just dropped in for a coffee. very tasty. service was excellent. it was like sitting in an art gallery. Worth having a look in if you are passing?

Great location for work in airport. Safe free parking outside. Pub adjoining good food and service.

The service & staff were pleasant. The food was little better than mediocre. The most outstanding aspect of this experience of eating at Greggs, Cherry St Birmigham was the filthy condition. There were straws on the seats. Servietes on the floor and ripped up sugar containers, all littering the floor. The place wasn't that big and would only have taken 3 or 4 minuets to clean. I asked how they can serve people food in such a dirty environment. I was told they were too busy to clean. I said what about the 2 people in the back, that I could clearly see. She siad do you want to go and ask them? I declined. They have got their priorities wrong. Clean first, serve food second, but then I suppose it's all about making money. I certainly won't go back, and nor will I go to another Greggs.

Unfortunately I would not recommend going nor would I ever return again. From poor management to miserable staff and un appetising food. The whole experience was truly unpleasant. The quality of food has deteriorated dramatically since the starting of royal nawab days. Price is not justified at all. All the curries taste the same. No difference. Some even watered down. The variety is not the same. Salads were old and naans were cold and hard. People serving looked fed up as if we were in their way and an inconvenience to them. Sighing and rolling eyes if took longer than 10 seconds to order drinks or to ask for specials behind counter or desserts. Your qr system is flawed. Doesnt work properly. . The whole atmosphere is wrong. We went out to have a nice relaxing time but came back feeling cheated exhausted and tired. Food was on floor in front of the chinese / Italian counter and was a health and safety hazzard. Someone could have easily slipped. Kids running arround with plates is not good let alone touching food and leaving there. The noise in your reception is soo loud you can barely hear your self think and to top it of your "water feature" is too loud. Icing on cake was the soo called entertainment for people waiting. So sorry but he couldn't sing. Music over powering his voice. I dont know what the relaunch was all about. Its still the same old and tiring look. All in all wouldn't go again nor will I suggest my family and friends.

Came here tonight for the first time. What an amazing place Finns energy and customer service was 10/10! I go to many bars and he’s made my night a rememberable one to say the least. Thanks again finn. P.s he needs a pay rise!!!
