I kept seeing this place being recommended for its Sunday carvery online, and having realised it was right around the corner, we thought we would give it a try… and it certainly did not disappoint … everything was delicious. Highly recommended

Had a lovely night listening to Kathy, the staff and the atmosphere was brilliant landlord and landlady made me and my family feel welcome!

So it seems the female in question since our complaint has been taken seriously... thankyou very very much to the landlord and landlady for doing the right thing and dismissing a bad egg who's caused us a whole host of problems, for my family, you can't even imagine. I'm greatly appreciative and have removed my previous review. I hope you find some nice, reliable staff that knows what their job description is. You have done the right thing. We obviously don't want to see people in trouble however she got us in a whole host of it maliciously. Thankyou once again. I Found out through just walking past and got chatting to a regular. Once again, it takes alot to do the right thing, and for her to admit her wrong behaviour. But thankyou for acting on it. We still probably wouldn't feel comfortable coming in ..... but miss your cauliflower cheese on a Sunday.

Thank you Liz and Carl, you absolute legends. I was here last night visiting they where so welcoming and even pulled out some pub games for entertainment, ive never laughed so much. I even stopped by this morning after my morning run to say thank you and liz made me a banging egg and sausage butty at a very reasonable price. Not only are Liz and Carl the kindest host, they will do anything for anyone. To top it off this pub is dog friendly and my dog had a blast playing with the pub dog Bailey. Thanks again both, I will be back.

Just popped in here as I was passing, so welcoming to the point of I asked if there was anywhere I could get some food, they offered a few local places and then offered to cook me a bacon, egg & Sausage Barm and trust me it was lovely and tasty and to boo a very good price. I will be back here and his highly recommended.

This evening 'just now' I had lost a door key and a £20 note, I walked around the pub car park to look to see if I could find said monies that may have blown under a car, the manager had then since rang my wife's phone giving abuse over the phone, threatening us with the police which is absolutely fine, as no offence has taken place its a waist of police time so please go ahead. This is following on from the previous UNDESIRABLE former review about a member of his staff, he's clearly also a childish individual with a vendetta because we will not remove the review which he asked us to, we have rights to our opinions and no names were mentioned in any said reviews, No cars were touched, damaged, and neither was anything else on the premises. I looked around for perhaps 3 minutes and unfortunately wasn'tabl6to find my money that may of blown over. I'm starting to also belive there is a most definitely a racial element to this, it seems we are being targeted. ENTER THIS PUB AT YOUR OWN PERIL, personally I wouldn't give them another penny...... such a shame food was decent, however management, staff, service and absolutely no professionalism at all, because they can't deal with honest, reliable reviews. The original complaint was left and not dealt with despite us asking several times, and if anyone is going to be calling the police its myself, due to the original staff member the complaint was raised about, turning up at my home banging loudly on my doors and windows with her husband in the first instance who comes across as intimidating, the second time she came she was with a female, and it was to also be abusive, whilst I have 3 young children in the house. This is a police matter as it falls under harassment and intimidation. I think people really need to reflect on their behaviour before they make decisions, as you can see, just not professional in the slightest. I don't hold back, iv evidence of whom it was, and no crime was taken place tonight. Just a few sour grapes I belive from the last 2 Google reviews, even the one before that wasn't great either.

Lovely Sunday carvery. Great selection of meats and vegetables. Lovely Mediterranean pie made for our vegetarian option.

Used this pub many times when i was younger, yesterday i spent close to 30 minutes in there on my own to avoid rain/cold while i was waiting for a lift to play a game of football on the evening of my birthday. A woman who was working the bar stormed over and was very unpleasant and rude to me and tried to put me in a position where i would have to buy something or leave… telling me if i dont buy something that you will throw me out of your pub is not a way to get me to do business with you or buy from you….nor is it an acceptable way to treat previous/existing customers. I was considering having drinks in there with friends after football but after the way i was spoken to I am leaving this review instead. The woman even decided to start aggressively shouting a load of waffle at me when i was making my way out of the pub.

Enjoyable bar with a fun atmosphere. Loving the back room - great for events.

Came to the pub fur a 60th birthday. The food was superb, friendly staff, clean toilets, perfect!

Food was overall lovely but could have given more meat and stuffing and greater variety of veg, soup is a good addition, cheap drinks and food and a nice atmosphere

Only popped in for a late evening drink but the pub was clean and service was good. I know people who have been for Sunday roast and say it's really good. They do take away as well.

I am coeliac,So phoned up before hand to check they could accommodate. When I arrived Carl showed me the gravy to show it was gluten free,and made a jud specially.Liz went through what I xx old and couldn't eat.Such a nice change to have someone take it serious.

Nice pub. Taxied from Blackpool at weekend to watch a band we had heard about but had to cancel at last minute. ..so we left and went back to Blackpool. Will watch out for them again and make a return trip.

Great crowd and karaoke, good spacious pub with quiet seating area seating with Chesterfields.

The food and the staff were very good.But in the function room it was cold which spoiled the meal as I had to leave my coat on

Had a fantastic weekend at the links. Karaoke on Friday. Brilliant band on Saturday and a carvery that was brilliant on Sunday. It's a hidden gem! The staff were friendly and welcoming cant wait to go back next time I'm in St Annes

The Sunday roast is spot on. Great value and very friendly staff.

Went for Sunday Lunch and it was fantastic. The food was well worth the money and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely eat there again.

Great atmosphere, welcoming bar staff. Best carvery in St Anne's running on a Sunday from 12:30-3pm or until all sold (which it inevitably does every week as it's gaining in popularity). Arrive early to avoid disappointment!

Lovely place to visit. Nice garden in which to sit and kind and courteous staff, plus lovely desserts and drinks.

Have been frequenting this pub for well over 20 years now, under many ownerships and landlords, even worked there myself in my younger years! Liz and Carl have taken it on now! Foods great, carvary on a Sunday is gorgeous but get there early as it gets very busy!! Bands on a Saturday are a welcome sight, love the live music! Beers reasonable price, and there's a great selection! Reconnmended for a quick drink, food or a night out! You won't be disappointed!

Great pub. From 1pm on a Sunday, they serve the mother of Sunday dinners which is reasonably priced. Very much recommend.

Absolutely fantastic pub and suitable for all! I walked in for the first time last year and was immediately made to feel welcome. Jay, Tarina, Jenna, Natalie and all the staff here are really friendly, the beers are great, the food is even better and the atmosphere is fantastic, no matter what attracts on any given day! The Links offers a quiz night, karaoke night, live band night, Sunday carvery, pool and darts teams, Sky Sports… you name it, it’s going on at the Links! What makes the place extra special is you can see the hard work put in by the licences every single time you walk in… always happy to see you, always around to say hello and always happy to offer their time to a local, regular or newcomer! Couldn’t recommend the Links, Carl, Liz and all the staff highly enough!

Best carvery around and very reasonable price. Even includes a complimentary fabulous homemade soup to start. Quality ingredients served by friendly staff in spotless newly refurbished surroundings. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Newly refurbished. Landlords took over just as covid hit! Looks like good food and carvery some days. Also darts and pool teams and other activities going on including craft group etc. Live music and karaoke. Open to new ideas like biker nights, folk night and sing arounds possibly open mic night? Dog and family friendly. Everybody welcome. Very friendly people. Recommended.

Just the absolute best carvery around the Fylde on a Sunday. Delicious home cooked food prepared so well. Great selection of veg and very reasonably priced. Fresh home made soup as a free starter too. The team at the pub are lovely and go out of their way to welcome you and provide a great service. We love our Sunday visits and since the refurb it’s so comfortable, clean and cosy. Our favourite and all the people we’ve recommended to have all enjoyed it too 👍

Landlord and landy ignored us . We stood at bar for 18mins trying to order drinks .. on a quiet night .. in the end we walked out .. Stuff them and the pub !! Wont be long before bankruptcy and bailiffs move in !!
