Off licence is well stocked out and not a rip off. Bar is always clean and enjoyable for a cheeky pint.

Food arrived 2 hours after estimated time (3 hours after order was accepted) crispy duck was nice but disappointed with Singapore chowmein. Not hot at all & seemed thrown together not cooked together.

Food delivered early, great portion sizes and friendly helpful service! Really tasty food as well, won't order from anywhere else if we want Chinese food :-)

Terrible dry very VERY DRY NOODLES..I ordered one chicken chow mein ,one house special chow mein and one Singapore style ...all of them WITH VERY DRY WITH NO SAUCE AT ALL!!! Also the meat and prawns on the both noodles were the size of pea ..very dissatisfied. I ordered to celebrate my birthday and ended up with rubbish..only gave 2 stars as the ribs were "OK" also the lady on the phone was very careless and unprofessional WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

Asked for order for 19:30 Fern Leaf said 19:40 which was ok, but then delivered at 17:50. Then the food was sub standard. Will not use again

The food tastes horrible. We ordered an item that was advertised as something completely different to what we received. Upon calling the restaurant regarding this, they said the chef had changed and this is how they make it. Appalling and misleading service. Not pleased, would never order from here again.

Most vilest Chinese I've ever tasted in my life, definitely not ordering from here again the chow main noodles were so thin tasted like I was eating straw and the chicken curry was cold prawn crackers was off and soggy waste of money only ordered from him as my normal Chinese place was closed today. But delivery was on time and the driver was polite.

It took 1 hour and 20 mins to turn up when I was told 45 minutes and then when I called up to see where it was the employee on the phone was rude. Other than that, the food was alright although the chow mein was abit bland.

Sweet and sour chicken balls were a bit hard and the chicken fried rice was a little mushy, but apart from that the food was nice.

Everything apart from the rice was very nice. The rice was very mushy. If ordered again would not rice.

Order was nice apart from the boiled rice, which was stodgy and I left a note asking them to make sure it wasn't, as it was the week before as well.

Massive portions, quick delivery , good food

We've recently been searching for a new takeaway as the standard of our usual one declined somewhat. We'll definitely be ordering from here again- fast delivery time even on a Friday night, the food was great quality and not oily or greasy like some takeaways out there. The delivery man was so friendly too, great service!

The food was unfortunately cold and ruined the whole family experience, I was very disappointed as most parts were even congealed and we couldn't eat it!

Definitely didn't deliver with the time it says online it's arrived 20 minutes after that so was waiting 1hr 30 for the food. The food was different to usual, my curry was watery and peppery and the beef was swimming in a pool of grease. So sad as this was my favourite Chinese, not any more!

Apart from sugar in the seaweed the food is terrific!

Curry is completely different to how it use to be and good is no way near the same standard anymore was like this in previous order too which is a shame because it use to be my regular restaurant won't be anymore

Noodles were too dry. The beef in black bean sauce was not cooked properyl (very hard) and chicken in sweet and sour sauce was a bit tasteless. Onthe good side, the delivery was very fast

Usually pretty good as it is a restaurant, unfortunately pretty much all of my meal went in the bin tonight was completely inedible.

Mains nice but must report that banana fritters had something very wrong with the bananas in all three portions, went in the bin, so 8 quid wasted. Banana was strange: inconsistent in colour and texture, a bad banana and seemingly not properly cooked. Hopefully a one off, first time I've had dessert and first problem from an otherwise good takeaway.

Added 10kmutes yommynorser time. Got here exactly at collection time and within 4 minutes I was home food was cold. Ordered duck in plum sauce. Got duck in some horrible tasting red sauce.

We were very disappointed in this order, the only good thing was the delivery time! The food was either burnt or tasted processed, this is the worst meal I've ever had from yourselves and will definitely be the last.

Food tasted a lot like plastic? Possibly tainted by the heat of the food and been delivered in plastic boxes and not foil?

Very disappointed, cold food and badly cooked. I'm usually very impressed but not this time. It was a shame as I was really looking forward to it!

Order took nearly an hour to arrive. Chips were cold on arrival. I ordered vegetarian spring rolls with my order and received chicken and shrimp containing ones. I rang to complain and was told new, correct ones would be sent out. 50mins later they finally arrived, the rest of the meal eaten.

Unfortunately after ordering my food at 6:50 it didn't actually arrive until 8:30. And when phoning the restaurant numerous times to ask for a progress update they simply tried to talk over me and hang up the phone. After finally receiving my food, the order wasn't what I had asked for as they had sent the wrong rice and the food tasted as if it wasn't fresh at all. Utterly disappointed as this is my local Chinese delivery service and so this is resulting in me possibly not ordering from them in the future.

Overall the food was really nice especially the rice. The only disappointing thing was that my sweet and sour sauce was cold

The food is disgusting and I would tell anyone who enjoys a Chinese to never order from the fernleaf the chips were soggy the egg fried rice isnt fried it's white boiled with pieces of egg. And the curry is horrible I couldn't even eat what I ordered £13 wasted. Not to mention they have 2Ltr coke on menu but I get 1.5ltr and was told at the door by delivery guy that they don't do 2Ltr bottles in his shop...so why have I paid £2.50 for a 2 Ltr bottle off the menu then??? Never again!!!!

Took over an hour to arrive which I was suprised about with it being a Tuesday, very busy according to the lady I spoke too who was helpful and polite. Unfortunately the food was all warm and not piping hot so the majority of it did need reheating. Fair size portions, not the biggest. All enjoyable though and despite the issues I probably would order again.

Food arrived on time and was really nice

I clearly stated I was allergic to eggs but they proceeded to put eggs in my Singapore Fried rice.Thankfully, I looked before I ate it. The soup was terrible and the ribs were equally as terrible,will not be re-ordering!!!

The food was lovely even though i ordered roast duck in orange sauce and it was roast duck in pineapple sauce that turn up but it was still really nice will definitely be ordering from here again thank you :-)

Food from The Fearnleaf is always excellent. It is high class restaurant quality. The Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style is my favourite!

Overall pretty good. Not the best but all in all good. Food quality was good. Delivery was normal around 40 mins. Wasn't impressed with the delivery charge as I'm 7 mins away. 3.5 out of 5. Yi Yu dragon still better in my opinion and cheaper and bigger portions same quality.

Had the spring rolls, fried chicken in orange, and egg fried rice. Food previously from here has been amazing, though this time around it just seemed bland and tasteless. Delivery was super efficient though, only about 30minutes from ordering.

First time we've ordered from here and it didn't let us down! Delivered on time and food was really nice, would definalty recommend and will be ordering again.

Sweet and sour sauce was completely cold. The crispy seaweed was rubbery and in edible. The rest of the food we ordered was ok, but not as good as this restaurant used to be.

Ordered at 8:35, didn't arrive until about 9:45 after saying it would be 9:25, chips were cold, rice was hard and stuck together, vegetarian coriander and chilli spring rolls had crab in them. All round terrible meal
