Dry brownie more like a very dry cake. Rock solid millionaires shortbread with not much taste and a diam cheesecake with only diam on the top. No taste or flavour to any of them and took 2 hours to deliver. Waste of money over £20 for three untasty cakes delivered 🤯🤯

Massive portions for value. Great service, friendly delivery driver, food arrived piping hot. So delicious.

I really like this place, I’ve made quite a few orders now but unfortunately I’m starting to see a difference… the loaded brownies used to be really thick & filled the box now they are a lot thinner and smaller, the millionaires shortbread used to be the same, great layer of chocolate & caramel and a good size for the £5 you pay, now they are much smaller! Please bring back the good portion sizes ! If I saw these sizes on a stall for sale I would never pay the asking price

Amazing service, had a slight misunderstanding when ordering, however they sent out another desert as a good will gesture and it was at my door within 10 minutes of putting the phone down! Puddings are always amazing from here too, highly recommend, thank you again!! :))

I got the kinder buena cookie dough with vanilla ice cream and kinder buena milkshake and my daughter got the oreo cookie dough with chocolate ice cream and oreo milkshake. We both really enjoyed it, so fresh and tasty. Definitely worth the price and will be ordering again.

Hygiene is lacking, they have young teenagers preparing the food. One of the young staff members looks very dirty, not appetising at all.

Tried for the 1st time yesterday, me and my partner very disappointed. Both had the bueno cheesecake it looked amazing but sadly didn't taste of much! Tasted like just plain cream cheese with a slight hint of cheap chocolate nothing like bueno or even sweet enough to be like normal chocolate. Maybe a one off bad mixture but either way we won't be ordering again can make much better ourselves!

Not sure why I still order from here always takes longer then says and ends up been cold before it gets here 😡 when it eventually arrived it was a dry waffle thrown in a box with 6 pieces of caramel so dry. Will definitely not use again.

Staff are great and very helpful puddings are beautiful and fresh and cream made up fresh ever day can order and collect in store or can be delivered to u nice and hot and cold puddings fantastic service easy to get around on ground floor only and the animals will make great pets has ever so friendly

Made a £25 order for them to send no straws for the milkshakes and both items missing from each dessert that being the ice cream. I then phoned for them to sigh at me about the straws and get a response of “it could be a while” either way I wanted the straws. When I came off the phone that is when I noticed other items were missing so I called back to let them know that. The cookie dough was dry.they turned up half an hour later with the missing items. And threw 5 straws in the bag when they were only two milkshakes. Bottom line don’t waste your money on poor attitude and service.when I made both phone calls I did not receive any apology. Bare in mind it was the manager I was talking to.

Used most the desert shops in hull and there all expensive and the stuff they send is rubbish, however I’ve just had the pudding co hull, and it was perfect, ordered 2 milkshakes and fudge cake with ice cream well worth the money great value, delivery within the hour, my new go to desert shop, highly recommend

First time ordering from this company but very glad I did. The deserts we ordered were so scrumptious. We had a couple of different cookie dough puddings and a banoffee tart (which was huge and worth every sinful bite). I will definitely order again.

Apple pie soggy pastry as custard poured in the box and not separate and also custard was full of custard skin was more like custard jelly!! Waste of money won’t use again

I will not be going here again me and my 2 friends went in we was looking at the menu when a rude girl said are you gonna order then she continuely had a disgusting attitude towards us not what you expect from customer service I’m shocked and appalled the way I was spoken to by a member of staff so disappointed the way we was treated constantly rolled her eyes and pulled faces at us when we was simply stood there

Everytime I have ordered everything has tasted amazing! Always end up coming back and recommend to people. Would of given 5 stars but only criticism I have is you have to spend over £7 for delivery on the site which can be difficult when just ordering for yourself

For the price I expected a delicious homemade dessert that was of restaurant standard but what I got was cheap looking and tasting. I’ve had better puddings from Iceland. Very disappointing.

It wasn’t good. I ordered a loaded brownie with vanilla ice cream. It was a pot of cinema ice cream, it wasn’t very nice. The brown was warm but it was really light, more like a cake and it was really dry. I had to throw most of it away. I also spent nearly eight quid on a box of sweets, really disappointing. It’s mostly buttons with sprinkles and random cheap candy, with a couple of nice things. It didn’t taste like the ones from Woolworths and it didn’t have any of the things I like, like dolphins, or fizzy bubble bottles, there was a few gummy bears and cola bottles butt they didn’t taste right. I guess this is just preference. I’ve heard the school puddings and waffles are brilliant. The customer service was really good. The lady who delivered was lovely and the face book messenger was quick to update me on my order. I just think for 16 quid it could have been nicer.

The chocolate concrete and pink custard from here is amazing. Doesn't always come as hot as you'd like it, but fine in microwave.

First time ordering as the wife wanted to try it. When it arrived they did not send my wife's items and my custard was cold and was as thick as water. Have tried to phone them to get the missing items delivered but there is no answer.

Ordered £25 worth of puddings Came within 30 minutes but Custards was Cold and runny no thickness in it at all. Save my money next time and open a tin of custard

Really disappointed this time. Usually amazing but delivery 2.5 hours after ordering at 9.50pm is unacceptable. I couldn't eat mine as far too late and was in bed. Partner messaged to cancel but no response and puddings delivered anyway. If we knew we would be waiting that long then wouldn't have ordered. Such a shame.

Just purchased 2 loaded brownies. Sadly the hygiene standards are a little lax. Although all had hairnets on, no masks, no gloves worn, no handwashing seen. Placing brownies in boxes with bare hands. One lad on a mobile plugged in to charge then proceeded to sort out equipment. Not washed hands. Young lady at counter chatting to delivery guy said was feeling unwell and thought she had a tonsillitis. OMG could not wait to get out of the shop.

So nice £4.50 for a pretty big milkshake with cream. To be honest it was probably the best milkshake I've ever had. Really do recommend, the quality and size accounts for the £4.50 price tag

Ordered for the first time tonight. Arrived when they said it would. Friendly delivery driver. We ordered cornflake tart with custardand waffle with banana and sticky toffee ice cream. Both were lovely ,fresh and delicious. Will definitely order again

Gorgeous puddings. Would highly recommend. Little disappointed that they don't have the discounts on the website rather then just Facebook. Someone who doesn't have Facebook missed out on the 2 shakes for 7quid deal. So only ordered 1 when I would of got 2 for that price. Delivery time is also a little low due to emails been different to actual delivery time.

We ordered from the pudding co in Hull last night. Wasn’t keen on the chocolate concrete as it needed to be harder. Rang them up and can I just say their customer service is exceptional. The manager couldn’t do enough for us and sent us within half an hour another dessert to try from his recommendations. It was so tasty and we were so happy that he suggested this . Will definitely be ordering again. Exceptional customer service .

Absolutely amazing!! Ordered here as a surprise for my twins birthday, i explained it was their birthday & they wrote a message on the girls cookie box wishing them a happy birthday!! They screamed with delight when they saw the tango ice blasts I ordered & said their puddings were AMAZING 🤩. Delivery was within the time stated & got an email when it was on its way. upset took the money from my account and no delivery, emailed 2 times and no response, never tried to call my number. wont be ordering again i was hungry! UPDATE the website very quickly emailed me back and fully refunded, so happy with the outcome

Brilliant milkshakes, awesome desserts and even better service! Couldn't recommend this more if I tried! Their milkshakes have the perfect consistency, a blend of creamy and soft, and just the right amount of sweetness so you can drink and drink without ever feeling sickly. Love it!
