Worst service. Worst manager. Food never arrived. Pathetic behaviour. Shouted at the phone. Never eat there

I had ordered a delivery last night and waiting one hour for the order when it had arrived it was a wrong order had rang up the company and stated that it was the wrong order and they said they would send out a new pizza after waiting another 1hr 30 mins no pizza had arrived very angry and dissappointed and had now checked just eat reviews and other customers are saying they had similar situation. Never ordering from here again !

Got the wrong order. No new pizza, no refund. When called, denied mistake. Poor customer service experience.

Got a delivery with virtually no toppings on my pizza and all dips forgotten. Not good at all. Won't be using again.

Been waiting nearly 2 hours on or delivery when we fone the keep hanging up place is a joke i would not recommend this place to no1

Pedimos una pizza vegetariana esta noche, vino con solo dos de los cuatro ingredientes ordenados, una cantidad realmente miserable de cebolla y champiñones, sin queso y sin maíz dulce. Teníamos hambre, así que lo comimos de todos modos en lugar de devolverlo, que es lo que deberíamos haber hecho. El pan de queso y ajo hecho con margarina no es bueno. La segunda vez hemos tenido menos de la comida promedio de aquí. No va a ordenar de nuevo!

The pizza dough used is very tasty. Particularly like the Pizza co speciality pizza. Have never been disappointed in all of my visits.

Compré una pizza vegetariana de 12 pulgadas en el camino a casa anoche, qué gran error. Usan lo que sabe como polvo de queso, un sabor extraño. Comimos 2 rebanadas, el resto repugnante para servir esa basura a un cliente que paga 12. 50 y esperé casi 30 minutos para evitar este lugar como la plaga que apesta, no verás otra libra mía y cualquiera con sentido se mantendrá claro de que te llames a ti mismo una pizzería más como comida para perros

No mandé comida a los niños. Cuando llamé inicialmente me dijeron que teníamos que esperar 30 minutos. Y solo cuando hablé con el "gerente" lo bajamos a 15 minutos. Es ridículo pedirle a un niño que espere tanto tiempo considerando que ya hemos esperado 45 minutos para empezar. Ninguna disculpa o compensación alguna. ¡No volveré a utilizar!

Llamó el sábado alrededor de las 3: 20 am y la señora Robyn dijo que no están haciendo las entregas solamente, aunque dice que están haciendo las entregas a las 4 am, cuando bajé había 2 conductores parados sin hacer nada, así que Se dio la vuelta y se fue a casa.

Ordered online for collection to pick up in two hours time. When I arrived the order was not ready, they had not even started it. The toppings were non-existent on the pizza; the cheese was poor quality; and the dough was not great.

Could a veg pizza toppings poor in quantity counted the mushroom slices across a large pizza 10 ! Taste!! Tasteless. I haven't had pizza in a long time. Won't be back to The Pizza Company.

No creas que alguna vez he experimentado una incompetencia como esta. El conductor de la entrega no pudo entregar una pizza a Dunmurry (5 minutos en automóvil). Siguió sonando y diciendo en un inglés roto que él estaba en la puerta de mi casa, a pesar de que estaba en la puerta de mi casa y no había nadie allí. Luego estableció que había tomado la dirección opuesta y dijo que tardaría media hora (ya había pasado una hora en esta etapa).

Took large size veg pizza, taste was average, its was not crunchy and cream was not spread properly, flavor taste was also ordinary

Es un lugar que realmente me gusta la comida, pero mi experiencia con la entrega fue horrible. Es una pena porque he comido allí antes y es una buena comida. Pero creo que es justo destacar lo que sucedió para que puedan mejorar la experiencia de sus clientes.

Tried to view the online menu, impossible to view as the options just keep appearing on a loop with no content, VERY frustrating, gave up! Tried Just Eat, all options available but had lost the will to live ( and eat😡)

Pedimos pizzas ayer de este tome la primera vez, no siempre hay algo mal en nuestro pedido, algunos errores o algo para dar o olvidado error los ingredientes pero ayer comida era tan buena! La pizza era cálida, fresca, muy buena cantidad de ingredientes, la masa de pizza y estaba delicioso! Todo lo que pedimos estaba allí ningún error! Tengo una fabulosa noche contamos con ustedes! Ha de pedir pizza co en los últimos años y he tenido decepciones, pero siempre regular les dio una bola de BI, pero llamó a uno en 10. 10 La semana pasada y fue entregado a las 10. 55, teniendo en cuenta que cierra a las 11 de la que nunca me dieron mi bebida o mi chapuzón extra que pagamos.

Después de una noche reciente salida paramos aquí para pizzas. Yo creo que depende de que les hace ya que mi hija y su novio parecía adecuado pizza y me dijeron que no estaban mal.

Had a pizza from here last night Superb, highly recommend the wingnut special, great value, speedy service and the pizza dough is delicious, wings have a great variety of sauces and I wasn't disappointed here either very meaty. Five star !

I had to stop off and get a lunch special of 10 inc pizza and can for £5. Get down early because it gets busy at 1!!!!!

Me gustaría conseguir pizza co. una vez a la semana y me encanta! Me gustaría normalmente obtener la oferta de comida para dos y disfrutar de este medio y la otra mitad y calentar la noche siguiente. Es muy barato para dos noches vale de comida!

Ive been a vegetarian for years and orders the veg pizza which had small traces of meat on it..never ordering again

Had ordered for large group tonight with many different requests,which other local pizza place could not fulfill. Order completed on time, gluton free requirements etc all attended to. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful, even helped carry food out to car.first time I used this establishment and was very impressed. Took care to ensure all needs were met,highly recommend especially for gluton free needs

I have had the horrible idea of ordering a pizza there. After 3 hours the pizza was not delivered, and the staff was not nice either in handling my complaint as they just said: your pizza is on the way.It is unacceptable to order a pizza at 19.00 and still have not received anything at 23.20. NEVER order there. NEVER, unless you are all on a diet...

Ordering from the pizza company is a waste of money. We ordered from here several months ago through just eat and our order was completely wrong. We called and were given 2 new pizzas, which yet again were not what we ordered. We called once again and were told that our next pizzas would be free. A couple of weeks later we ordered our free pizzas, which completely lacked flavour. Tonight we decided to order from here. We ordered 2 pizzas that lacked flavour and toppings. I ordered extra cheese as a topping, yet my pizza had just as much cheese as my partners. Despite ordering pizzas with toppings that should have had a lot of flavour, all we could taste was the pizza sauce. We also ordered a taco chip and were only given plain chips. I can safely say we will not be ordering from the pizza company again.

I ordered a pizza 1/2 & 1/2They got both halves wrong I called to point out the mistake and was told by the staff member that I was infant wrong and that the pizza was correct as ordered 5 mins later I then received a call from the shop to apologize and that the pizza was wrong in the first place I couldn't eat the pizza as it was rotten with red hot chili peppers on which were not orderedI was offered a full refund and a free pizza Not in the business of complaining to get a free pizza I would rather rate the shop I got a 50% refund for my half of pizza I think I'll just stick with a different shop If they cannot just make pizza to order then why stay in business

Had a delivery through just eat. Pizza's where over cooked and very little cheese even though i ordered extra cheese on my husbands pizza. The pizza tasted very dry and not what i was expecting for the price. Driver was nice though but forgot to bring our dips. Wouldn't order again.

Good feed, got the wing ding deal. Pizza was ok and delivery was quick. Plenty of toppings and dips where very nice. Nicer pizzas in Belfast but worth a try. Wings are nice and spicy.

Usually eat out off finaghy branch at least once a week however on this occasion big let down. Long wait on food when it wasn't even that busy. Staff standing about chatting. Food bland and not up to their normal standard. What has happened to this place? sadly I will not be returning.

Nom Nom great place to go for a pizza BBQ Supreme and taco mania the 2 nicest 1s lived outta this place unitl I started slimming world now only get them on treat nights :-D

I'm a regular at Pizza Co on Botanic and it never fails to satisfy post-night out or even day time munchies. Been given extra dip with my chicken tenders meal a good few times and the waiting time is never too bad even when bunged.

My boyfriend and I regularly order from the botanic store. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. However, we ordered a delivery recently. We sat in the living room beside the door waiting with the door wedged open to be sure we would hear when it arrived. 2 hours later the pizza still hadot arrived and so we rang to enquire and were told the taxi driver arrived ages ago and nobody had answered the door. This was blatant lies and so when it finally arrived I confronted the driver and said he had NOT knocked on the door. He did not apologise and instead said he had 'bate' the door so loud that 'someone down the street even asked him was it him who had knocked so hard at a door because he heard it from down the street'. This lie was so laughable I actually couldn't believe it. As if that ever happened. As if he had not been stupid enough, he then proceeded to tell me that someone had even offered to buy the pizza off him and he had said no. I then realised that that was exactly what he had done. Im assuming someone offered him more money for our delivery and he sold it. He then asked me for 16.50 and I asked why only half the order was there as we ordered a pizza and a taco twister and only the pizza arrived. Obviously someone who works there knows the pizza isn't that price so of course he knew there was something missing.He then arrived a further half hour later with the taco twister which was missing with a bottle of coke and said 'that's complimentary or whatever' . i was actually shocked at how ridiculous the whole thing was. I do not blame pizza co for this however I will not order a delivery from them again due to that corrupt, rude delivery driver.

My daughters and I visited here on our way back to our hotel after visiting the Titanic monster mash Halloween fireworks display. The staff where very friendly and even made nice comments to my girls about the scary face paint they had on. We got the pizza's back to the hotel and they were delicious. The base was lovely. Cooked to perfection with quality tasty ingredients for toppings. Well done to them.

I ordered a delivery and was told it would arrive in half an hour. I waited over an hour and rang to ask where my delivery was. The store said the driver had left 25 mins ago. The deliver arrived one hour and twenty- five minutes later. I asked the driver what had happened. He said the original driver had got lost and he had had to come and rescue him but the original driver would be here any minute with my missing drink. I had a feeling that the piss was being taken. The food was stone cold. I rang the store to complain. They said there was only one driver and they had no idea what the delivery guy was talking about. I received a fresh order which arrived 15 mins later with the same driver. He repeated the same piss take story again and claimed the original driver was still lost somewhere in the area. I was incredulous. I suspect this guy was on drugs. The pizza had a dip tub jammed into a slice and I was afraid to eat it incase something had been done to it. I rang the store to complain and spoke to a snide, couldn't care less supervisor who could not provide any means for me to contact the business owner to complain. I will never ever use this business again! !!!!

The Pizza Co. On Stewartstown road has again lived up to its reputation. Me and my friend shared a half and half pizza and it was lovely.. definitely the best pizza take away in my opinion in the area. If you fancy a pizza it's the place to go.

whilst my order had already been put through i relised that there was a deal that was £1 cheaper and offered more fire your money, so I asked if I could change my order and was told no because "I would be getting a better deal and if I got the deal then other people would want the same deal" I could not believe that I was told this. The manager came out and sorted the situation by giving me the deal that I wanted, plus he said he would give me a 12" instead of 10" which I though that was nice thing to do. Turns out they gave me my 12" pizza with a SLICE missing! I now have no confidence in eating the pizza with fear that they may have done somthing to contaminate it. Terrible customer service and I would avoid this place simply because instead of sorting the situation out with the customer they removed a slice of pizza from my box! I can't comenf on the food because I did not eat it.

I have had a Pizza Co from finaghy quite a few times now and will continue to use them! They are great over the phone, they make good conversation with you and offer you extras and promotions and they always remember your details and never get an order wrong. The Pizzas are of very good quality and you get quite a lot for your money. I love MONDAYS ;) HAHA!

Well the BFM just had to go and see what all the fuss was about with the Pizza Company's £1 pizza offer. So I was in town anyways and decided to phone my order through of 3 pepperoni, 3 salami, 2 chicken and 2 cheese. Just as well as it was bedlam when I reached at 12.30!!! The pizzas were very tasty,nice tomato sauce,not too much cheese and tasty meat. They also do other deals so check them out.Once again the BFM shares the food love!!! Ciao down now!!!

Great offers on and food is great, waiting time about half an hour but its worth the wait. Service is good, friendly staff especially chris who told us about all the latest offers on. Will definitely be back.

Always to a high standard when I order from Botanic store. Staff are friendly and helpful and good at dealing with the many drunk students late at night.

Went late one night after work and was pleasantly surprised. Pizza was lovely and staff really nice.

Pizza co is Brilliant value for Pizza good as dominos. Also brilliant sides, highly recommend a taco chip! Great friendly staff as well.

We have visited here regularly & have not been disappointed. Great pizza at reasonable prices. Extremely friendly happy staff at Finaghy branch. Will be back

Visited the Pizza Co in Botanic Ave last week and the food was so good. The pizzas are freshly made within minutes at a really low price. We must have got 2 pizzas for the price of what 1 would cost from dominos or pizza hut. And the quality was very high. The shop looks very professional and the staff were all very polite and helpfull. They do deliveries all over Belfast so we took a menu as we will certainly be ordering from them again.

Pizza Co Finaghy: After waiting over an hour for our food it arrived....FREEZING!! Might as well went to Iceland for frozen pizza it was THAT bad! absolutely horrified at the quality of food...ate it because we were very hungry but I have NEVER had take out food so cold and paid full price for the privilege! Phoned and complained with promise of another order for free so will see how they cope with this...cant be as bad as tonight!

I wasn't super impressed but we were hungry. We all ate it but it wasn't the best. Some said they liked it but the majority weren't satisfied.
