwiches and I had a tray bake complete with cream, it was truly tasty. We'll be there again for definite.

Great place to eat, I've only been in larne for a few months, but I love coming here! Fast service, super friendly staff, gorgeous foods & great value for money. All regulars & the odd new people like me made feel welcome.x

I travelled up from Coleraine to visit my granddaughter who just moved to Larne a week ago. We called into this lovely restaurant and both of us ordered the salad. The salad we had was a really good sized portion. Mine was sweet chilli chicken with trimmings and my granddaughter chose bacon and trimmings. Served with a smile and we found the lady who served us to be polite and friendly. The restaurant was lovely, clean and welcoming. Price was quite reasonable ☺️

Fast friendly service with a lovely food

Had high hopes but the food was so bland. We waited over half an hour for a fry and a bacon&egg bagel. The bagel came with no egg and the fry with no beans after we asked - as I was standing at the till, I heard the kitchen staff complaining about me fixing my order. Girl at the till was not helpful at all with giving feedback on things that i asked for, asked for a club sandwich. She stood and looked at me then said "we dont do club sandwiches, but you can make a sandwich. Not overly impressed and won't be rushing back

I'm going to start by listing the names of the terrific Upper Crust Staff. So here goes. Glenn and his team who are: Gina, Libby,Megan, Ruth, Michelle, Heather, Elizabeth and Linda. Together with the great food that is available these people make the total experience in the Upper Crust first class So it has to be said that: "The Upper Crust is the place to be, for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. You don't just eat but you make friends too. And there's lots to choose from the good menu.!" "

One of the best eating establishments in Larne. Spotlessly clean with excellent varied choice of menu, reasonably priced. Nothing to much trouble. Staff especially Michelle,Ruth,Gina, Libby, Jenny,Elizabeth,Linda,Megan all go above board to make the experience an enjoyable one. Even after going on holiday for 6 weeks Michelle remembered my regular order and had handed it into Glen to have ready! Also a special mention to Heather who always brings a smile with her Blue rinse hairdos and smile as she entertains the customers with her charm! Always cooked to perfection.Have been a regular for many years and will continue to do so for many more. Arrive as a customer and leave as as a friend!!

Breakfast was a great experience at this premises... Great portion size (see photo) but it was cash only, meaning needed to go and get cash from the ATM across the road.

If you're a first time visitor, just a tip, you go to the counter to order food then find a table, great food, great service, a really local loved feel to the place

Food is nice enough though, in my opinion, rather expensive for what it is. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. The menu is decent with a range of options available any time of the day but again expensive for a local cafe.

Called in here for breakfast on the way back from a wedding. It was fantastic, great food, loads of choice, lovely retro music, wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for you, top ups of tea and coffee whilst having our breakfast. If you are in Larne it's a must visit for a meal.
