I took my sister to the olive grove for her birthday, this was her first visit. My wife and daughter invited theirselves when they discovered where I was booking to eat. We all had the carvery and desserts. The table was cleared by the very pleasant staff, of four clean plates. This is a little hidden gem of a restaurant. Thank you for a very pleasant atmosphere and lovely food.

Once again The Olive Grove has been a pleasure to visit. The food was beautiful (it was carvery night), the customer service was excellent. Took friends who were visiting from Runcorn & Merseyside and they really enjoyed their meals and had a lovely night. The staff made 'Princess' Susan's night and one she will never forget. Thank you! The atmosphere is so relaxing you just don't want to go home.

What a absolutely gorgeous meal the muscles were lovely. That home made pie was heavenly. Thank you for a lovely evening it made my 6 years anniversary very special. I would recommend anyone to go.

My first visit to the Olive Grove tonight and it was excellent. Beef Stroganoff cooked at our table with real chips and vegetables was one of the most enjoyable meals I've eaten. Friendly, helpful staff and a good atmosphere. Well worth the journey from Worcester!

Had a fantastic evening spent with my wife, Anna, we both had the Carvery, mmmmm, the wife enjoyed her Turkey, and I enjoyed my 2 meats, Beef and Turkey, highly recommend the place 😀 😄

Nice little place, the service is very good and they are happy to talk you through the menu. Food is great and they even on certain dishes cook at your table. Very good prices and the only thing I would say is it would be perfect if the decor had a little update, other than that it's lovely.

The food is fantastic and definitely not your basic usual food 😋 this is now our favourite place to go 😁 the steak and salmon we had was cooked to perfection 😋 great cosy atmosphere 😁 see you soon 😊

The Decor leaves a lot to be desired- like stepping back into the 1980’s. Food average, not bad, but not brilliant. Will not return.

Re: Response from owner- Definately know I was in your Restaurant! lol (nice try) the food was poor, nearly half the menu was unavailabe, if you can't remember it must be common. I would certainly not entertain going again. It was not worth half of what I was charged. Try addressing your issues instead of questioning your paying customers reviews I would suggest. Disappointing after looking at reviews. Limited menu, due to missing items. Deserts were sorrowful. Service was ok but empty glasses for far too long. When alternative dishes arrived they were very basic at £20+ chips waxy and limp…. Shame!

Had a date night night here with my partner, and it felt more like a personal dining experience than just a meal. Service from the staff was wonderful, and then Salem brought his chef skills to our table and dished out the most delicious meal. The food was incredible and this will certainly not be the last time we will be coming here.

my kid went on a school trip here. tell me why they decided to take advantage of children and exploit them - they were practically rationing them of portions. my kid got 3 meatballs and they aren’t big meatballs they were like the size of a pea. My child told me how all the food was cold as it was served and we were forced to pay £50 for something that should only cost £10!

Fantastic food. We both had really juicy, soft steaks, which were great. Then finished with the lightest sticky toffee pudding EVER with custard. Been before, and the quality of food is always top-notch!!

Went to the Olive Grove last Thursday which was Mexican night or a la carte there were 18 of us . All of us had a fantastic meal and service was brilliant. Well done Salem Jane Tia and Ella and the rest of the team . Have been going here since Salem opened and never had a bad meal can highly recommend it . Food fabulous service great and everyone so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful meal, staff are brilliant and take the time to talk to you about the menu. The quality of food is outstanding and the price is good. I hope they don't change a thing in what they do. We will most definitely visit again.

Absolute gem of a place. Attentive but not intrusive service from a lovely team of staff. Delicious selection of meals available and all cooked beautifully. We had the 2 course roast dinner special for £14 each. The meat was tender, tasty and plentiful, with a fabulous selection of veg also cooked to perfection. The puddings were more than generous! A genuinely brilliant place to eat out. Thankful that it’s only a stones throw from us but even if it wasn’t, it would be worth a journey!

Found the olive grove by mistake but what a find. I can't put into words how good the food and service is here. OUTSTANDING is the only word I can say, we will most definitely be visiting again.

A delicious meal again at The Olive Grove along with great service. I decided to try Beef Stroganoff part of the Flambé service that Salem provides. It was absolutely delicious very flavoursome cooked at your table with great flair. Salem made sure it was dairy free as I have a intolerance to cows milk. This did not detract from the meal at all. I’ll definitely be ordering this again next time we go. So I thoroughly recommend The Olive Grove for lunch or dinner with great choices on either menu.

We have always driven passed and said we ought to try it, well today was the day. We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The food was excellent, I had steak diane which was cooked at the table, it tasted delicious. My husband had the pie which he couldn't fault. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic food and excellent service. The only reason I’ve not given a 5 star review is the set up itself. The building is lovely and the decor fine, however the table cloths are paper and the chairs look like they’re from an old pub. The restaurant itself just needs a little TLC to make it 5 star in my humble opinion.

Had a lovely meal here on Saturday. Food was good (sea bass) service friendly and polite. Loved watching the flambe of my mom's steak, it felt like a family run gem of a place. Will definitely go again. Only criticism would be the decor - it could do with modernization for sure, but this is the bottom of the list for us when we choose a restaurant.

Salem is one of the most decent guys you will find, and his cooking is beyond reproach, went last Saturday with daughter and husband, treated mum for Mother’s Day, we’ve ate at other places that Salem has cooked and have never been let down. Roll on tomorrow evening when we shall visit again this time for Father’s Day, and we don’t live around the corner, we travel nearly 40 miles, and to be honest I would travel twice that distance for his food. Well done Salem keep up the good work, some one will always moan about something take no notice your food speaks for itself Alan

Restaurant looked deserted from outside door had to be held open with blue tack ,first impression walking in was like going back 40 / 50 years to an old pub style Restaurant very old fashioned and quite cramped too much fuss looked like eating in a loft space . Didn't like the fact that vegetables were served to share as this doesn't sit well when your not couples I prefer what I have paid for on my plate and not family style All in all the 4 of us said food was not good and we all work in the food industry and we wouldn't return again .

We recently visited the Olive Grove and the restaurant hasn't changed.The food was excellent,the staff hard working and as before the owner Salem came out and spoke with us. I recommend the steak and ale pie it is superb. Well done to everyone at the restaurant.

The starter was meant to be creamy garlic mushrooms, it was mushrooms in oil, could not even taste the garlic. We could not eat it. The main, Ribeye steak was really thin, and the whole meal was thick with grease. Would definitely not recommend this...

I feel bad because they are obviously trying... Maybe if they stuck to basics and didn't try to be what they are not it would be fine. But overcooked Seabass, rubbery prawns, soggy veg served in a desert bowl... It's doesn't get much more 1970's~ but bad 1970's. Sorry.

We had a lovely meal we all chose the home made pies, they were cooked to perfection. And the puddings were delicious. Finished of with coffee and hot chocolate. The staff and Salem very friendly.

The idea of a authentic French restaurant experience is a good one and the staff were amazing and professional however the food was abysmal there was very basic food but even so the food was bland some over cooked and some undercooked it was very disappointing
