Good atmosphere but can not understand why hats are not allowed....

Ist time visting this pub it was a Lively pub atmosphere thay had a group on last nite it was a ska group most likely be visting again soon beer is nice n cheap to £2.30 per pint of john smiths lovely pint it was

Visited the pub on Sunday (4th August) having driven and walked past 100’s of time over the last couple of years. What a great pub, friendly people and a great selection of beers! This place is a real gem and well worth a visit👍🏻

I cannot review this place because me and a friend turned up at 10:31 and were told last night by the doorman that last entry was 10:30. When we asked if he could get his manager the doorman closed the door and ignored us. I wouldn’t mind if we’d turned up staggering about or were completely out of our heads. Very disappointed - don’t bother going , we are currently enjoying a very nice pint at the Jiggers Whistle a short distance from here which had a lovely atmosphere. We will not be returning to the Jack ‘Jigger’ Taylor - what a great experience to encourage local customers to visit!

Cant rate food as we only went in for drinks. Service is quick and polite. Plenty of drinks available including a cocktail list

Great Pub which is conveniently located to myself. Atmosphere is lovely. There are rules that have been set out in order to accommodate all customers. Spotlessly clean, including the toilets. Big 10 from me 👍

use this pub every week just went up and asked boss or manager do you have karaoke could have sorry mate no instead said i dont like karaoke and we dont have very rude i done karaoke for 20 year and paid for villa in spain i at least know how to talk to people who dont talk down on me

Fab Atmosphere You don't walk in and everyone looks , Entertainment fab of a weekend , Bingo and quiz 2 fab nights , The staff are great , very friendly , welcoming , , great priceson everything cheap cobs , cheapest beer prices in brownhills and always a good pint, No kids, it's an over 18s venue only even though i have grandkids it's nice, Door staff on weekends , so no trouble and No idiots ll in all a great pub , Would definitely recommend ,

Went there with 2 local friends landlord was rude to begin with I only had 4 drinks 2 of them was soft as I was driving the cocktails was bland and tasteless there was a member of staff with blonde hair and everyone.e I went to the toilet he followed me and stood over me watching while I had a pee I felt realy intimidated and wonder if the matter should be reported to the authorities

Regularly drink here most weekends and love the place.. its only a couple of years since opening and is modern yet traditional, large and plenty of space. Staff are very friendly and the management is spot on. Entertainment at month ends. Very cheap beer prices and loyal customers that return every week so easy to make new friends. Fantastic to watch football at due to the availability of large screen TVs around the walls. Always door staff on at weekends so feels safe. My favorite pub.

Rude staff, Got ID’d for a Diet Coke, don’t recall that being an alcoholic beverage. Most staff look like they’ve just left school themselves. Say they’re a strict smart attire pub yet seen members of the public in sports shirts, very biased. Despite their staff being rude especially the older members, pub is spacious and clean, seems like a good place to be if you don’t get ID for a non-alcoholic beverage

I’ve seen it all now a 23 year old asked for a coke and asked for ID I’m sure they will object when I ask the nappy club for ID . Mmm think objections What is this place coming too? Makes you wonder if half of the staff are just out of nappies themselves. If you’re on crutches be prepared to try to get to your table by yourself. Staff do not help you get your drink to your table. Friendly staff and pub/restaurant. Deceiving spacious inside. Good pint and clean I also judge a pub on cleanliness of tables and toilets. Here they’re very good as you can see in photos

What a great place 😁👍 Nicely decorated, outside seating at rear of property and nice clean toilets 👍 Drinks are very reasonably priced, with a good selection of beers and spirits (didn't have wine)! Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely go again when next visit family (I live in Lancashire) 10/10 👍👏

Walked in at 2215 to watch the end of the football whilst waiting for my bus at 2230. Was told on entry that they were closed even though the doors were open, were about 5 or 6 other customers drinking, and had 4 or 5 staff members at the bar. Very inhospitable "manager", obviously too lazy to want to work until their advertised closing time of 2300. 0 stars - won't be going back.

Not a bad pub in Brownhills, drinks are crazy cheap, but the pub itself is clean and tidy and very nicely decorated! Staff are friendly and polite, and quick to serve. Would be 5 stars, but Horseracing on every TV every time we visit! 🤣
