ordered cold brew latte with cookie and cream cold form, even paid for that but it didn't come with cold form. I asked twice but she said she put it in. I couldn't even find any taste of crumble and thick cold form

Excellent hotel, staff were brilliant. The room was superb, was a shame to leave early.
