Nipped in on a Thursday night in February on way back home from Ballycastle. Haven't been in this bar for years in fact long before it was refurbished. Margo behind the bar was a great host and we enjoyed the banter with her. Bar clean comfortable and toilets spotless. Will call again

!!*When the bar owner waves you in, YOU GO IN!*!! Local watering hole with the friendliest owner Daniel. He and the patrons were welcoming and shared the history of the bar est 1913!!!) and offered wonderful advice for travels. Best Guinness in the area! Drop by to say hello!!! 👋🏻

Food is what it says you’ll definitely get a better meal for your money here more than other takeaways in the town, if you’re feeding a family this should be your option over the likes of “flash jn the pan” or “max snax” as they’re ridiculously overpriced.

An oasis of old world charm in unassuming Ballinamore outside Ballymoney. This rambling cottage is totally charming and huge. There were 10 of us, but it could easily have held 20. Brilliant drawing rooms to sit in (complete with grand piano for a sing along), a fantastic well equipped kitchen ( it used to have a restaurant) and plenty of loos (even if we couldn't find the lights for the one near the kitchen until the eve of our departure.) The wall panels in the front hall tell the fascinating history of the place. The garden is really a series of glades intersperced with thickets leading down to the old mill. What a marvel it would be for children in summertime! Heating seemed good though to be fair it wasn't that cold for early October outside. Our bathroom was good with a power shower which I imagine worked well if you were more familiar with power shower controls, which I wasn't. It was fun trying to work it out anyway. This place is well worth the money if you have a large group.

Pet and Country in Ballymoney is an excellent store! They offer a fantastic range of top quality products, from food to accessories, all at very reasonable prices. Whether you’re shopping for a dog, cat, or any other pet, you’ll find everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help with any questions or advice, which really adds to the overall experience. It’s clear they care about both the pets and their customers.
