This one is a gem of a coffee shop with a very friendly staff who have been serving some innovative cold fillers esp when trying it as a filler in a panini, baguette or must try ciabatta. Visit the website and check the FB link as they have surprising things on offer every Friday.

Lovely roll for breakfast. Loads of gf, vegan and other dietry options aswell as the usual things. Burger tuesday and curry thursday are something special too.

We had two events running simultaneously for an entire week and The Glass Cube came through with their corporate catering. The owner came to deliver the food herself on time and met our tight deadlines for both events at both venues. The menu had a variety of options for our attendees with special dietary needs. The package offered to us was budget- friendly and the portions were generous. Everyone loved the desserts and we were really happy and grateful for a wonderful service, our events were a success. This is my local lunchtime sandwich shop but offers so much more. Always a good and varied choice - today was Buffalo Chicken panini (didn't even know you could get chicken from a buffalo!) - and Curry Thursday is the highlight of the week. So good, you have to get there early to make sure there is some left!

A good local café with plenty of choice of fresh food. Curry Day on Thursday is superhit and always sold out. The service is amazing and there is always a good vibe at this place. I would def recommend dropping by and make this your usual haunt for lunch during a busy day.

Me and a colleague have been visiting The Glass Cube most Fridays for the past 18 months. We love a triple-decker or BLT, always quick and perfectly cooked by the friendly, smiley staff. Lots of other things on offer curries, burgers that I intend to try too.

Fantastic little cafe, with such friendly staff! Most days the lunchtime queue is outside the door but people are happy to wait as the girls always manage the rush efficiently and quality is NEVER compromised.

Friendly service & great choice. Soups are tasty, Currie on Thursday's and Burgers (with wedges) on Tuesday are weekly treats to widen the waistline!

There are not loads of choices in this area, so I was very happy when I found the Glass Cube. High quality food, very fresh and tasty and the service is much better than you find in a typical 'sandwich shop'. Arpita is very focused on customer service and the Curry Thur deliver service she provides is very good value.

I participate in curry Thursday at my work and get a delicious Curry from the Glass Cube delivered to work.

Only came here for a morning roll and sausage and a coffee but for only £2.50, what a bargain. Was cooked fresh and coffee was very nice. The staff were very pleasant as well, would definitely want to try the curries and burgers off of their menu in the future.

Probably spend way to much money here, but the food is excellent. Curries on Thursday are to die for, the new burgers on Tuesday are excellent, fully loaded with wedges. Sandwiches, soups and wraps are great. Cant fault the service in any way and always get a smile from the girls. Did i mention they do coffee as well, They make mine perfect every time.

Another tasty curry today from the Glass Cube. I try and get one every Thursday and have been pleased with each serving. place was queued to the door today - a sure sign of the popularity of this wee premises. Staff are very helpful too.

We have been ordering our food from The Glass Cube for our office meetings. Fresh and delicious sandwiches with lots of varieties. (Vegan, Vegetarian and Non veg) with cute and sweet fruit pots. Our clients were very happy and would love to order for our upcoming meetings.

The salad was really fresh and filling. The falafel was a bit salty but the overall combination was good. Would recommend to people who would love a spicy "kick" to their salads!

4 weeks in a row now that I've had the curry from The Glass Cube - and I haven't been disappointed! A different curry every week, a brand new one today (vindaloo!), and different variations to suit every palate - so even someone with less tolerance to spice can enjoy it (I've of course only had the spicy variation!). I'd highly recommend The Glass Cube, and I know others in our office do as well! Thank you for brightening up my Thursdays! :)

As a celiac, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Arpita had gone through the effort of catering to people like me. I can now enjoy a sandwich/meal without having to worry about what to eat at lunchtime and cross contamination. The Glass cube has a selection of quality Gluten free rolls, soups and other options; food is hygienically prepared and always served with a smile.

The Glass Cube is my favourite lunch spot in the Gyle. You're always welcomed with a smile, the food is fresh and prepared in front of you. The prices are great too. If you are bored with canteen food or feel like getting some fresh air at lunch. I recommend walking to the Glass Cube!

We regularly order our business lunches from Arpita at The Glass Cube and have never been anything but delighted. She tailors each menu to the groups eating, and will make sure no two lunches are the same.

I visit the glass cube atleast 3 to 4 times per week, the immense variety of ingredients on offer for breakfast and lunch makes you spoilt for choice. My personal favourite are the baked potatoes, paninis, soups the list goes on. Truly one place to check out plus not to forget the delicious Mathew Algie coffee on offer. Definitely a treat

I've been working nearby for almost 2 years and can't believe I've only discovered this little gem in the last couple of months! Great variety of fillings for sandwiches/wraps/paninis/baked potatoes and the homemade soup is first class. Always a friendly welcome too!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
