My first visit here after discovering their food at Glastonbury festival a few years ago. Absolutely lived up to how I remember it. Really good quality Poutine and the staff were lovely and accommodating happily pouring some beautiful craft beers. Highest recommendations to anyone considering getting some scran from here.

Nice clear labelling of menu with vegan options 👍🏽 We really enjoyed the vegan 🌱 frenchie 🇫🇷 poutine it was delicious 😋 But the kimchi fritters were a little unexpected like huge onion bhajis and 4 per portion was bigger than my main and not quite for me 😂 the cherry pies was little battered gyoza?🥟 not really a pie with pastry but just filling…battered & fried it seemed? but interesting to try it out at 50% off at least 👍🏽 nice ice cream and sprinkles a vegan chocolate or biscoff sundae if available would be my choice if having dessert here again but i really liked the place & atmosphere not too loud & nice dim lighting 🕯️ too would come bk for poutine or non alcoholic drinks & games 🙂 🎯

The food is amazing and there's a fair few options. They don't advertise gluten free, but they do have gluten free options for the Poutine. Great staff and a lovely atmosphere in general. Went on a week night, so was a little quiet, but still enjoyable

Gravy Train Poutine is a truly gastronomic sensation! It provides an unmissable experience for food enthusiasts. The golden, crispy chips served are perfect in texture, complimenting the rich, velvety gravy that oozes with flavour. The crowning glory is the generous sprinkle of cheese curds, melting just enough to pull apart deliciously. Supporting local suppliers, they only use the freshest ingredients, elevating the simple dish to exquisite heights. Despite being far from its native land, it authentically echoes the comfort and heartiness of traditional Canadian poutine. The gang offers great customer service, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. It is truly a symphony of taste, a must-try!

I first tried The Gravy Train Poutine when they always had a stall in Sheffield City Centre. I always look forward to going to tramlines because I know that The Gravy Train are always there and it’s even better now they have a permanent base. The Poutine is delicious and it never disappoints, if only they were on just eat or somewhere I’d be extremely happy.

I had this poutine four years ago at Glastonbury festival, thought about it for four years and finally tried it again in Sheffield. Did not disappoint.

All round 10/10 venue, staff and the food is unbelievable. Love that it’s dog friendly and you can play darts and other games. My fave place to eat and get drinks in Sheffield by far 💕

Try the kimchi fritters. Visited a couple of times, whole menu is great but the fritters are top tier.

Ever eat something so memorable from a food stall (over two years ago) that you have to track it down again? Well, we did, and I'm glad it was The Gravy Train. We came for the poutine and was spoilt for choice. Along with chicken in a basket and fine brews, Neepsend social gives that little hit of nostalgia that you never realised you were missing. We will definitely return and spread the word. Thank you for having us. The Jones-Cox's from Derby.

Good food. Love put into it. A bit steep for the portion in my opinion but the taste was good. A few more fries and gravy would go a long way. Kind staff and very helpful! Would return. Great vegan options!

To know the poutine is to love the poutine. Authentic curds, proper gravy and well seasoned fries. If your first bite isn't magic, then you're wrong. Bon appetite!

My favourite poutine (even better than the stuff in Canada!). A must have if you visit Sheffield or if you are lucky enough to catch GT at a festival or food market. I recommend the pioneer :)

Legit the best food ever. As a Canadian man, this gets the true Canadian poutine seal of approval! Finally found my cheese curd fix!

Had a good meal at Rosmarino on Abbeydale Road, and while there were a few little misses, overall, it was a solid experience. The pasta dishes were definitely the highlight - well-cooked and tasty. I went for the seabass with lobster & crab ravioli, and while the flavours were great, the ravioli itself was a bit underwhelming. The filling was quite soft and minced up, so it didn’t pack as much punch as I’d hoped. That said, the sauce and seabass were absolutely ace - I’d happily just have those together and call it a win! The starters were fine, but nothing particularly special or memorable. Service was okay- lacked a bit of warmth and enthusiasm, which would have elevated the experience. That said, it was still a good meal overall, and I’d definitely come back to try other dishes. Looking forward to seeing what else they have to offer.
