Unbelievably dry food and mostly pastry rather than filling. Super dry and obviously been there a long time. Would not go back

Ordered the lamb and onion pasty. Not a single piece of lamb in the thick, dry, pasty. Filled with potato and onion only. A complete waste of money. I would never buy here again. I guess they stay in business because their customers are on the go and they don't expect to see them again. I imagine everyone who was ordering with me were as stupid as I was about this business's reputation. My recommendation: Find somewhere else to eat.

Omg!!! These are the best pasty’s I’ve been able to find! I stop here every time I visit london for the cheese and onion pasty. SOOOO YUM!!! Customer service is amazing also. Always met with a smile and great service

What an obnoxious guy this is. I ordered a large pasty and was served a small one. When i opened my bag I returned and he started screaming at me. He should not be in customer service with his terrible attitude.. Plenty of other places to go in Liverpool St

Ich habe ab und zu die Pasteten an der Liverpool Street gekauft, weil sie ok waren, aber beim letzten Besuch hatte ich an zwei unterschiedlichen Tagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten gekauft und ich fand es einfach schrecklich. Die Pasteten waren mega heiß und kühlten kaum ab. Die Füllung war kaum identifizierbar, vom Geschmack her fade und unbestimmt. Der Preis dazu aber ganz fett! Genauso wie die Pastete selbst. Leider enttäuschend, schwer verdaulich und es hatte nichts mit einem guten Geschmack zu tun.

Si quieres un café y un pastel excesivamente calientes y caros, este es el lugar para ti. Unos 50 minutos después de la compra, el pastel aún estaba increíblemente caliente y se desmoronaba debido a la integridad estructural del pastel al no poder soportar el calor abrasador al que había sido sometido. Qué desperdicio de un tenner. La mía terminó en la papelera, junto con mis esperanzas de una buena merienda en el tren. Ahora estoy sudando y cubierto de migajas. Gracias un montón.

Se vi trovate a Londra e precisamente nella stazione ferroviaria di Liverpoool Street, non potete non assaggiare le tipiche pasty della Cornovaglia. Le fanno per tutti i gusti, ma soprattutto sono fresche e appena sfornate. Addirittura il personale parla italiano.Sosta obbligata per una assaggio en passant.

Una empanadilla de Cornualles "gigante" estaba tan caliente por estar debajo del calentador por tanto tiempo que no se enfrió por mucho tiempo, dejando sin sabor a ningún sabor. Pero, los alimentos no comestibles vendidos por personas groseras a estos precios, son absurdos.Es solo porque tenía prisa y no revisé mi rollo hasta que me subí a mi tren (sospecho que hay una razón por la que mi experiencia es bastante común), porque no recuperé ambos artículos e insistí en un reembolso.No hace falta decir que no volverá a comer ni a beber en The Pasty Shop.

Just picked up a giant traditional pasty while running for the train. Started to eat on the journey home and found meat inside was raw! No website or email address to write to and complain for a refund!

My partner and I have bought two steak pasties that have raw meat in them. Unfortunately we can't return as we're on the last train home. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Mi compañero y yo estábamos apurados en la estación de Liverpool, uno de cerdo y manzana, uno de pollo y el de hongos, 10. 40? ? como chef y gerente profesional, pensé que era un poco caro. Miré adentro después de probar manzanas, encontré tal vez dos pedazos pequeños de carne de cerdo, el resto trozos de manzana. Pollo y champiñones ? no encontramos ninguna evidencia de pollo en absoluto, solo una especie de relleno de champiñones gruesos. ¡Lugares como este dan a Cornwall un mal nombre! EVITAR.

I bought a Steak and Stilton pasty that had not a trace of steak. It was filled with slightly cheese flavoured potato mush. It was awful.

It is hard to resist the smell of pasties when will you pass by the pasty shop. Tasty and very fulfilling snack. Be careful to eat the freshly baked ones because it can burn your mouth.

This place is popular, and if you can stand the wait it's worthwhile! Pasties taste as nice here as in any of their shops. Yummy!

Visited here 21st October.Firstly I ordered my giant steak pasty,It would have been a medium compared to many in Cornwall.The server then held up my note to look at the watermark.Now i could understand if they did this to every customer as there are a lot of forgeries about but he didnt do it to the woman in front of me.So when i got my change i did the same to his note,which he really didnt like.Pasty itself had sat there all day i think,the filling wasnt wonderful either and as someone who has had a lot of proper Cornish pastys it wouldnt meet the standards down there

Stopped here for a pasty and drink while traveling. The pasty was ok, not special but no complaints. They didn't have any of the drinks we wanted chilled, we ended up with a warm Sprite, not ideal on a hot day.

I really used to enjoy the pasty shop. The Cornish pasties always were hot and well filled. I find now the fillings are smaller and the pasty is often dry. A bit disappointing now.

A quick bite before getting on the train. Offer may not be large but what I ate (Lamb & mushroom sandwich) was not bad and still good enough to overcome lunch.I will? maybe yes if I'm in a hurry before taking the train ..... giving up other edible offerings in Liverpool Station ....

This is my goto place for a snack if I'm hungry at the station. Tried the Steak n Ale this time which was good. Its not cheap,but the quality is good and they do have a few limited editions from time to time.

Luke warm, over seasoned, lacking meat and generally as far from what I was expecting as possible. I can only assume that most people would buy a pasty to eat on the train they don't care as they have a huge footfall from passing trade.

Bought a large steak pasty hoping for some meat. However, no meat whatsoever to be fiund - a total rip off and I won't ever buy from there again. I grabbed this and to eat it on the train home so couldn't bring it back to complain. Was chewing away hoping to find some meat and nothing - I ended up leafing through the remaining contents after eating half and throwing the rest away. Completely awful - please don't waste your money on this rubbish!!!

Well situated in Liverpool Street station. Pasties are yummy and good choice of pastries, staff very pleasant.

The pastry was all-pervasive, oily and flaky; the filling was an afterthought. Together it was too expensive and when served by a wilfully rude woman appearing more beefy than the contents it was a definite turn-off. The customer is merely a device for shifting mass-produced rubbish.Do not be lured by the seemingly appetising aroma. You will be disappointed.

Really good pasties! I know its my very first time but I thoroughly enjoyed it! I ordered The Big One and had it on the Tube! Had another one before I left London!

A truly awful experience. The brand is owned by SSP who seem to operate almost half of the food kiosks in London's mainline stations. This is an overpriced copy of genuine Cornish pasty shops. The fillings are dire, the pasties are expensive, the pasties are dried out or overheated/verging on burned and all in all a pretty typical experience (unfortunately) of our station concourses. Totally perfect food if you've been out for a few beers in the evening and have lost all judgement, sense of taste and everywhere else is closed!

On our way home and at Euston station picked up a couple of 'Big One' pasties and enjoyed them very much. Hot, plenty of filling and tasty a little pricey at a fiver each - staff nice and friendly - the only down side no wedges available.

We went there thinking that could be similar to the Empanadas argentinas, however the pasty bread is oily and there is pieces of potato inside. It is tasty, but nothing that called my attention.

We picked up three different pasties at the Paddington station location. All there were excellent, very nice pastry and tasty, hot fillings. We had the steak and Stilton, a limited time peri peri chicken and a Cornish steak. The steak and Stilton had just the right balance of cheese and juicy, tender steak. The Peri peri chicken was surprisingly spicy with onions, peppers and tender white chicken meat.We actually bought the Cornish steak pasty very early in the morning, the other two were not available. This was a very traditional pasty, also delicious.

Tried a couple different pasties here on a couple different days and the were not good. They were dry and lacked in flavor. Also woefully expensive for a simple meat pie. Don't bother, it's not worth it.

This has to be the worst bacon roll, dried up over and cooked, £2.80 for a roll with two slithers of bacon...... Total rip off

Siamo frequentatori abituali della grande Londra...ogni volta che incontriamo un negozio della catena Pasty Shop ci fermiamo ad assaporare queste delizie della Cornovaglia!! In verità le vetrine contengono dei fagottini ripieni noti appunto come "pasty" tutti molto invitanti. Lasciatevi andare ma...non potete non assaggiare le "oven baked potato wedges" (croccanti patate sapientemente speziate), i "sausage roll" e i "pasty" contenenti cheddar, cheese, onion and potato! Buon appetito!!!

Picked up a pasty at Kings Cross Pasty Shop and took it home to enjoy. Wow, it was huge and oh, so filling. Loved it! The folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Don't miss this treat!
