Just cancelled 45mins after ordering on Just Eat - shame as I wanted to try new restaurant & support

Food was good. Would order from there again.. I would pick up as delivery is alot. Price is reasonable and the service was relatively quick when I picked it up.

We just moved into the catchment area, this was our 1st Indian delivery (pot luck). Spot on delivery and food was awesome. Was hoping to try a few places but will struggle going anywhere else 👍

We regularly use the grange Balti and are never disappointed. Food consistently excellentand delivered with a smile and genuine warm wishes.

Not used the restaurant before to order from, first time and I am so glad I did. No delivery charges or minimum order which is really good. Food arrived swiftly, the delivery driver even apologised for the delay. No need to apologise. Food was lovely, really pleased with my choice as I ordered a new dish never tried before. Would certainly order again.

This is the best take away service by far in Northampton. The flavours are incredible, the portion sizes arwme just right. They are consisently outstanding in my view every single timd. I have tried many over the years but this take away really understand food, service with outstanding delivery......

Absolutely fabulous food very tasty and hot when delivered. Delivery driver was brilliant as my address is difficult to find. Very friendly and polite and will definitely use again soon

Ordered a curry (obz)... foods is fantastic value, curry arrived early burning hot and by a friendly and polite driver. Looked amazing (The curry) (The driver was also aesthetically pleasing :-) Had the Chicken chatt puree, seasoned perfectly and nicely garnished, Samber, also beautiful thick and just the right ammount of chilli, and they even chucked in some bombay potatoes, now normally i avoid the potatoes as im all about the nann but even these were epic! Sunday night we had a long day and thought we'd order a curry as a treat. Ordered direct with their web page. Received confirmation, all around 5.50pm. Asked for delivery for 7pm. 7pm comes and goes, 7.30pm comes and goes. Starving and hoping to eat and get our daughter in bed for a sensible time we then try to ring. No answer. Again and again ringing no answer. 8pm, totally fed up and hungry and having gad to feed our child something else, my partner decides to go pick it up himself. We thought it was in Grange Park just up the road, but it turns out it's the other side of Northampton. Anyway, he goes over only to find the place is shut! Despite receiving an order confirmation and the website saying it was open, and the door sign saying Sunday open. Clearly not getting our curry he returns home empty handed. I messaged them via Facebook, which was read at 9pm and not replied to. Still no reply Monday. I then messaged to check they would not take the money or if they did they would refund. Again read and no reply. Messaged again tonight as money has now been taken from my card. Typically since ordering and having problems I am now seeing no end of bad reviews and problems people have experienced and how they never reply. Tomorrow morning I now have to ring my credit card to try and get my money refunded. I also found out tonight they have a 1 star food hygiene rating given on 5/4/19. DO NOT USE!

Ordered from Just Eat. The food arrived earlier than expected. The Chicken Achari had way to much lime in compared to other ones I've had. My partner had the Butter Chicken which she enjoyed. Quite cheap in general. Would probably try again but not the Achari.

Most of the time it is lovely and fresh, have had a couple of occasions where the chicken has been a bit chewy i.e. been sitting too long, Always worth trying the chefs recommendations as they are always nice 0 haven't had a bad one yet. Lovely Naan bread

Ordered a few times and not been disappointed yet. Delivery times can be a bit long but they do arrive when arranged. Staff nice and friendly.

Placed an order using Just Eat at 6:45pm - informed it would take 75 minutes and given a delivery time of 8.05pm. We started trying to reach someone through calling the Line number where we had ordered from for it to constantly ring off- my partner then started a dialogue through online chat with Just Eat who said they couldn't get through on any of the numbers - even the owners and suggested that we wait a bit longer! It was now 2 hours and counting - i kept calling the Grange Balti number and eventually a woman answered- she just said it had been very busy- so i said surely you can update customers or Just Eat- she responded with we have it at maximum time but your food is out for delivery- i was gob smacked and said what not even an apology??? And got a half felt one- a further 20 minutes passed and still no sign of our food so I called again!! This time a male answered and he said your food will be with you in 4 minutes , so I challenged him with we were told that 20 minutes ago!!! My real dissatisfaction comes from just blatant disregard for there customers- we don't often get an evening to ourselves so planned to be lazy and order in food to treat ourselves- now i do appreciate Weekends can be busy but shouldn't they be prepared for this???? They clearly had the maximum wait time put on through Just Eat but breached this by more than an hour!! To add insult to my hunger pains i was greeted with "alright when it eventually arrived to our door " and a bottle of Pepsi offered to which i replied " no im not alright you can take that back as I didn't order it and tell him to expect a bad review. Evening ruined!

We have ordered delivery a few times now and are happy to state that the service has been great and the food tastes excellent!

Had a take away last night. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Spices just right. Lovely rice and naan. Would highly recommend.

Had korma and mushroom rice. It was soooo nice. I have ordered from here before and I will again and great price. Cheaper than some other places and worth it. My family had the tandoori chicken buryani which also tasted great.

During a stay in Northampton for a car show at Silverstone myself and my fiancé decided to order an Indian! Fair to say we are incredibly impressed! It was there within half an hour, piping hot and scrummy! Filled me up fully and was absolutely amazing. Will order again and will recommend.

Great food really high quality ingredients had it delivered and we live quite a way from take away but it was piping hot will definitely be using again

Historically this takeaway hasn't been the best. But new owners have massively improved quality of food and given me one of the best takeaways I've had in ages.

A last minute order using the Just Eat app, the curry was good for takeaway standards, delivered hot and 25 minutes earlier than we had been advised. Couldn't knock it.

My husband for his birthday decided that he wanted and Indian so our daughter organised it all (family of 6) whilst we were at work for when we got home. The food was absolutely delicious and still very hot when delivered. The only down side - we could not finish it all. Great decision.
