What a find. All food cooked fresh by lovely staff. Just the kind of excellent locally owned place Southport needs. So glad we found it. Will be back.

We stumbled upon this great little brasserie because we were looking for somewhere that served a good quality cheeseboard. We certainly weren’t disappointed. The selection of cheeses was excellent, and on that particular night, there was a guest Sommalier who presented some great reds and white wines to compliment our cheese! The serving staff were jovial and the ambience was spot-on. This is a place to visit. Thanks for such a lovely evening and see you soon. We will be back

Brilliant service and probably the best sausage roll in the country all at a great price. Nothing not to like. The first visit but definitely not the last. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic food. My sister and I had the sharing platter and it was HUGE! definitely enough for 3 people. The food was amazing and the owner was very friendly, even giving the dogs a treat. Can’t wait to return to try more of the lovely menu.

Had the most wonderful lunch at this quaint little cafe/bistro. Such friendly staff, the chef/owner made a big fuss over our little furry companion who was gifted with chicken…. The best sandwich I’ve had for a long time! I will definitely return and suggest anyone visiting Southport pop in for a bit of lunch or a takeaway pie, sausage roll or Scotch egg….. all homemade and looked delicious!! We sat outside and were given some free mini cocktails to try out x amazing little gem of a place xx

We just had the most fabulous lunch, sat outside , in the beautiful sunlight at The Grazing Lounge. I had the ploughman's platter it came with a good quality pork pie, 2 pork and black pudding sausage rolls, a nice thick slice of ham, 3 different cheeses (cheddar, double Gloucester and chives and chilli cheese) plus pickles, granary bread and biscuits for cheese. I have a hearty appetite, but I couldn't finish it. My daughter had the mini cheese platter which was much, much larger than the name suggests. Same 3 cheeses as the ploughman's but also included a small bunch of grapes. My wife had smashed avocado on granary bread topped with poached eggs (which wasn't on the menu but they kindly cooked especially for her). Fantastic food. Wonderful, friendly service and brilliant value for money. We also took 2 dogs who were spoilt rotten with treats, fresh chicken and lots of attention! One of the best lunches I have had in Southport and the total bill including 3 bottles of beer, an Americano and a diet coke came to less than £40. Fantastic value.

Fantastic evening.Food cooked to perfection.I had roasted cauliflower and parmesan soup with granary bread to start followed by the best fish pie I have tasted for a while.Served with seasonal veg, followed by trio of desserts, sticky Toffee pudding, chocolate brownies and raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake. Great entertainment from the resident singer and an attentive host. What more could you ask for Will definitely be back for more!

This is a hidden gem of a place. Beautiful, fresh, homemade food. The best sausage rolls and pies in town. A cosy atmosphere, a must if meandering down Lord St and needing refreshments.

What a fantastic place, we found it just browsing for somewhere to eat, the owner was very welcoming and made us feel very at ease, food was great, we had the cheese sampler for 2 and warme ld nuts to start, then the award winning steak n ale pie with buttery mash and mushy peas, and the salt n pepper chicken flatbread , followed by the Rocky road and lemon meringue cake, accompanied with a very nice Malbec and coffee to finish, all was very tasty and mouth watering good 😊

Small but very friendly business. Especially pet owners are welcome with their animal friends. Owner of this shop is always happy to see you and greet you with her biggest smile. Nice selection of Polish bread and cakes and very good coffee. Shop offer cold and hot snacks and best donuts in town. Shop is by the busy crossing but there is plenty space to park, right by the shop. Polish bread, especially Sourdough, already stole many hearts of local people .

We visited Hoghton Street Social on Saturday with friends whilst in Southport for Farmageddon. There were 6 of us booked in for a first time visit for Tapas and it was absolutely delicious. Plenty to choose from, good prices and really well cooked. The cocktails were excellent and reasonably priced and the service was excellent from very friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely afternoon
