This place has gotten a lot better recently. Really enjoyed the pizza tonight and the chilli jalapeno garlic bread is unreal. Something was missing from order but was sent out immediately and with complimentary brownies. Fantastic customer service.

Really disappointed in quality of food tonight. Usually very good but the doughballs were so dry, barely any sauce or cheese even though id asked for extra cheese. The chips seemed refried multiple times, so hard I could’ve thrown them at the peelers.

I ordered dessert from here. The food never cane late at night around 2am and it said that it has been delivered to my door, when it was clearly not there. Please avoid ordering in the night. Waste of time and money both.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Not cooked enough, saggy & soggy. No where near 12” which I ordered. More like 10” & it cost me £18. I’d never go back & recommend people to go else where so they don’t get robbed.

Food was fresh and on time, however, there was an error with one of the items- dessert was supposed to be Nutella doughballs, not white chocolate- that we didn’t notice until much later- they were ok, but not what we ordered.

First of all - it is really bizarre for a pizza company to include cheese as one of the three toppings of choice for your pizza - this is confusing for the customer as most pizza places have cheese as a given or is already included. Unless this is a vegan option etc what would have arrived had we chosen chicken and mushroom, and not clicked on cheese? Strange. App needs updated with option: tomato and cheese base. Ordered a 16 inch pizza. Arrived 45 mins later and it was folded in half. Driver kindly returned pizza and was very courteous. Sent it back and returned with a new one 45 mins later. Minimal toppings and not very impressed £22 for a pizza. Other places much better, sorry.

Bought a meal deal with 2 dips and a fanta. Dips.and fanta mever came phoned the manager and said would drop right up but never came.

First bad experience. Food arrived an hour or so late. Guy in restaurant kept saying it would be 10 minutes longer. Arrived cold and I told driver. He said to call restaurant. Guy said he couldn’t help. Utterly terrible customer experience. Surprised as usually great.

My order never came like and I forgot my phone was on no caller ID and then I they said they can’t except no caller id and I didn’t even realise so I turned it off and then I call back with my normal number and then the girls was getting cheeky and all and she was working to and I am 13 and the way she was taxing me was unacceptable and rude service

I ordered two garlic breads, two twister fries and a garlic mayo dip and a bbq dip and they sent 2 garlic breads and two normal fries covered in both bbq and mayo, I rung the manager (JOE) and he was nothing but cheeky and ignorant and hung up the call terrible food and terrible customer service would not recommend to my dog.

Didn’t arrive by estimated time so waited 35mins then called shop. The girl told me that just eat didn’t notify them of my order and that they would make it now and get it sent out, girl was apologetic. My order arrived tho missing an item and was quick after speaking to shop but it arrived 1hr and 10mins after estimated time.

the pizza was mouth watering, delightful and simply delectable. I walked in to the warm atmosphere of the amazing pizza co and was welcomed by a wonderful woman by the name of paige, she was upbeat and cheerful and made my pizza very quickly

Under new ownership, had it today , pizza was hot and fresh but didn't taste nice. Nothing on the staff they're 100%. Pizza isn't the best, weird taste on the meat.

Thought I’d take advantage of the deal on Friday (£8) any pizza. Some deal that so got two 16in pizzas. Though they were clearly rushed and not cooked properly at all. The onions and peppers were raw and base was like soft bread. I had to cook it again so kinda annoying, going to try again maybe this weekend. I think they are rushing orders and not paying attention to the time in oven.

I ordered a pizza online at 5.30pm as the website said 40 minutes for delivery, then the confirmation email said 6.14pm for delivery. I called the shop at 6.35 and asked where the order was and the girl on the phone asked someone else and then told me it was out for delivery. I explained we were leaving the house in 5 mins and asked what happens if the order comes and we were out and was simply told, I don't know. Then I asked her to find out and the phone went silent. She then came back on and said I could ask for a refund through the app or Internet. At this point I was annoyed and said 'that's shocking' and she hung up on me. I rang back twice more and the phone wasn't answered. On the third ring it was picked up and I was hung up on again. I rang again and asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to talk to me. I clarified that he was refusing to talk to me and was told he wasn't, but was too busy. I said customer service was shocking and I would be telling people I knew about the service and then the manager spoke to me. He said they were very busy and I explained I had been hung up on and that we were about to head out without the dinner we had been expecting and I was told I could get a refund through the Internet. I asked about contacting the driver so he didn't come to the house and the manager then told me that the Pizza was just out of the oven. I complained that I had then been lied to, to be told he was sorry for the miscommunication and that they were very busy and if I had an issue I should email. I have replied to the email for it to bounce back. I am really disappointed with the service as it leaves a lot to be desired, especially as they are under new management.

food didn't arrive waited over an hour

Few weeks ago I got a Pizza Co leaflet in my letter box. Decided to try their Mighty Monday deal. The girl who took the order was upbeat and cheerful ( compared to the girl at Domino's, yawn, lol) . The pizzas arrived promptly and piping hot. Only minor downside is that they skimped a little bit on the toppings. The young delivery guy was friendly too. I intend to try their Taste and Sea next Monday.

Good experience; the pizza was good and it’s nice they have gluten free options. One note on customer service: I ordered a bottle of Diet Coke with my online order, but when I got to the store they said they don’t do bottles of Diet anymore; I would have to choose between regular Coke or Fanta. I asked if I could have a few cans of Coke Zero instead (which they had plenty of in their fridge) but they refused. The mistake was on them, not me—they should bear the “cost”, not the customer. Slightly disappointed but still, the pizza was good overall.

Toke around 2hlaf hours for pizza to come and it was the wrong pizza and it was cold

I ordered my food and it took nearly 3 hours to come and it came cold never ordered here again and I ordered pepperoni and I didn’t get it on the pizza I want my money back wasted money on my food to just get cold food disgusting

Won’t be ordering from Pizza co Glengormley again. Waited 2 hours for a previous order which apparently was Lost which we put down to a one off and today we ordered for 1800 when the whole family would be home and the pizza was delivered at 1715 (45mins early) and will be cold by the time we eat. Never again

My wife placed an order here at 20 past 8 (4/5/23). By 21:55 it hadn't arrived so I contacted the restaurant as they close at 10pm. Was told by the person who answered that the food was on route and that they had been busy. Still hadn't arrived by 20 past 10 so my wife called to find out what was going on. Was told they had no idea where their delivery driver was and not to worry as a refund would be issued. Message came through from just eat this morning to say restaurant have refused our refund with a further "sorry your order was delayed, we hope you enjoyed your food". The food did not arrive at all, never mind delayed. Disgusting behaviour from a company I expected more from. We've been semi regular customers for around a year and this is shocking. Maybe they feel like they can take us for granted

Ordered at 8.20 still no order at 10.26 and the store is now closed. Been told its on its way twice, when it obviously wasn't. Then was told they can't find the driver. Sitting waiting for two hours! Used to be a loyal customer and this is the second time this has happened in the last few months. Either the man working in the pizza co was lying to me or the drivers away with my food. Won't be making that mistake again.

Ordered meaty pizza there was very little meat on it, also sauce on pizza was not nice at all. Would give no stars at all only it does not let you.

Decent pizza at good value with frequent offers. Generally quite quick. Have a loyalty scheme which gives discount on your 10th order depending on what you buy on average. Only critisism, sometimes they do not give the base you requested.

Ordered on the Pizza Co app for collection. They forgot to give me chicken wings I had ordered and I only realised when I got home. I called to let them know and they tried to charge me delivery to rectify their own mistake. 1 hour later no chicken wings, called for a refund and told me that I could claim it in the app when I couldn’t. Average food, poor customer service.
