The North Euston Hotel in Wyre

Everything was very good except shower in room 66 was weak (but well hot) and the breakfast plates on the Monday morning were put into the plate warmer COLD, so had lovely hot food on a cold plate. Catering 101 no no... I'd definitely stay there again and there's lots of free parking in Fleetwood.

Went in for Sunday carvery with my partner and step-son. The drinks and food were very reasonably priced, and the carvery was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chef carving knew his stuff and was very friendly. (I can't shout him out, because I didn't ask his name, but he was tall with glasses!) - Would 100% recommend this place for anyone visiting Fleetwood on their holidays.

Very enjoyable experience, mostly friendly accomodating staff, food was excellent.

Very comfortable 2 night stay for a function at the hotel. Bed and breakfast included and all meals we ate there were well cooked, good portions and people were friendly. A Grade II listed building, it retains many of the old charms yet quite nicely modernized like with a walk-in shower, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Quiet nights sleep and lovely view of the estuary.

Had a nice meal in the bar area. Good real ale and the fish pie is definitely recommended! Bonus points for letting us watch the rugby on the tv 😁🏈📺

Well worth the money for a luxury holiday

Stayed for 2 nights. Dinner was very nice but ran out of quite a few items on the menu due to a busy day. A big problem was the shower. The water was a trickle. Complained to reception but all we received was an apology. There should have been a small refund perhaps. The hotel has a smell of frying everywhere, even in the bedrooms. On the whole not a bad hotel with friendly staff.

Would definitely recommend Joel's absolutely wonderful meal, great staff and lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend..

I loved sitting in the foyer and drinking great coffee with our dog. It was a relaxing few hours on Christmas Day.

The food was beautiful. This comment was from a previous visit. Unfortunately, we went there last night for a belated Christmas get-together. 2 gluten-free dinners had to be returned due to the pigs in blankets that were tucked under the turkey. When they brought out the fresh ones, my wife had one roast potato on her plate. I had Joel's burger, which came with roasted cherry tomatoes. I was enjoying these until I came across one that had a split in it. The split was full of fungus. This was returned. The team apologised, gave a free round of drinks to the table, and removed the three meals from the bill. A nice gesture that should never have needed to be made. The serving staff, however, we're fantastic...

Went for Sunday lunch, good value ,staff friendly and they had a good singer on as well , will go again 😁

Another great experience at this iconic hotel. The fish and batter last evening 19th October was extremely poor and inedible and not fresh…cheap frozen fish comes to mind…so this morning I have the trots! Room was fantastic and recently refurbished to a high standard. Music blaring away from down below till I found my headphones and managed to drift off to sleep. Breakfast and staff brilliant as always. Love this place and normally the fish and chips are fab but not last night they were rubbish…and not cheap!

Rooms tired, clean but need paint

A superb place to spend a celebration of our grandson's 18th birthday. A very welcoming team, lovely bedrooms, very enjoyable food and an atmosphere of "will do". It was a pleasure to stay. Thank you team.

Close to the seashore,the twilight is stunning from here.Plenty to visit and see all around: lighthouse,park with statues,the old tram,crafty shops and so. Kind and helpful staff,good food.

Great food, good service and good views over the promenade to the sea

Myself and my parents went for Sunday lunch and it was the best Sunday lunch we've had in a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection, tasty and the service were brilliant. Great place for food and lovely views too.

It's not a bad pub they're trying very hard to bring it back to its hay day so good luck to them. Going to day and trying out its new restaurant looks promising 🍷

Nice hotel nice rooms good food

Stopped for lunch on Fish Friday £13.00 with a glass of wine. I have to say the best Fish & Chips I have had in a long time. The batter was so crispy and the Fish so fresh and white. Proper Big chips & proper mushy peas. I definitely recommend it. Service was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Came out with water for our little dog. Very dog friendly.

The bar was comfortable and quiet. Food order was made but 20 minutes later the waitress came over to say that the three orders coul not be delivered as they had run out of steak, even though it was a quiet service only 5 other people were in. The meal we had was fine.

Not stayed here just eaten here several times its fine .

Went fir dinner, but I was too bust looking for sea shells and missed food ordering by 15 mins. But the staff were extremely kind and went on their phone to find us places still taking table service and recommend places. Beautiful beach, beautiful building. Even has links to Glasgow..

Menu looks good, beer not brilliant, nice history to the building

Hotel has had its best years and urgently needs a renovation of the rooms and the building. The lady from the service just stood in the room in the morning without knocking. The breakfast was full English breakfast. Definitely too expensive for the service.

Again we have enjoyed a lovely stay in Fleetwood. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, thank you to Christine in the bar for helping our group and looking after us. Great the tram stop is outside the hotel. Really enjoyed the tea dance, ballroom is beautiful. Only negative is water pressure but age of hotel is probably reason.

Disappointed to not get the room with facilities I booked. But otherwise the service received by staff was very friendly ,Christine in the bar gave excellent service, she was very helpful looking after us.

Often stop here for lunch. Always great food and supporting a family business.

We were here for a crafting weekend. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Some went above and beyond when I needed them. Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of cereals, juices, pastries and a cooked breakfast.

Beautiful Victoria-era hotel. Perhaps it’s seen better days but retains a healthy level of Victorian elegance. Abundance of elegant function rooms with ocean views.

Lovely hotel right next to the tram and bus stop. Room was lovely, very spacious and well decorated plus the bed was super comfortable. Only small downfall is there was a wedding downstairs on our stay and they seems to take over the lobby and bar areas even thou I’m sure they had their own function room, we ended up down the road at a pub called The Steamer which is very recommendable on any visit to Fleetwood.

Very warm welcome when we arrived- staff were really polite, professional and helpful. We booked a table in the Bay restaurant for evening dinner. The menu contained staples such as fish and chips etc but there was plenty of other choices available. Within a couple of minutes after being shown to our table the waiter went through the menu, took our drinks order and made sure that we were attended to. The meals were delivered piping hot, freshly made and absolutely delicious. Our room was a double on the first floor. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an extensive variety of hot drinks and snacks available. The bed was perfect, really comfortable with cotton crisp bed linen. We booked as a last minute, spur of the moment let’s do this kind of activity. We stuck a pin in the map and ended up here in Fleetwood at the North Euston hotel. What a brilliant find - I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Five stars all round.

Only went for a drink afternoon and night and the staff there were rude towards customers and especially a pensioner who had forgotten to order ketchup for lunch and the staff were slagging her of to other members of staff disgusting 🫣

Had lunch at the North Euston with my mum and the food was great(Fish and chips).The batter on the fish was light and crispy and the chips were excellent.Staff were excellent too

Unique location on Fleetwood promenade, some rooms are a little dated (some are more modern) but always clean and warm, drinks & food very reasonable and the food is excellent

Quiz night sundays. Good fun 7 30 pm . Real ale abd fruit cider,mmm

Not an enjoyable stay! During my 5 night stay I changed rooms 3 times. First room change was because I could hear people above me walking around thanks to the creaking floor boards and the band playing music in the pub below me. The receptionist during my checkout said my request for a quite room before 7pm was unreasonable… Second room change to room number 3 was because there was no hot water or central heating in my room. I was told this was an isolated issue only effecting my room. Once in room number 3 I found no hot water there also. I was later informed that the whole hotel would have no hot water or central heating for the night. I was given an electric radiator and 1 free drink as compensation. The heating and hot water issue was resolved the next morning but the fix was short lived. Two days after the heating and water issue was fixed it failed again. Reception staff at check out said I was an unreasonable guest with my request for a quiet warm room with running hot water and did not apologise for the inconveniences and failings to provide a restful stay. Despite the good location I will not be staying again at this ‘hotel’.
