Driver didn’t wait for me to come to the door- let himself into the house and dumped it on the floor! Food cold, running in grease and the parmo was soggy and not even remotely crispy.

Made an order for two simple burgers at 7 pm ,15/5/2025, Was told my order would be with me by 8pm , it didn't arrive untill 8:40 pm , called Anglos at 8;20 to enquire about the delay, got excuses about them being a driver down and my address was a lengthy 10 minutes away When the order did finally arrive, both burgers were cold and the buns were that soggy I needed to reheat them in a microwave, this was once a Very good takeaway but sadly standards have dropped offs a cliff, also got a potion of chips that tasted like air fryer chips, the entire order was binned as we didn't trust the look of the plastic cheese in a cheeseburger,the chicken burger looked like a spicy battered coated chicken breast anyone can buy at farm foods etc there was a five pound refund received considering the order cost was £15 it was better than nothing, won't be recommending this place to anyone! Uf you want to wait for cold wet food over40 minutes late? With pathic excuses? This is the place to Go
