Came on a Saturday night, no booking as we walked past and thought it looked nice Service was good , food wise we ordered the cheesy garlic bread as a starter with some Olives. It was the size of an actual pizza and really delicious. Olives were really nice too The dinners were hit and miss. The risotto was quite watery and wasn't all that if I'm honest but my partner had the bolognese and it was stunning It's quite boujee in there, nice decor to justify the cost but it was lovely and wouldn't stop us coming again

We booked a table here to surprise a friend of ours who loves Italian food for her birthday! I will start by saying that the food was unbelievable, all of us really did enjoy it and our waiter (I don’t know his name, young lad), was very attentive and helpful. However, we started the night on a negative note, as we were seated at our table, our friend (the birthday girl) very quickly noticed that she was sitting on chewing gum, which the resulted in her having the spend the rest of the evening worried about the state of her jeans.. there was very little apology from anyone, poor start. We ordered a couple of different dishes, one which never arrived, we are unsure if it’s because our waiter never heard or if because he simply forgot. That item was then removed from the bill at our request. Upon asking for the bill, which arrived very quickly, we noticed we had been charged £0.01 for “birthday ice cream”???? This is not something we had received at this point, so the birthday girl saw it on the receipt before it even reached our table. The toilets were not up to the standards you would expect from a “higher” end restaurant. No toilet roll and were unclean, shame. Once we expressed our issues to the manager, he was very eager to help us, which is fine, however it took for someone in our party to actually voice her disappointment. The food really was lovely and that alone is the only reason I would recommend. It really was not the experience that we were expecting, considering our bill was over £100..

I booked this restaurant for a friends birthday as it looked ‘upscale’. It didn’t get off to a great start when we got seated on our table and there was chewing gum on the chair which stuck to my friends jeans whose birthday it was. We got moved to another table with little apology, ordered our food and one of our dishes didn’t turn up but this wasn’t on the bill so I assume it had been completely forgotten. When the bill came it had on it ‘birthday surprise ice cream’, maybe next time serve it before the birthday girl reads that on the receipt. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice but the toilets were a complete mess and there was no toilet roll. Our waiter was very friendly and apologetic when we mentioned the mistakes. Once we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the manager they took a main off the bill and offered limoncello shots. This restaurant is definitely not upscale, it is much more of a Prezzo vibe just with higher prices. So if you’re looking for an high end evening I do not recommend it there!

Had a lovely meal. Decor good, service excellent and food delicious 😋 There was a small mixup with the ordering but it was sorted out swiftly and with graciousness and in the end our meal was all the better as a result.

We arrived at 7pm on a Friday evening to an empty restaurant, immediate red flag. Uninterested waiting staff took 10 minutes to take a drinks order, drinks were missed from that order. We ordered, and to cut a very long story short, it took two hours to serve two courses to our table, by which point there were only about 3 tables filled elsewhere in the restaurant. All around slow and un-interested staff, food was adequate and expensive for what it was. Staff were regularly seen chatting and laughing, and even standing around scrolling on their phones, when we were clearly trying to get their attention politely. Safe to say we requested for the discretionary service charge to be removed. Sadly, we will not be returning.

I took my class to Figo in Brentwood for lunch. Firstly I emailed Figo and explained that I work in a school for students with Speech, Language and Communication difficulties and we wanted to give our students opportunities to go to a nice restaurant were they could practice life skills. Murat (the manager) went out of his way to ensure that he could accommodate our students. He created a simplified set menu at a great price. All the staff were very kind and patient with our students. Thankyou so much for your kindness and hospitality we all had an amazing time and the food and service was amazing.

We went here on a Saturday evening as a walk in. From the start the service was on point, friendly and attentive, but not on your face. Food was excellent, especially the pork. We enjoyed the music in the background but was not overbearing and there was sufficient space between tables. We would visit again, well worth it. X

This is our first time visiting Figo, having to come to Essex for the day. The food was delicious and dessert menu to die for! We were served by Melele who provided a great service. We will definitely come again!

I’ve been eating at Figo Brentwood so many times always a good experience last night I had the pasta pomodoro basilico and pizza buffalina it was so simple and so good and for dessert we had tiramisu and panna cotta so delicious, also the service was perfect. Thank you Figo

Really poor. Found shards of plastic in our food which if swallowed could have cut or got lodged in my child's throat whose dish it was. It was a deliveroo takeaway but I called the restaurant and spoke to Debbie the general manager who assured me she would speak to the owners and back to me on email. After 5 days of chasing I heard nothing before calling again and eventually receiving an email telling me I had to go through deliveroo which effectively means a refund of one dish. Cheers Figo Restaurant, well handled.

Went for dinner on my daughter's recommondation Saturday evening and am so glad we did. Restaurant is beautiful. Every member of staff we came across was warm, attentive, helpful and cheerful. Drinks were spot on and food was just excellent, very fresh and very well prepared and cooked. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well worth a visit.

This place is legit perfect in every way !!! To the decor to , the staff , to the food ! Wow I would rate this place 1000 stars if I could there is nothing to complain about . From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely manager , seated a given menus a made to feel welcome . The decor is lovely , the staff are amazing a the food well I was blown away as I have never been before ! Lots of choice on the menu we ordered the lobster pasta , pizza calamari , bruschetta , it arrived piping Hot a with in great time a tasted amazing ! I ate everything other than a bit of pizza because I was so full ! The lobster pasta was by far the best pasta I’ve ever eaten !!! The calamari was so fresh a delicious also with everything else we ordered . The drinks were so nice as well the porn star martini a cherry spritz went down a treat ! It was also my friends birthday so they brought a scoop of ice cream over with a candle on it an all the staff sang happy birthday so was a nice little touch . To top it off the staff that were serving our table were great , nothing was to much effort for them asked if everything was ok did we need anything …..Abbi & Paul they are a credit to your establishment and team so thank you !!!!!!!

First time visiting here with the family. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered the seafood spaghetti but requested it with prawns only as I cannot eat molluscs and they happily did this for me. It was so delicious and the tomato sauce in this dish was full of flavour and I ate every single bit. It’s hard to find this dish with a sauce that tastes good but the chefs here did it amazingly well. I shall return to have this again. My 7 year old daughter had the carbonara from the main menu as it wasn’t offered on the kids menu and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The chocolate fondant dessert was very good and the gelato ice cream that came with it was HEAVENLY! I loved how they served it with a biscuit crumb underneath. It’s a 3 minute walk from a local car park as you cannot park outside.

Our first visit here. Food lovely - if a little pricey - however our table was booked for 12:30pm and having looked at the menu for 20 mins (chatting and catching up, discussing the menu, as you do) the lady "welcoming" people in abruptly asked us to order as quickly as possible as they were very busy today and our table was required back at 2:30pm. So, we ordered - and then proceeded to feel watched, hurried and not really able to relax whilst eating our 2 courses. It transpired that having checked our booking afterwards, we actually had the table until 3pm - not 2:30pm. Very irritating. On the way out she said IF we decide to go back she'd make sure we were looked after. Probably should have just done that to begin with.

My family enjoyed a delicious meal here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The wild boar pasta was amazingly good. The best Italian food I have experienced outside Italy. Highly recommend it!

We went to FIGO in Brentwood this evening for my 72nd Birthday Meal ! We were met by the lovely Euq and shown to our table. The choices of dishes were excellent and Paul brought them out to us very quickly and they were delicious. After we had our sweet and coffee Melek brought our bill very promptly. All the Staff we encountered this evening made our visit memorable and we thank them for being so Polite, Charming and Professional throughout our stay.
