Best pizza I’ve ever had. Everything was super fresh with high quality ingredients, cooked to perfection.

Fantastic pizza. How pizza should be. A proper well cooked but not crispy base with the slightly black soot on the bottom and edges. Excellent selection of toppings with changing specials.

We travelled in from London to stay in Derbyshire for a few nights and came up to have pizza here and was taken back by the gelato (we are gelato fanatics) and this was great, the pizza was super tasty also. We will be happy to return

Very good Neopolitan style pizza. Dough not too stodgy and crusts lovely and fluffy, baked perfectly. Good tasting tomato sauce on the marinara and burrata cheese delish.

Love this pizza restaurant, great food , I really recommend the loaded feta cheese salad as well as the brilliant pizzas obviously! A very popular spot, busy and lively and managed by friendly people who were always kind and attentive - big shout out to Joe especially! We will be back!

Small place that has a good menu of choices from a pie perspective. Good for veggies and those that want tasty meat options too.

Firstly the pizza was amazing. Some of the best I have had in the UK. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and also very knowledgeable. Service was quick also and drinks were reasonably priced (as was the food). Highly recommend!

The pizza was tasty but the service brings it down massively. Theres no signal in the restaurant but they have customer wifi so I asked one of the waiters (blond guy with short hair) for the password and he replied “I don’t know” and walked off. So rude. Don’t know how these people get hired.

Never order delivery from here, absolutely shameful customer service would give a minus score if possible, had been going here for years as well, and absolutely shocking customer service when tried to get my order resolved 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Been here half a dozen times since it opened and can't fault it. The owners clearly care a great deal about the pizzas (and gelato) they make. Since the move down the street to larger premises the atmosphere is top notch. Feels like this place would not be out of place in New York.

Great pizza and absolutely beautiful ice cream! The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was being rushed out of my seat as soon as I finished my food/empty plate was taken away. I understand it gets busy but it wasn't pleasant.

Last year, I had the 10 best pizzas in Naples according to The New York Times and The Guardian. As a devoted enthusiast of Neapolitan pizza, I can confidently say that this establishment stands shoulder-to-shoulder with the very best in the Italian city. However, its overall experience could be significantly improved with a booking system. Imperfect system, superb pizza. Probably the best I tried in the U.K.

I’m in love with this authentic Italian Neapolitan pizza restaurant I’m here constantly with my partner and always recommend to my family/ friends visiting to Sheffield. IT IS TOP TIER!! will always come back to the lovely atmosphere for the honey pie my fave, keep smashing it!!

Beautiful restaurant with lovely owner and amazing Pizzas!!!!! We had the special stake pizza, goats cheese pizza and had some drinks! The price was great and we also had some lovely gelatos that were great quantity :) The restaurant was full but they called us for when the space was empty and it was great :)!! Highly recommend it :)!

In all honesty the best pizza I’ve ever had! The ingredients are just so good, even a simple tomato-olive pizza (the Scrugnizzo) has me drooling for days. Could do with more vegan options, though.

Haven’t been in a while and starting to question why I haven’t. Still taste the fresh pizza dough cooked to perfection with that lovely bottom. I had the special beef and burrata which was insane! Lovely family business. Nuff said!

By far the best pizza place, not just in Sheffield, but of any pizzeria I've ever frequented. The pizza is insanely good quality, they do not scrimp on toppings and it's high quality italian ingredients. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and work really hard.

Me and my partner have been coming here since Porter first opened in Sheffield. The staff have always been incredible with such a friendly laid back atmosphere. On top of that the pizza is out of this world; we now rate every other pizza place we visit on a scale of 1 - Porter and nothing comes close. You guys are the best, can’t recommend enough!

Best pizza in Sheffield hands down. This may sound like bs but I went with my Italian friend who’s from Florence and she said it was as good as (if not better than) the pizzas in Italy and she and I were blown away by the pistachio tiramisu. Amazing.

Always amazing pizzas - we live locally so visit often. It is one of our go to places when we have guests staying. The staff are always super polite and accommodating. There are often specials on the board - some excellent seasonal toppings on offer. You must try the ice cream too - it's homemade and delicious. We'll be back soon. Keep up the great work.

This place is quite easily the most authentic tasting pizza you will get outside of Naples. I've been at least 15 times and it's been flawlessly consistent every single time. The gelato is also truly sublime.

I'm the husband of the friend that had the terrible experience. They were NOT slowly sipping their drink, and if you had just said "really sorry, we need the table back" it would have been fine, rather than making them feel bad for "ordering a lemonade, it's a very UNUSAL drink to order". She came home in tears having been made to feel so small for daring to order a drink in a restaurant

Great pizza as always. Visited her on Wednesday after wedding dress fitting around the corner. Used to visit all the time when lived nearby and the place was so small but worth it. Now they’ve expanded it has only increased customer interest, so you might be waiting a little while but it’s well worth the wait if you have the time. We had two pizzas, the margarita and honey pie. Excellent flavour and crust to die for. Now they do gelato and tiramisu for dessert. Sadly disappointed as the tiramisu wasn’t available for takeaway as we would’ve bought two to go but Nevermind, there’s always next time.

Best pizza in town in every single way. It's busy BECAUSE it's fabulous and the FOH staff are always so friendly. Whether it's me and my partner on date night or our Sunday afternoon with our toddler they always make sure we've had a great time. People who leave negative reviews because they wanted to sit at the table for ages are missing the point. It's fast, friendly, excellent pizza with a gelato. If you still want to chat, go to one of the many fantastic pubs and bars nearby to continue your conversation.

Been coming here for years and has been an absolute staple when eating out in Sheffield! However, myself and a friend had an awful experience here today. We’d been in 45 mins, eaten our pizza and ordered a drink to finish when the man who owns the company kept hanging around and hinting for us to leave. My friend tried to quickly down her drink as we were made to feel really uncomfortable. He then came over in a very passive aggressive way and asked to leave as there were new customers waiting that he needed to seat - no apology, just sheer frustration/anger at us. We explained we were just trying to finish our drinks and he then exclaimed that it was an odd choice to order drinks after a meal (??) and what did we expect from a Saturday night. It was only when I explained how rude he’d been (and other tables around us started to listen in) that he started trying to offer money back (we’d already paid the bill and tipped). Really bad ending to the night and I’m gutted that such a horrible and rude man owns what I thought was such a lovely local business - huge shame! Just as a footnote - if you look at the other bad reviews, hilarious reading the owners responses trying to blame customers for their bad experiences. This man has a serious attitude/ego problem!

The best pizza in Sheffield by far! Me and my friends always ponder over the other restaurants when thinking of where to eat out together but always come back here as it's consistently delicious and so welcoming. The addition of gelato now is just the icing on the cake.

I feel very fortunate to live within walking distance of Porter Pizza! The staff are attentive and friendly. The pizza is alway first rate. The ice cream is exceptional. The drinks range is perfect for all of our family. As a family, we can't fault Porter Pizza and we have been really proud to watch it thrive.

Me and my partner have been coming to Porter Pizza for years! There is no where else we would even consider going for Pizza. The staff are amazing, always super friendly, great service. The cost is so reasonable for what they provide. New cocktail menu is great. Menu has plenty of choice. We choose Porter Pizza every birthday, anniversary, valentines day dates and even came here after our little registry office wedding with our two best friends to celebrate!

Great pizza and great customer service

First place that springs to mind when you need cheering up, or have something to celebrate. Pizza’s great (the garlic breads are amazing value btw), fun spread of drinks, really friendly vibe and they’re great at accommodating walk-ins (it’ll be X minutes, we’ll call you, time to grab a pint, etc). And they’ve started doing gelato, too - which is superb. Pizza menu perfectly balances classics with a rotating cast of seasonal options. The staff are super-friendly and the service is top. We usually order online and pick up but eating in is lovely if you’re happy to be flexible and wait a bit, or lucky enough to bag a table straight away.
