Service was shocking but good atmosphere with the live music.

Lovely place. Better than the Gresham!

Quite a large room, bar at the right as you enter. Seating at the front is a bit sparse, but more seating at the rear of the premises. Tap beers available. Staff were friendly and polite. Singer on a Saturday night, live music you can't beat it. Wooden floors throughout. Seats are a descent quality. Place was descently decorated, beer was good. Another good visit.

Only called in for a drink, it was quiet but wide choice of drinks served quickly at a reasonable price.

We visited on a Monday in August 2023. Clean and stylish.The bar had a good choice of drinks and a separate cocktail bar so we did not have to mix with the lightweights. Staff are professional and friendly. We watched sport on the TV and noticed quite a few people coming in to watch. Overall a very good bar for a pleasant evening. They also have karaoke at a weekend.

Generally a good place. But sorry. What’s with the staff? Way too many and they’re doing nothing. 6 of them when there should be a maximum of 3. One is sitting and vaping with guests, for as of writing, this past 10 minutes and haven’t stopped. Two people did ONE mojito?! Two is standing by constantly doing nothing. They’re not picking up empty glasses at the bars? As a bartender myself I’m shocked!

Food was nothing like on the photos on Facebook very poor food and customer service will not be going again was very dissapointed . also you cant order food at the bar you have to download a app and order of a app would not recomend eating here more hassle than it was worth for the food we recieved

Lovely everyone so nice and friendly

Sadly the place was virtually empty even though there was a very good vocalist on the stage. A great selection of lager available but not much bitter, a nice enough place.

Wow, very impressive food. Compliments to the chef. I had the cheeseburger, with fries and onion rings. I've never had a better burger. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Genuinely friendly. Looking forward to trying the ribs the next time.

Fantastic Bar in Llandudno. We was greeted by the manager who was so so friendly and helpful giving us information about the town. There was live music on from 7pm on Sunday. The artist was absolutely amazing. The drinks were very reasonably priced and there was an offer on the cocktails. Outside seating was also lovely with patio heaters. I would most definitely recommend this place 5*****

Poor customer service, the most unwelcoming greeting, we genuinely thought the man was displeased to see us. I was told the restaurant wasn’t open for half an hour (despite the advertised opening hours), these things happen, it’s not hard to get it right is it - you smile at the customer, you say take a seat, you offer to take a drink order. We would then have stayed happily. None of that happened though, I won’t give my money to an establishment that clearly does not value people. Turned and left, instead Harvey’s had both my money, my generous tip and a 5 star review.

Fabulous food, value for money . Pleasant staff highly recommended.. people friendly and dog friendly. Complements especially to the chef.

Sat outside until table was available for us to eat , service ok meal was shocking burger so over cooked couldn,t eat it no appolgy given and plates not cleared ,didn’t go back again while on our holiday

As one of the grey haired brigade I found that this is probably more suited to a younger demographic. Nice and pleasant nonetheless 👍.

First place we came to, starting off our holiday with a Refreshing Cocktail! We were kindly Welcomed (and asked to fill in Contact Details, so mindful of the Covid situation!) and asked if we wanted to sit outside or in. We sat outside where there are a couple of tables. The inside looked very Classy and Elegant, as I passed through to use the clean and well maintained restroom. We weren't hungry at this point, so can't comment on the food. But the cocktails were LOVELY. And I couldn't resist not coming here purely because of the name (yes I have a Cat! Love em). Overall, lovely place.

Ordered takeaway , trying different places as know business important right now for local restaurants but the food here was just dreadful. We ended up throwing away 90 percent of it. Waste of money.

The service in this place is terrible, very slow. Had to wait over hour for our food. And now let’s get started on the food, I had a steak pie which they served with chicken gravy, the pie didn’t have much flavour to it, chips and peas seemed like pre heated. Has to be one of the worst meals I’ve eaten.

Needed somewhere to eat last minute. All I can say is that the food redeemed this place. The table hadn't been cleared and was dirty. My husband asked at the bar for them to clean it. The barman asked a girl to give it a quick wipe down which is not enough under current Covid circumstances. When she did it it was far from satisfactory and after a 'look' from me she wiped a bit more. The food was good but we made sure we didn't touch the table. On top of all this the barman didn't know what he had on the bar. My husband asked what beers he had but the guy kept pointing out ciders and lagers. My husband pointed out the John Smith's - the guy didn't know this was a beer! Needless to say we won't go again and can't recommend it!

Made an order via zoom and was relying on the meals as my son is diabetic type 1 meals are a must! But this place decided to close early and zoom contacted us to tell us this and that our money will be returned in 10 days. Joke and will not be using either service ever again 👍

Just went in on the offchance of a bite to eat.turned out to be the best meal we had this week.steak done to perfection, friendly helpful bartender/ waiter, nothing too much trouble.will definitely be going back there !.

Three of us holiday makers visited The Fat Cat in May, mainly to escape the rain lol. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. There was a considerable choice of drinks, which of course we had to sample ! There was a very pleasant atmosphere, mainly due to the friendly banter between us 3 oldies and the young, very friendly bartender Jack. It certainly cheered up a wet, miserable day. Dave Berry
