Flavaz is a fantastic spot! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, letting us sample a few dishes before we made our order. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The fried wings are quality. It’s clear they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food in Luton.

unfortunately the tea was one of the worst I’ve had… had to spit it out. brother with the cap is a bit suspicious. biryani is good though.

Lovely food but sauce was little bit salty for me. But everything else was good. They have friendly stuffs who are eager to help you out.

Initially Loved it when ordered first time. But in reality they have Poor quality and delivery service. Ordered Peri Peri chicken with chips first time, loved it. Expecting the same service i order it again, this time on its own, was disappointed. The chicken was overloaded with marination sauce and was totally soaked in it. It was not dry as it's meant to be and the taste of the marinated sauce/masala was also sour/ "khatta". Totally ruined my mood that day. Will never order again. The price is also extra high than other shops. I didnt mind that as the one delivered last time was one of the best Peri Peri chicken I had in Luton. But never ordering again. Edit: Thanks for replying. There was no specific preference required. It simply needed to be normal and handled properly by your staff member at that time. The condition of it wasn't preferable by anyone. In fact, it was unacceptable. It was overdone. It should of only been well handled like it was done when ordered first time.

I always order from them. Recently they always mess up the orders!! Very bad service the man o the pho e doesn't understand English so takes misinformation and does wrong orders!!

Absolutely brilliant food and service.

Probably the worst shop to sell chicken wings, you can't feel the taste of chicken, probably because there isn't any on the bone. The spice is but no taste and no flavour. My wife actually liked the chicken burrito, hence the 2*, but I wouldn't recommendanything else. The prices are even more expensive than KFC, which you should expect at least better quality ... but nothing. The service it lacks customer service and manners. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I will avoid it and all my friends.

I've seen this place exchange hands over the years and go through a variety of names, Flava has to be the best so far and it's lasted the longest so their other customers agree. The food is great, as good as the best chicken shops in Luton. They're good on price as well.

Excellent food, unlike a lot of places they are actually quite consistent. The service is very good too, greeted with a smile and rhey dont mix up orders. Nice enough looking for a takeaway. Try the shatkora donner,scrumptious 😋.

Food was cold with items missing very disappointing

AWFUL service. Waiting 1 hour for my meal, they dont know what they are doing disgusting customer service. Poor experience. Would.not go back ever. Amended to say 1 hour not 2 but you're definitely wrong, instead of accepting orders and being greedy just accept what you can do. You didn't answer the phone, complained about the weather (it's not raining a lot) Just excuses for poor service.

Chicken wasn’t cooked, the wings and the strips were pink inside and rubbery. Had to throw in the bin so a waste of £23, and hoping we don’t get sick from the couple we had before seeing they weren’t cooked properly

Poor customer service, delivery was due to be an hour late so I rung up to cancel. Understandable it gets busy during Ramadan but the chap on the phone literally said “don’t order from us again and i will block your number” atrocious customer service.

10/10. This is the best takeaway in Luton. Been coming here for a few years and the food is always excellent and never had a bad meal. Peri peri chicken, naga chicken biryani and naga shatkora doner is simply the best. Only a few places can get peri peri chicken right without it tasting all tangy and vinegary, their peri peri marinade sauces are spot on! A real credit to the town.

Spent 14.50 on a mixed grill and it was a child's meal I had to eat again

Food was ok, yet dissapointed with sides. Chips portion very small. Smelly salad, obviously gone off. Im leaving this review as my elderly mum couldnt have her food properly, late evening. This is first time after a while going back there. Other then that service was good

It used to be good place but last several times food was awful. Chips were hard like wooden sticks and fillet burger’s fillet inside was like metal hard. Rubbish food and prices are very high don’t match quality of food.

Rubbish place. 4th time getting missing food. First time I got raw food which the chicken was bloody. Second time the burger was missing. Third the chips was missing. Forth half of the meal was missing. This is getting very frustrating and disturbing as I did enjoy your food once but now I am starting to dislike it. Rubbish service the workers are rude over the phone saying they cannot deliver the food.

Their person on counter big forehead he's very rude and doesn't know how to talk to any customers whether they are older or younger. I was a regular customer I used to buy food every day from them but because of him I have now stop coming and won't go their again until he's gone.

Best chicken fillet burger in luton

Language barrier asked the guy to me me the best burger n it was below average. Only giving 2 stars because the doner mix in spicy sauce was good.

Burger was to salty and the wings over cooked or from yesterday.

Prices per gourmet burger are abit too much for the quality which is average. Standard frozen fries, burgers covered in too much sauce, strange tasting purple onions (suppose to be caramelised), burnt chicken. I'll have to learn from my mistake.

Ordered food here few weeks ago. Peri peri chicken, I've been craving after having the driest one at another takeaway, which was horrible. This was absolutely spot on. Perfect flavour and nice, juicy chicken, exactly the way peri peri chicken is supposed to be. Will be ordering more food from this place again soon.

I ordered from here for the first time today home delivery and not happy at all I got the lamb kebab and the bbq wings which came as a meal of rice and salad. I'm basically eating dry food as you can see my lamb kebab has nothing whatsoever in no salad in the kebab and no salad with my bbq wings. To top it off I tip the man, however not all bad the bbq wings are nice the rice isn't way too much of those black ball seasonings in there which I can't remember the name of.

Awesome chatpata wings!! Ticks all the boxes if u looking for spicy wings! I wish i knew the recipe for the sauce for these. Even thier burgers are very nice and we have tried a few. They send massive chips portions too! I keep re ordering just for the chatpata wings.. a must try!

Late night order pick up. Spicy donner meat and chips with fried wings and a side salad. The meal was delicious not too heavy or greasy. Plentiful big portion and fresh.

First time ordering from this place and it wont be the last. Great food, Piping hot on arrival and fast delivery despite it being a busy saturday night, food was deliveried within 25 minutes of placing order. Keep up the great work guys, will be back to taste other stuff on the menu.

I ordered Flava's peri peri, now I have tried a few places and I was always disappointed with the grilled peri peri chicken. However Flava have got it right, their grilled chicken was amazing, it was moist and flavoursome. Can't fault their food at all, I would definitely recommend to eat here.

Total rubbish experience, peri peri chicken smells very bad, wings still had feathers on them. I will be making an official complaint to food standards agency, they five star reviews on here are from their own friends and family and people they know, check the photos they are not customer photos. Food does not look like this at all, quality is very bad.

Avoid like the plague, the cheese on their pizza consists of fake mozzarella. This shop does this they open for a year change names start again mug people off.

Consistently fantastic at delivering not only top quality, gourmet food but great service and an unequivocally prodigious take-out experience. Undoubtedly my go-to for gourmet Indian cuisine within Luton and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!!

We received extra chips which was nice, however my burger was completely undercooked and I couldn't even bite into it. I was overall disappointed as I was fasting.
