The Kind Kitchen in West Somerset

We visited while staying in Minehead for a few days. We had a coffee, croissant and cake to eat in and bought a loaf of olive and walnut sourdough to take with us. It was all delicious. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly service. Would highly recommend!

Best baker in the area! Delicious bread, soups, and my absolute favourite, the lemon tart. Come Christmas, the mince pies are delicious.

I order and buy both white and wholewheat sourdough bread weekly from the Kind Kitchen and have done for several years, it’s always delicious. Now they’ve opened the shop I drop in when I’m in Minehead and pick up tasty treats to take home for the family. The welcome is always great and the treats always go down very well at home.

Minehead is so lucky to have this artisan bakery. We don't live here but pop in whenever we are down and we are never disappointed. The bread and cakes are all homemade and you really can tell. Both the white and wholemeal sourdough are so delicious, the best we've ever had and believe me we've tried a lot of bread! The cakes and different tarts are truly scrumptious especially the bakewell and lemon tarts. They use organic flour too wherever possible which is a bonus. A lot of love and care goes into the baking and it certainly shows. I really recommend popping along for a look, you won't leave empty handed. They also sell tasty marmalade too!

Friendly artisan bakery with something for everyone. We popped in for teatime snacks. Particular hits for us on this visit were the delicious croissants and pies and a sourdough loaf which disappeared as soon as I got it home. Unfortunately, we don't live in Minehead but we will definitely pop in on our next visit to buy some more loaves and try some more of the tasty treats on offer.
