Lovely, traditional old style pub. I became somewhat a local to this pub during some work I was doing in the area however loved my time visiting here. Friendly staff, lovely drinks and plenty on offer and even the locals were friendly! Would definitely recommend this place!

We visited the Gandhi restaurant at the back of the pub. We took advantage of the £14.95 4 course meal offer, which was amazing value. The food is beautiful, and the service so friendly and attentive. A wide choice of curries, and a peaceful country setting. It is easy to understand why they have won Curry Restaurant of the Year

We went for a meal on the 12-2-23. Great atmosphere, superb food and staff. It is the attention to detail, that can turn a meal into a gastronomic delight and that is what we got. Superb, thank you.

Tiny pub with Indian restaurant in the same building, at the back. They have a TV for sports, although wasn’t working the one day I went here. Traditional pub setting, not much atmosphere. Friendly bar man. Ok for a quiet pint, nice rural setting.

Five of us visited on Sunday morning. Great choice of breakfast items, we all enjoyed our choices. Decent coffee, and lovely friendly service. Really great value compared to the other local offering. Good honest food. Will definitely return.

Great little real ale pub, good selection of real ales, ciders and gins. Very friendly landlord and locals. Good cheese & onion and ham cobs and lovely bloomers and tin loaves are sold on Thursdays.

Went to Cup a Cha for afternoon tea for two. It was delicious! Three tiers of taste heaven! From sandwiches, to pork pies, scotch eggs and cheese and crackers to battenberg cake with scones! The food was so tasty and plentiful. The food was complimented with tea, coffee and iced water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided a tentative service. I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed! Also the ambience and decor is very unique. 10/10
