We all enjoyed the food. Very well cooked and good ingredients. The environment is dated and tired, but has a nice atmosphere. The service and hosting were good and friendly. We have booked to come again.

Have visited many times over the years but had our first visit back since the pandemic last week and what can I say... Brilliant as always!! Fresh hot delicious food, friendly smiley staff and an all round great atmosphere. Look forward to returning again very soon!! Thank you all.

A long time since I have waited outside a pub to go in. The food was delicious. I had steak chips and peas. Definitely go back again.

I was recommended by my wonderful B&B Tyddyn Chambers nearby to enjoy last Saturday evening at The Fox and Hounds and what a fantastic time I had !! I was received warmly by everyone who encouraged my attempts to speak Welsh, and my meal of pepper steak and chips was delicious.I even got a small battered fish starter as a taster ! We sat in the bar til late discussing the Royal Wedding and some guy's Skoda and life on the Wirral and I felt like I'd known them all for ages.10/10 and I will be back again in the future ! Diolch pawb, Cofion cynnes, Ed y deintydd o Gaerlyr !

Easy contactless checking, clean room, comfy bed, nice and quiet. Not easy to park in Llangollen, but a few options nearby. Lovely breakfast and coffee, would stay again 👍👍
