The Fiddler's Inn in Antrim

We were staying in a local boutique guest house and they suggested this facility. It was only 4 kms away. It was very busy but we had a reservation. Everyone of the staff were so friendly and eager to please. My wife had the shrimp curry and I had the sirloin steak with yam fries. Both dishes were great. Apple pie for dessert. The female singer was very talented and entertaining. A great dinner!

If you haven’t tried steak night at the fiddlers yet you don’t know what you’re missing !! Nicest meal I’ve had in a long time!! I’ll be thinking those Parmesan and truffle fries for quite some time 🤤 Steak was cooked to perfection with a lovely creamy pepper sauce to drizzle on top! Not forgetting the crispy onion rings, just delightful. Soo reasonably price as well. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are very attentive and welcoming ! I can’t wait to get back for another meal. Great Bar and restaurant. Thank you ☺️

Lovely comfortable bar . Great atmosphere and the food mmm . The bar staff are super friendly . Was so relaxing having a drink In the beer garden and allowing the dogs there even better . (They even gave the dog some meat from leftover carvery so he also gives it 5 stars)

The barman was good but the food was terrible. We waited an age and we were one of two tables eating. We took fajitas. The chicken was unrecognizable in the sludge served with three large cold tortillas, salsa out a jar and despite the claim of homemade very manufactured guacamole. The worst was the sour cream was fresh whipped cream with sugar and the dish was too hot for my sister. Won’t be back.

We called in today for Sunday lunch as we had heard good reports about the food. We were delighted with our Sunday carvery. Excellent choice of meats and chef offered 3 generous slices . Great choice of vegetables and food was presented hot. We all had a great value meal with very generous portions. The bar had a nice crowd and Guinness was proper. Conleth and all staff were friendly and very helpful. Its good to get good service. We will definitely recommend you and visit again to spend our voucher. Many thanks Rory .

I took myself my partner and my 2 nieces here for a treat. We travelled far to eat here as we heard good word about the place. The service first of all was absolutely outstanding. The staff were so quick to get us a table and take our orders. They were so welcoming and polite. The food we received was stunning, perfectly cooked and presentation was beautiful. I will definitely be back.

I would highly recommend the Fiddlers, Crumlin. Food is delicious and well priced. Staff are more than helpful and always very courteous. Best food in Crumlin.

I have been to fiddlers for Sunday lunch several times the food is brilliant & staff are always lovely and welcoming My husband & I went for the steak night the steaks was amazing I’ve never had a nicer steak lovely evening, great staff we will be back again soon thanks guys

Were in as a family of 8 adults and 4 children, waited 40 minutes for our order to be taken. Starters were OK, but main meals were beyond awful, 2 chicken carbonarra and a chicken ciabatta had to be sent back due to chicken being raw in the middle, fish was too greasy to be ate and pie not fresh. A number of our party suffered tummy upset later that evening. Definitely couldn't recommend nor will we be returning.

Temperature check once we arrived, from the friendliest staff all wearing masks. Nice to know we are in a safe environment. Great looking menu at reasonable prices. Veggie curry was delicious various vegetables and the hubby's steak was cooked to perfect. Worth a visit when in town.

My husband and I called in for lunch on Friday, never having been there before, we didn't know what to expect but it had been recommended by a couple of locals. The place was brilliant. A lot of local people were there, some eating, some just sitting in front of the very welcome fire. We ordered a platter for two as a starter, the waitress Annmarie smiled when we said that, we found out why when it arrived. It was massive and absolutely delicious. The main meals were the same, so much so we couldn't finish them and took what was left home with us. Two jugs of diluted orange, FREE.The waitress was so pleasant and chatty. The food delicious, good value for money, and the atmosphere was very homely. First time for us but definitely not the last.

Stopped in after reading a few reviews on trip advisor.. on the way to the airport .. we had the pie special it was steak & Guinness with chips & vegetables its was excellent & very filling staff are very friendly & food excellent would definitely recommend & will go back when sm next in Ireland

Great food great service great prices.In this welcoming establishment I was served a wonderful and plentiful Sunday dinner of succulent belly pork served on a bed of red cabbage and bacon jam with colcannon, roast potatoes and gravy....simply mouth wateringly delicious. My wife and kids were just as pleased with their choice of meal. Well done Fiddlers Inn.

We stopped in after hearing about their steak night. Well the food was delicious! Everyone's dish was fresh, and the quantity was massive! Our friends had steak, which they said was lush. I had the steak ciabatta and my wife had the chicken ciabatta...both lovely! Kids meals were huge as well. Service was fast and friendly. I'm a pub goer, and easily some of the best pub food I've eaten.

Excellent pub with friendly attentive staff and owners. Great ambience and big log fire lit. Have never been disappointed with any of the food. All absolutely delicious. Fresh produce and cooked to order. Meal deals £30 for 2 steaks and trimmings plus a bottle of wine!!! Excellent quality and excellent value

I have now eaten here a few Sundays and I have tasted all their Sunday Roasts. If you enjoy a traditional Sunday roast the Fiddlers is the place to go. Portion sizes are massive and the quality is great.

This is a well run pub restaurant with a good varied menu and friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and they usually do a special which is excellent value. I've been in with my wife for lunch and dinner and not been dissapointed any time. Sometimes doing the basics very well makes all the difference

Can't believe how many times I have passed The Fiddlers Inn and never been inside.Four of us popped in for lunch today. We were warmly greeted and shown to the dining area. Our server was very pleasant, presented us with menus and took our drinks order. There was so much to choose from and we were advised of the specials of the day. 2 of us ordered a platter for 2 to share garlic bread, breaded mushrooms, chicken wings and duck spring rolls with dips serves more than 2 people. We ordered 4 different meals and we can honestly say each 1 was delicious and the portions sizes were huge. I would highly recommend The Fiddlers Inn for quality of food, value for money, atmosphere and welcoming staff

Lovely pub, nice staff and clientele and very good reasonably priced food. Also has very good car park at rear of pub. Crumlin is very handy place to eat close to Belfast international airport

This pub is so friendly with good value food. The Asian chicken was amazing and possibly, the best I’ve ever tasted. The portion sizes were great too.

Dont be put off by rather uninviting exterior. Inside it is spacious, well laid out with great food and very friendly service. Good value for money too

Went with my family on Wednesday for Curry night , £10 for Curry with chips/rice and a pint. Got to say WOW ! Absolutely beautiful - I had the madras and it was very tasty and a great portion considering I was getting a pint included - my wife had the half roast chicken which also looked and tasted as good - the staff were quick and attentive and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming - if you live anywhere near Crumlin try it out

Had dinner at the Fiddler’s Inn on a weekday. It had a great atmosphere and the very tasty foods. My Steak and Guinness pie was really good as were the roasted carrots that came with it. My wife’s Haddock and Chips were really light and tasty. She is developing a taste for mushy peas as well.

Had lunch with friends here on a week day, we were pushed for time so ordered ahead, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was delicious and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend the Thai green curry and the raspberry ruffle cheesecake with coconut ice cream was yummy!!

Called on way to airport for quick lunch (after viewing trip advisor reviews) - we were obviously bit on the early side as we had to wait approx 40 minutes(we arrived at 12 midday) food was excellent, good portions, well presented, pleasant staff(?owner) def return.

Again used my tried and trusted Trip Advisor. My companion each time i travel with business or pleasure. And have had a few drinks for last 3 weeks and cant fault the staff quality of food and drink. You locals should be pleased its on your doorstep.

I manage a band & twice a year visit Crumlim with a group of musicians. When we are in the region & have a night off we always visit Fidlers. The atmosphere is always great especially at weekends. The staff are so friendly & always...

Popped in one Friday night. It was fairly busy but no problem finding a table. I ordered steak and garlic potatoes. The steak was very big and beautifully cooked. The garlic potatoes were to die for. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back.

We went with our friends for a meal, few drinks and a bit of craic. I myself am a wheelchair user so can honestly say, disabled facilities are excellent. No complaints at all. We will be back. Thank you.

Good for a night out. Usually packed on a Saturday night with live music. Price for drinks is good, not too expensive. Decent selection of pints and bottles.

We were at The Fiddlers to celebrate our Son moving on from Primary School, at the end of his last day. Staff were helpful as always and it is great to know we have somewhere local that can safely feed my Son (he is coeliac, they even cooked his Garlic spuds separately). Our boys were able to split a steak (rare of course, we raised them right!). I had a very tasty pie. We split wings for a starter and they were lovely (I even got some, but one portion just for me next time lol) Some day we'll get round without the kids :) We've been here a few times before and always the same friendly staff and good food. They're doing something right to keep the same friendly faces behind the bar for so long.

excellent family meal , on Tuesday my family and I attended the fiddlers on the main street in crumlin ,wee were seated quickly and severed our drinks . the menu has a great selection and lots for all. I had a rib-eye steak cooked to perfection with garlic potatoes and would recommend it to anyone , I was so full couldn't have a desert which isn't like me . everyone had a great meal and definitely will be back , great valve for money .

Read the reviews so decided to give this place a go. Don't waste your money!! Extremely slow service, rude staff and the food was cold and tasteless. Was here before and it wasn't bad, something has changed. Won't be back!

My husband and I have been to the fiddlers before, it never lets us down , great food friendly bar staff , my husband had the rib-eye cooked to perfection and with generous amount of sides. For me it was the peperonata was far to much for even a hungry me . Great end to a great trip love this place

Went here on Sunday for a bite to eat.Super food. They have changed the is 3 course dinner and it was lovely.Plenty of choice from soup,prawn cocktail and goats cheese tartlet.Roast of the day,fish,lamb and chicken with potatoes and veg.Pavlova,chocolate fudge cake and sticky toffee pudding.These are just a few of their choices.Not long to wait on your food.plenty of it and hot. Well worth a visit.

It was my second trip to Ireland and also to this bar . steak was amazing plenty of food for all and , my husband was took back by the friendly bar staff and other dinners . Great bar great Irish band playing and pleasant staff .

We eat in the Fiddlers Inn on a fairly regular basis and it is our local - so I though I would say a few words. Over the years we have never had a poor meal, the food is good, hearty with old favourites and a specials menu which changes. The steaks are always great, especial when there is ribeye on the menu :D Service is prompt and friendly and the venue is welcoming with open fire and nice decor. John and Oonagh "run a tight shop" and nothing is a bother :)

I've eaten in Fiddler's many times and honestly cannot find anything to criticise. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and huge portions as well. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to both locals and visitors alike.

Decide to visit whilst staying nearby and it was fabulous. The art & traditional decoration is brill plus the staff very welcoming. Menu is great with local produce & a lot of choice. Worth noting that they only do food some nights but it's well worth going in. Would recommend to all. A+++

We stayed in a local b&b and they recommend the fiddlers . On arriving we got seated quickly . On looking at the menu there was so much on offer . Me and my wife decide to have the meal for two ,We had the chicken wing starter great choice I must add was so impressed and I had steak for my main cooked to perfection my wife had the chicken , she was also happy. Both of us were stuffed and decided no to have desert and we got the offer of taking it with us by the barman . Great service and great food

Brilliant food,fantastic service everyone so friendly and such a clean place to go ......loved it .....you wouldn't get food like that here in England that's for sure

We dined here in Saturday afternoon. Although we expected there to be people about it felt a bit like a youth club(maybe due to the fact we are getting older and the young seem to be getting younger) the food was decent for pub grub but was nothing more than that. We had thought it would be nice to relax in a country irish pub but how wrong we where the language that came from some of the locals left a bit to be desired. There was shouting from on side to the other and drink being spilt. We felt out of our depth in here it really does seem to be where the young locals seem to go. we probably would try the food here again but not at a time where all the young ones may be there.

The Fiddler's Inn was recommended by our host at Keef Halla B&B. We went for dinner. We were originally seated in front of the fire in the front room (It was very busy and the room was quite full), and then were moved back to the bar area in what was essentially booth type seating. We didn't request the move, but it was appreciated.For dinner we had fish and chips, curry, and ribs. It was all good. There was a game on, so the atmosphere was pretty energetic. The staff and service were great. Good value for the money.

It was our first night in Northern Ireland and we by chance went to the Fiddler's Inn for our dinner. We started with a delicious and generous dish of stuffed mushrooms then I had a steak and my wife had chicken penne pasta (both came with heaping portions of sides). The steak was cooked to perfection and had a delicious taste, the chicken penne pasta had a flavorful sauce and was full of succulent portions of chicken. Further, the cost of this large and delicious meal was much less than any other place we ate at during our two week visit. The service was great and atmosphere was warm and friendly.

Meal for two, which included a fantastic steak, and a bottle of wine was incredible value and superb quality. Great service too from excellent staff. Wonderful night in a little gem of a pub/restaurant.

Excellent Irish pub! We had the meal deal for two....three courses and a bottle of wine. Fantastic value. Delicious food and fantastic friendly service. It was difficult to decide what to eat as there was a lovely selection of food to choose from. When we had finished our delicious meal we were simply too full for dessert...the waiter suggested we take it home and have it with a cup of tea later! Wonderful service! And we were so glad we did. The chocolate fudge cake and the aero cheesecake were delicious. Can't wait to return to this pub! Top marks all round.

Every thing about this place is great: atmosphere , food, friendly staff. Got there by chance and did not regret it a little bit. Try it out.

We had the weekend meal for two deal. Excellent value, 3 course meal for two with a bottle of wine (Jacobs Creek) for £34.99. steak Included on menu with no surcharge. The food was freshly made and delicious and the service great, very nice waitress. Will return next week !

Found the fiddlers inn when I was traveling to airport.Me and a few friends called in on a Saturday afternoon tho it was quite busy the staff were very friendly and helpful.The food is very good value for money and I would recommend the steak it was perfect to say the least . A great experience and a good stop of point before holidays .

Below standard pup grub. Steak over cooked. When we informed the bar man, he simple turned around and walked away with no comment! Very strange. Soggy ciabatta underneath bland chicken. Tasteless pepper sauce, not home made. Tasteless garlic chips. Not very clean. Miserable old music.Miserable experience all over.

Found fiddlers three year ago now on trip to NI for stock car racing , two miles from Nutts Corner Raceway in Crumlin, it is a great local pub with brilliant food good beer and really friendly staff ,would highly recommend a visit !

1st time here but will definitely be back staff were very friendly and funny place and food very good would highly recommend

it was filthy and every one in the place looked under age. The music left alot to be desired. This was probably due to the dj poor djing skills. Avoid at all costs.

Firstly I must state I am biased a bit here...this is my local. That said I'm in two minds as I don't want it overrun! but..... The food is very good pub grub (and they can cook a steak properly, which is nice). The staff are always friendly, the bar itself is clean and well maintained. Prices are also good. It is a proper locals bar, friendly and frequented by everyone from people in suits to people in workwear & steel toe cap boots...no airs and graces but good down home hospitality and a relaxed place to enjoy a drink or a nice bit of pub grub. If you are in town and have some time to spare you could do much worse than pull up a seat there for a while.
