Always good quality breakfast and lunchtime take out food. Called in today for chicken/salad barmcakes, a chicken salad box and a half jacket potato with cheese. The staff are very friendly and happy to chat. I was given hot, fresh chicken and the lady serving me was really accommodating to changes to my order. All food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The whole order including a drink came to £11. I’d highly recommend The Lunchbox for breakfast and lunch. No indoor seating, it’s takeout only, but this place is always busy.

The homemade soups are so good, the chicken soup is the best I've had and they are famous for their spicy sausage soup. Free delivery is available which is great, and the salad bar has loads of options on it and is really filling. I've enjoyed everything I've had from here and the staff are fun and friendly.

Excellent breakfasts, my personal favourite is the all in one breakfast box. Two butchers sausages, Two bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and two rounds of toast. Takeout or delivered £4.60 It’s as clean as fry ups go and very good quality

8 of us went for a birthday afternoon tea and oh my goodness we were not disappointed. Lots of tea and coffee served up with nibbles and fresh fruit (she was catering to those of us on restricted diets). Followed up by sandwiches on very fresh bread, savoury treats, sweet treats and scones. We were so full it was absolutely fantastic. Well done to all involved. Ps we booked in advance for our table

Called in here by chance on a bimble around the Preston area. This is a lovely tearoom with a simple, down to earth menu and great location in the heart of the Fylde countryside. We had sandwiches which were immense, and stuffed to the gills with our chosen fillings. They might be better described as doorsteps! The owner also has many bric-a-brac and fashion items for sale. In all a very pleasant visit to a traditional tea room in the heart of the beautiful North Lancashire countryside.

Popped in for a bacon roll and coffee ahead of my journey to London. Delicious bacon sandwich with proper HP brown sauceand a very tasty black coffee. Picked myself up a loyalty card as I will definitely be visiting again. Excellent value for £6.50
