Absolutely delightful establishment! Visiting the area on business and wanted to let our hair down but couldn't find a pub with any atmosphere until the old still inn! What a fantastic welcoming and fun place! Staff lovely, music brilliant, vibe awesome. Everyone chatting and including us in everything, even joined in karaoke! Drinks cheap, bar well stocked, toilets spotless. So friendly and been back multiple times since!

I was out with 4 of my friends n June 1st. At about 730pm we left the grain store as it was too busy and you could not get served ( we had 3 drinks due to this). I suggested going to the old still as it is a pub I used to go to in my younger days. However, as we approached a black female doorwoman shouted that I could not go in! I did not realise at first that she was a doorwoman as she was sat down on one of you chairs. I honestly thought she was joking but quickly realised that she wasn’t! She can across aggressive so myself and my friends went to the Hogs Head where we got in no pribelem at all! 5 gin and tonics later, 40 quid, nice drink and moved on to the slug and lettuce where again we had no problem! Just 5 girls out to have a dance and a good time! I found your doorwoman rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason whatsoever! She was a bully and I just wanted to make you aware of this. I was under the impression they were there to stop trouble not try and create it! I just walked away but someone else may of said something back!

We found this pub by chance, and we had a brilliant Tuesday night in there. Thanks to Dale & Co for being fantastic hosts. We'll hopefully see you again soon.

Visited today first time in years, decent prices, good service, mixed bag of regulars who appeared to be looking out for each other. Bar staff friendly and efficient never waited long to be served. Warm and comfortable even sitting near the main entrance. It's definitely an old time pub and although it's been through various changes since I first drank in there it remains an old time pub. A firm competitor for whetherspoons.

We have not been in The Old Still since way before Christmas... And had a lovely welcome back from Dale and Scott. We had a really good time and enjoyed confidential kareoke.... Great to see some old faces... See you soon Dale and Scott ❤️❤️❤️

Dj verbally abused a 57 year old lady due to a mic issue called her names over his mic to all the customers totally embarrassed the lady with his foul mouth not nice to see or hear .

Bar staff and owner was disrespectful to me and my girl, then the owner offered us a free drink, but we was already drinking one. When we went to get our free drink he said it was too late and missed our chance and then he went on a little rant . Never been disrespected 3 times in 15minutes in one pub in front of a pub full of people as well. Now He Lost 3 regular customers

Always a great atmosphere. The gaffer Dale is a great host and always loads of different entertainment. The staff are not the most attentive to customers waiting.

The entertainment they put on there is first class always a great atmosphere in there great folk always come out feeling like I’ve had a good time gaffer and staff are brilliant and the beer is very reasonable fully recommend this place

It was a laugh but no ale whatsoever... Lager and cider were cheap enough though which may explain the state of some of the customers at 6 in the evening although there wasn't any trouble... Worth a visit if you're doing the rounds but there's better places nearby to spend time imo

My twin brother Stephen and I decided to have a day out in Wolverhampton visiting some of its great pubs,one of the first we visited was The Old Still Pub. The interior of this pub is as traditional as it gets ,tv's to enjoy the sport, dark wood features, a solid wood serving bar, great furnishings and decorated tastefully throughout with plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, a proper locals pub. We were here on a Saturday afternoon, pub was very busy and bustling with a great atmosphere, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff after giving our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands we ordered a Worthington bitter each,payed contactless and just kicked back, chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our bitters . My bitter was exceptional, a rich,malty bitter ,consistent from the first sip till the last sup, on a hot afternoon it certainly cut through the thirst 😋. This pub had a great vibe ,busy but staff made sure everyone adhered to the social distance rules so a safe environment to drink in. We really enjoyed our bitters in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to here we had a great time. The Old Still Pub is easy to locate along Kings Street. Opening hours are ( covid 19 hour's) . Monday to Sunday, 10am till 10pm. A wonderful pub,if your in the area most definitely well worth a visit.

The Old Still Is A Proper Local Boozer With A Decent Range Of Commercial Beers And Is A Superb Pub To Visit.The Old Still Is An Excellent Pub And Can Be Traced Back To The Late 18th Century And Had Its Facade Redesigned In The 1880s.The Pub Closed In 2004 But Re-Opened And Is Now A Very Busy Pub In The City Centre.The Inside Of The Old Still Has A Modern Look And Feel With Many Interesting Features And Great Seating Options And When We Went Here It Was Very Lively.On Entry We Gave Track And Trace Details And Then Ordered Some Worthington Brewery Bitters Which Where Well Served And Priced.The Old Still Pub Is A Proper Local Boozer With Character And Is Well Worth Visiting And Is A Pub We Will Visit Again.Easy To Locate From Princess Street Bus Stop You Walk Along Lichfield Street And Then Take A Left Onto Princess Street And Right Onto Kings Street A Few Minute Walk.(This Is My First Review Of The Old Still). Cheap beer. Good entertainment. Cash only can be an issue if you forget but I feel it keeps trouble out of the pub as it attracts older customers. With a bookies over the road and a bank round the corner, it's one of the better places to drink in Wolverhampton

Quiet when I was here on a wet and cool November evening. No real ales, but was told not at the moment, so may have some in future. John Smiths for £2 which is great value for money and was of a good quality. Plenty of screens to enjoy the sports on TV. I was told there is entertainment on a Friday and Sunday. The female bartender is a diamond, very friendly and helpful
