The Kopper Keg in Stockton-on-Tees

One of the best micro pubs in the North East. Amazing friendly staff and quality beer on tap and in cans make this a must stop off if your local or in the area.

Absolutely top tier bar. The staff really know their stuff, with an epic craft beer selection. The homely feel only adds to the vibe of this small knit community, a true powerhouse of beer distribution!

Great little bar. Everyone was really friendly. People letting us share their table etc. Staff were great and we will return. Although I will check prices before I order next time. We really enjoyed our visit.

Really friendly and welcoming owner. Some great beers on rotation. Would be an easy five star except it was heaving busy so finding somewhere to sit can be hard at times. Don't let that put you off too much though as it's well worth a visit.

A favourite pub of mine, always friendly staff and delicious ice cold drinks, a lovely craft drinking place where you can enjoy an ice cold pint without the Hassel. Have nothing negative to say other than a constant positive review which is well deserved!

Possibly the best pub in Stockton, it's definitely in the Top 2. Cracking little bar with a great and constantly changing selection of beers and wonderful staff.

I'm actually shocked I haven't written a review for this place yet! I have been coming to the Kopper Keg for a couple of years now and it's absolutely my go to place for drinks. Almost a second home (much to the dismay of the wife), so Phil (one of the owners) is incredibly knowledgeable about his drinks, and is always on hand to make suggestions or tell you about new ales, stouts either on tap or coming soon, nothing is a problem and his wife Emma make's some absolutely amazing cocktails (for those who don't like beer). It has such an incredible atmosphere and I am always made to feel welcome. The locals are great too and I've met some great people here. I even sometimes pop down on my own just to chew the fat and have a good pint. This isn't a place for riff raff, just good, honest folk. Outside of this, Phil has always been really helpful with my homebrewing hobby and even welcomes in the Teesside Homebrew Club. If I have any questions or need supplies, contacts, he is absolutely the man for it and has had a massive impact on my hobby, helping to get better each day. He takes a genuine interest in people! I couldn't recommend it more, it's my go to place for a drink, for a chat and to meet new people. If you are in Stockton-on-Tees and looking for somewhere decent to have a pint come on down, and if you find it not to your liking, then I am sure Phil or Emma would be able to recommend somewhere else you might like. There is real community amongst this micro pubs in Stockton and it's just a great thing.

Mate took me here a couple of months ago and it's quite easily one of my favourite places to go out on a night down the town. The beer is not cheap, but there is always different brews, every week he has new and interesting beers/ciders and I just want to try them all. 😋 The owners are good people and have themselves a lovely little micro-pub.

The atmosphere in here is amazing. Great selection of drinks from real ale, cider to a great gin collection. There is something for everyone including an ever increasing selection of cocktails
