Was served by Christopher , he dealt with a rather intoxicated patron like a pro , toilets and pub are super clean , if you waiting for a train it’s the perfect location

Just a city pub. Nothing special. Friendly staff. Tvs on etc etc. Sometimes music.

Woman was so aggressive to us here, claimed she knew the law not sure if she even worked here harassed us in the bathroom. Horrible.

Interesting traditional Scottish pub, great looking from the outside occupying a corner plot and old world features inside. The real ale was spot on the best I've had on this trip north of the border. Cosy seating and mature friendly customers and staff. TV screens in the bar with the sound down so as not to interfere with conversation.

A great little pub. A quality pint, poured by a barman who clearly knew his stuff and the names of most of the patrons. Will be back in next time I'm in Perth.

Dropped in for a quick drink today.Tina the bartender and owner of the business could not have been more hospitable. Also watching her with her regulars and other customers was a joy. Fabulous customer service . The gin was good too

Tina and Frank have a fabulous gem of an old school pub in central Perth. A warm welcome, fantastic range of malts, and a regular clientele - with very good reason. Jukebox a little too loud on occasion but each to their own! You will not find a warmer welcome in Perth.

What. I would call a typical older man's pub, plenty tables chairs good choice of drinks

This pub recently renamed "The Silvery Tay" is often busy at weekends with a DJ in. Has a large selection of malt whisky available as well as draught beers. Shows sports events.

Lovely small bar that has live music on Saturday nights. The bar staff are friendly and willing to answer your questions and chat a bit. I only wish I'd been able to stay longer

Great downtown pub in center of town with great selection of Scottish Whiskey and Scotish gins. Frank and Tina took good care of us. Glad to share Solheim Cup tickets with Frank as special thank you.

Welcoming and characteristic Perth bar, with an excellent taplist of beers and a wide selection of spirits. The owner is friendly and welcoming, as are his customers, ready to chat and socialize!

Came across Dickens to get out the rain, a bit of a revelation, great barman Frank was very helpful, locals were friendly, full of the chat one was happy to share her magners, gin prices good , overall a good experience, and free credits on the Juke Box, cheers Gordon

Came up from Manchester and found this pub, it was a proper pub and not a cocktail bar, had lots of tradition which I liked and staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, the locals were friendly too, would recommend this pub for a lovely drink, thankyou
