The Manor Pub & Grill in Northampton

Awful dirty place with the same kind of clients. Would highly recommend people take a wide berth. The place needs stripping and starting again with new staff also. Food was terrible, cold if available.

This is the elegant part of the Westone Manor Hotel....in the old manor itself. Food was good (dinner and breakfast). Nice place.

We visited for a family dinner and not only was the food great, the staff were wonderful. Our waitress was Lauren, who made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and was very polite. If all staff were as kind, helpful and friendly as Lauren, I’d go out for dinner ALL the time! Thank you for a great time!

We visited today and the garden is really beautiful it’s such a shame that the food was massively disappointing. There were 3 families and we chose the kebab platters from the bbq menu for the adults and the kids had pizza and chicken nuggets. The biggest problem was they weren’t barbecued! It was all bought in below standard kebabs. The corn on the cob was frozen and a hungry person could have eaten what was supposed to be for 2. The pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. All cheddar no mozzarella in sight and one of the kids even commented ‘I’ve had better meals’ he is 8. This could be an amazing place for family and friends to enjoy but really needs to offer what they are selling which is a bbq menu and make things fresh on site. I haven’t given 1 star as the staff were very apologetic and gave us a round of drinks on the house after we gave our feedback. Would love to return but will only do so if they sort the quality of the food offered.

Very expensive for what it was. We went on a Sunday And the very pleasant tea garden was crowded. But we waited for one hour for drinks to be delivered and two hours for food, in spite of asking a number of times. Then after 5 pm the food arrived and the orders were wrong. Burgers were wring ones without chips and salad. Salad was left off another meal. Considering the prices, portion sizes were lean for the correct orders. Afternoon tea for two is £38… and they had the cheek to ask £5 extra for an extra teapot. I know that staff arent used to customers after the lockdowns, but the place ought then to limit its tables to what the staff can manage.
