The New Blue Spice in Aberdeen City

Excellent service from entering the cafe , always met with a smile and speedy service. Huge choice of meals all marked up regards allergens which is great .

First time at this establishment, thoroughly enjoyed my sunday carvery. I got the king size plate, which didnt seem much bigger than a normal plate, however I did get an extra meat, I love meat. Was unsure if I could go up for more meat, instructions unclear, tasted devine nonetheless. Music would be appreciated.

Cold food not enough staff The staff making the coffees had to go to the till while other customers food went cold . The staff were amazing . Worked hard but too much work for them with the amount of customers there was . We did not eat or return the cold food because of the queues . I went a couple of weeks ago and same issue . I thought it may have been a one off but obviously not .

I bought a medium chai latte. Asked for it to be topped up with hot water, the really rude girl told me I'd bought a medium not a large so I wan entitled. I said but it's only a little water I'm asking for. She rolled her eyes and walked away.

still great food but no call butons any more, and the help yourself water has gone. This is a shame really
