Food was OK, but I've had better Chinese elsewhere. Service was fine, but I wasn't so keen on the modern decor styling, which lacked atmosphere for me.

Not child friendly very rude staff food was dreadful rice was matted together came out far took quick to be cooked fresh full of salt only very fine noodles we all left our food when I called the older lady over she said she was just a waitress I believe her to be the owner no apologies £70 later and only there 25 mins terrible DO NOT Go total rip off and a disgrace calling it Chinese restaurant

Our 1st time eating at Chu's, it won't be the last. We just walked in, no reservation, we were given a lovely table, food service and atmosphere were great. The choice was really good and the price was super cheap.

The mid week two courses was good value and the food was good and good choices

Vegetarian menu is not as stated. The food contains pork elements in the curry sauce together with fish sauce in many of the dishes. Ordered vegetable spring rolls and meat ones brought which resulted in eating some meat inside them. I suggest they label food clearly as the vegetarian menu is not totally vegetarian. Also, a concern for those who have allergies or religious beliefs that exclude meat and fish products. Will not be going there again as there was very little acknowledgement of their error.

First time here, lovely meal, well priced, food hot, service excellent. Am looking forward to going back.

After being regulars and good customers we’re so disappointed at this evening services. Over an hour late on delivery, we called to see if they’d forgotten us, we were told the order was still in the kitchen. On arrival, all 6 dishes were stone cold and dry, we called to let them know and they had no interest in resolving the issue. £30 takeaway wasted. Why didn’t you offer a replacement order or even a refund?! You’ve now lost a local customer, we’ll no longer be recommending our clients that visit Lytham, beyond a joke! Enough to put us off Chinese for the foreseeable future.

We had a wonderful family occasion here. Wonderful food, great service, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Not cheap, but the price matched the choice and excellent quality.

My oartner enjoyed his food but maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Beef very chewy. Staff superb however.

My husband invited me for special dinner, BUT ONLY to find out a very nasty service. Soup was salty with raw noodles. I order duck with rice cakes and they were hard AND dry. The owner lectura me thats the way Is served. Really? I had eaten this food both, China and UK with steamed warm cakes. Not here! My husband's dinner was salty as well beyond salty. Both older woman male waiter were rather rude AND agressive.

You'd go a long way to better this Chinese in my opinion. All good. Decor, staff, food, all spot on. Thanks Chu's.

I don’t normally like to give reviews, but on this occasion I feel it appropriate to share my experiences. From arrival at the restaurant to leaving we received nothing but the best service from the staff who were attentive to our needs throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand when needed. I can honestly say the meal was the best Chinese meal I have ever had. A big thank you to Chus Steve Lane

Brilliant!! very busy last night, with some large and noisy groups celebrating. However they managed to look after our small family perfectly. found us a quiet table and food and service were excellent as always. thank you Chus!

Thought this was outstanding food would definitely go there again, I wanted everything on the menu.

Think he was owner I waited to be served he was too busy adding up his orders I waited 5 mins before I said to him could I order he looked and very arrogantly said what do you want he took my order told me what I had to pay no eye contact when I said thanks for my change he didn't even answer so so rude won't be back.

Went tonight as a group of 8 - two twins in car seats we were made to feel extremely welcome as you can imagine some places with twin babies wouldn’t be as accessible The food was exceptional and the staff were fabulous we had a peanut allergy child with us and the staff went to extreme measures to ensure a happy healthy meal 5 stars from us looking forward to going back xxx loved it

Starters good but my main course of garlic chicken was not as I’ve had inother Chinese restaurants. It was cooked in butter with egg and did not taste of any garlic all I could taste was butter. Needless to say I couldn’t eat it and had an upset stomach for the little I did eat . Also a lot of shouting at the staff . Not a pleasant experience and wouldn’t go again or recommend .

Love eating in or getting a take away, A little expensive but it's well worth the extra

We had a takeaway new years eve for a family of six we ordered as soon as possible and we can pickup from them at 6.15 we arrived and would be ready in a few minutes they were very busy I don't know how they managed all the orders all the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was very good plenty of everything a little short on the sauce on the sweet n sour but all in all it was nice thanks to all the staff

Worse location to go to.. the boss yells at the employees in front of customers. Never have I experienced such rude staff, who do not wash their hands. They touch money then food. To top it off the food was so bland. Save your time and DO NOT GO HERE.

Looks very inviting from the outside, decor lovely inside, however the food isn't up to much. Overpriced for poor quality, Very bland food.

I love Chinese food but have to say this was unimpressive. The restaurant decor is lovely but the food is bland. Everything seemed to have been heated up in a microwave. It is overpriced in comparison to other Chinese restaurants. Would not go back here I'm afraid.

My first visit. Starters perfect. Fillet of steak Cantonese don’t bother! For me this was not fillet for the price! Sweet-and-sour chicken absolutely awful. £4 noodles are very good. Starters were very good, spring rolls chicken and cheese and ribs no issue. When I come back big no no…the mains were not good for me and I should have been more aware as the place was not that busy for a Friday evening!!!!!!

This is the third time I’ve been to Chus, and I’ve not had a bad experience yet! The restaurant staff are attentive, and happy to answer any questions about the menu. The food itself was delicious - I chose the fried squid for starters, followed by the salted chilli chicken. Really enjoyed my meal, and the portion size was just right, and I have a big appetite! The restaurant has a good buzz about it, and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for authentic Asian food in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Been coming to Chus for years...food, staff, wine, 10/10 Love 💋

We went in and ordered to take away. Food took little over 5mins to come out and it was a large order. Not usually a good sign in that it has likely already been sat out a while and has been reheated. Unfortunately this was the case, prawn toasts were inedible and nothing was fresh. Also extremely pricey. I am afraid I won’t be visiting again.

Probably the worst Chinese in lytham st Anne’s. Picked up a takeaway, and it should have been a red flag when the food was going to be ready in 10 minutes. Re-heated chips and fried rice, ribs were the worst I’ve ever had. The only thing which was good was the beef satay , the meat was good but the rest of the dish was understated. Threw over 50% of the food out

Very good service staff are very attentive food was lovely probably one of the best I have had just sorry I didn't take pictures if you like Asian food then this is the place to go I who definitely recommend chus.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. We had a meal on Christmas Eve for my wife's birthday. We had booked a table for 10 at 7pm. We were all sat down at 7 but our starters came out 1h40 later and we didn't have our mains until 10pm. We complained to the manager and she said that it was our fault because half of the table went for a set menu, also blaming it because it was Christmas eve and they had new staff. Never an apology and a sorry. Disgusting customer service and we will never go back again, it is a shame as food is good but treating customers like that you will lose them. If you want your food 3 hours later go here

Christmas eve is always very very busy for seated and take away customers . Greedy owners combined with poor management and over whelmed staff, walked out after two hours of waiting for a take away, they prioritise seated customers orders. All this equates to chaos. And your expected to pay top wack!

Great food and even better service!

We enjoyed a fabulous meal this evening at this very smart restaurant. The sharing platter was excellent and great value. The mains of sizzling hot plates in pepper chicken and Cantonese sauce was amazing. Great service with extremely reasonable prices. We would strongly recommend you book here if looking for quality Chinese food in an around Lytham.

Excellent meal (a set menu) tonight, deliciousl food, friendly and very good service, was only our second visit, but definitely top of our list for the future.

Birthday treat. Had the set meal for 2 which was superb as was the service. Highly recommended.

Great food, great service. Not so hot on the gluten free menu options, pretty limited, but all round - pretty dang good.

Just had a delivery from here, always love to praise people , but paid £8 to have it delivered worst food we have ever had.

We had a takeaway delivered for a family buffet and it was amazing , we were all very impressed with the food it was absolutely delicious, and we all agreed it was the best meal from a Chinese Restaurant that any of us had ever tasted bar none.

Food amazing as usual, as was the service and friendliness of all staff. Very clean, temperature checks when entering too and good distancing measures in place.

Really bad. Wouldn’t order again. A waste of money. Chips were so dry. Chicken sweet corn soup was used in garlic chicken base- taste same- cheap. Rips had no meat on Cantonese chicken was not Cantonese style. disappointed

I have had a lot of meals with my friends and a couple of times with my dad, and we’ve enjoyed the food. The staff are always very nice and welcoming, the place itself is very cosy, warm and comfortable this is my favourite Restaurant I love the place and the food 😁. 💕
