Great food great atmosphere and great staff they were very understanding and couldn't do enough for us.

This was a very small and unique bar, which is great for a cocktail. They say they specialise in the espresso martini, and guests were impressed with this. The cocktail menu was great, along with a special cocktail menu which in the case of January was festive. They also had a good selection of other drinks, and a basic wine selection. The service was attentive, and staff very inviting. My constructive feedback will be that the bar staff didn’t know anything about the Taylor’s gin, which is the whole reason I visited. They were very sweet, however, and went to get the bottle and read what botanicals they had in it, but I thought the owner would’ve been more excited to get the staff to taste the gin and learn about it comparing they distill it. They were also playing modern music when I arrived, rather than 1920s music. Finally, and you have to appreciate it’s an old building, it was quite cold.
