Great bakery and homemade food! I regularly order from here as my mum loves the cottage pies, lasagna’s and quiches. They also make fantastic brownies, cakes and sweet treats! Would definitely recommend 😁

Love the food hall and highly recommend to everyone. There home made pies and quiches are beautiful. Also the buffets are lovely and especially the tea for two are lovely also, I get them for gifts for friends and family and they also put a smile on there face.

What an amazing little gem of a business. Wanted to get my sister and her family a gift. Found The Food Hall and ordered the 'sweet treats' package very reasonably. The ordering and payment was very easy and the most amazing array of cakes were delivered the same day! My sister is over the moon! What makes this so good is the ability to source a local business. Its just unfortunate we don't live closer!!! I highly recommend these lovely people.

I ordered the lasagne, steak pies, bacon and egg pie and chicken,stuffing and cranberry slice from the Food Hall for the first time last week, Everything was absolutely delicious, the lasagne was one of the best I have ever tasted. Customer service was first class and, after knocking on my door to let me know he was there, a very nice young man left my bag of food on the doorstep. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say but outstanding!! The food was fab. WE havehad over the week various items delivered and everything has berd delicious. Could not ask for anything more.

We've used the food hall for everything from party buffets to home cooked pies and lasagnes! Everything that we’ve bought has been delicious, couldn’t recommend enough! Chicken and stuffing slice, sausage and tomato pie and chocolate orange brownies are my faves! Amazing customer service, quick response times and local delivery! 10/10

From the first week when we tried a few items the experience has just got better with every bite! The delivery service is excellent ,dependable and friendly, it brightens up our week during the lockdown. We have been working our way through the menu, tasty steak,chicken pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Apple slices are now a staple in our weekly diet and the fruit scones are little mountains of delight. Just when you think it couldn’t get better along comes the choc mint brownies ! Finally to top it all the new addition,lemon drizzle cake !! Our order comes every Tuesday which makes it the best day of the week. In these difficult times something to look forward to. The Food Hall Cottingham provides wonderful food baked and served by wonderful staff.

Thank you so much for the fabulous buffet you provided for my husbands birthday party this weekend. The food was home made , tasty and for over 80 people there was lots of it. All our guests loved it . You delivered it to the venue with a smile. Super service and wonderful food .

I walked past here by chance and saw the selection of attractive bakes through the window . Immediately greeted by a very friendly gentleman , I deliberated over what pastry or cake to get , I went for an Eccles cake and he advised me to eat it a little later as it was refrigerated It was truly delicious all the other cakes and pastries looked very tempting

Lovely food and service - the lads were very friendly and chatty - only downside was limited choice if you're not a pastry fan and would I have liked mushrooms as an option for my bacon butty.

We used the food hall for the catering for a family celebration. Well I cannot praise or thank them enough. The food was presented very well. There was a wonderful selection to suit all tastes. They catered well for gluten-free diets. The staff helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of external catering.

WOW what more can I say, this is my mushroom and cheese omelette freshly cooked by these lovely guys. Nothing is too much touble, if you ask and they can do they will. Cheers again guys see ya tomorrow for more of the same 😋😋😋

Cottingham is very fortunate in having such a wonderful deli, they offer a wide range of home cooked food cooked to order if you ask. I give this Delhi five stars for the quality of its food also a very friendly staff who offer to cook to order if so required.I visit at least once a week and will continue reccommend it to friends.

All types of Pastries etc baked on the premises and served by the Baker himself and his staff. He's quite willing to tell you exactly how his foods are made and is very friendly..I have bought from him a number of times and always enjoy his wares. .P.S his shop is very clean..

I visit the food hall every day for my lunch, they have a great selection of sandwich fillers and their sausage rolls are the best in the area. My other half loves their black pudding scotch eggs and hand raised pork pies, also their bacon and egg pies and if you stuck for an idea for tea try their steak and potato pies with a pot of gravy yum yum. The folk that work in the shop are very friendly and always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. So please keep up the great work and great pies

Visited for the first time wanting to support a local business and after reading reviews expecting great things. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. The scotch eggs (£1.20) were hard and egg white black as it had been overcooked and the sausage rolls were mainly pastry ( two for £2.20) Happy to pay the slightly dearer prices but for quality food. It may have been an off day but the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.

I Would highly recommend The Food Hall, ive visited a few times and its always been absolutely delicious. The salads and sandwiches are freshly made with a huge selection, they have a lovely choice of cakes and buns and all the pastries are homemade. Its in a prefect location all the staff are brilliant and always so welcoming. I Will definitely be visiting more often * 5 STARS * from me thanks guys :-)

Had a fantastic ham salad sandwich the other day was very tasty. Extremely friendly people a very good selection of dinner a teatime food. I will be back to try more things nice to see friendly people in cottingham keep going.

Great to finally see a well stocked, freshly cooked bakes, pies and very well presented shop.

Since they have opened 2 weeks ago I haven’t been anywhere else for my dinners whilst at work.

I was lucky enough to try their carrot cake. Delicious! Can not fault the service or produce. Always served with a smile. Look forward to returning and trying more.

Visited after seeing some lovely reviews on Facebook. The store looks very welcoming and all the food looked delicious. Decided to try the Quiche and it was really fresh and tasty. Prices looked reasonable and the owner and staff were very friendly and chatty. Will definitely be returning to try more tasty food. And it’s great to support a small local business too

The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. And the boys are so lovely and friendly. The muffins are to die for! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!
