The Fab Kebab in Coleraine

Went in for a Chicken Korma, rubbery chicken and sauce was watery, not thick like the Malabar...rice and naan was good..Disappointed..😫

The best kebab in Northern Ireland just be careful the chilli sauce is extremely hot but wow I don't leave reviews very often but this was by far amazing. So tasty highly recommend!!

Not ‘Fab’… late night home from work and ordered pakora (okay/good, chicken balls with some red spice - didn’t come with salad as described) and a chicken burger (chicken burger was hard, dense as if it had been frozen for a long time, and dry with a swimming amount of think mayonnaise). Nothing was overly warm. Delivery was very fast however.

The curries in this place are awesome to say the least. However they can be forgetful when you order extras..,

You can always get a good kebab at fab kebab, best in the area and beyond if you ask me. I go for the mixed kebab as it has a good variety of meat and is a good filling meal! Curries look good too although I have not had one. Chips with a bit of sauce are a bit pricey at £5 but kebabs are a decent price for what you get. Staff are all friendly and get the food out quickly. All in all, worth a visit.

The most horrible kebab, I ordered a kebab with chicken, I asked if there was spice and they said it was very little, it was very spicy, I ordered with naan bread and they put the food in containers, after which we were given 1 naan bread for 3 people , a lot of oil, potatoes were swimming in oil, I simply threw them away after tasting them.

Ordered food 2 hours ago through just Eat but didn’t receive the food. My partner walked to the shop and the staff and owner were swearing at her when she confronted them about the missing food. Extremely poor service.

The best restaurant I have personally experienced in Coleraine the staff is so warm welcoming and the food is absolutely brilliant I would rate it as an absolute try

I normally love the curry's from Fab Kebab unfortunately tonight it has been a disaster. I ordered online at approximately 5:35pm with a delivery time of 6:15pm at 6:30pm I phoned to find out where my order was and was told the chef was just cooking it, my order eventually arrived at 7:10pm food was tasty but chips + curry were cold also you would need a magnifying glass to find chicken or vegetables it was more sauce than anything which considering the price almost £20 is ridiculous. Online it stated get 10%discount using a discount code but when I entered it it said code expired, I mentioned this on the phone and was told it had expired so I advised them to remove it. Considering this and the wait after promised delivery time you would think as good customer service they would've sent a few poppadoms, very very disappointed tonight. I do need to add the delivery driver was a lovely, well mannered fellow and he deserves 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Too expensive for all you get in a doner kebab and IMO they don't always cook the meat enough before they shave it off.

Have now been waiting 2 1/4 hours for a delivery I was told would take 1 1/2 hours (bad enough!) Yes the food is always delicious but I won't be waiting again, I'm sorry to say.

Tonight I got chicken patia, rice + chips it was absolutely delicious. I ordered online + it said to collect at 6:10pm my food was ready on time, warm and tasty. The staff here are very friendly, they have a great range of dishes. I would definitely recommend ordering from here.

We come here regular, moved from Coleraine but return for Fab kebab as no others compare in the slightest… tastiest kebabs about, also amazing authentic Indian dishes. Favourite is mixed kebab with pakora, chicken donar and lamb donar with salad garlic sauce and a little bit of the sweet and sour sauce. Best thing I’ve ever tasted!!!!

We love this place. Staff and owner are amazingly generous, let kids try samples of new things and encourage adventurous eating. Kebabs, currys, pakoras, samosas, breads . . . All cooked and spiced, fresh tasting and generous portions.

Of course I'm gonna say it's the best ever takeaway I've ever experienced lol

The time you have to wait can be a pain and had to wrong order once but the food is quality every time

Do not order from here. Customer service is very poor. Left my food at hotel reception without contacting me and they didn’t offer to replace or refund my food.

2 stars are for the food which is decent, but 2.5 hours for delivery and a very ignorant response when we actually went into the shop to see where the food was, and were told it was out and the owners attitude was just "go away it's out for delivery". DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This repeat customer will not be repeating again.

Excellent food delivered within the one hour timeframe given over the phone. Curry was spicy and the vegetables were fresh. We ordered a chicken shashlik and it was very tasty indeed. The accompanying vegetable curry was also delicious. I’m not sure if this place is under new management or not but either way, give it a try!

Ignorant owner complete disgrace took 2 hours for a kebab to come I rang to cancel and was told no I will wait until my food Arrives when it hasn’t even left the shop then he hung up on me and wouldn’t refund me my money until I told him I was coming to the kebab shop to get my money this place should be shut down

Placed a small order.for delivery at 8 05 PM this evening. At.930 the order still had not arrived so I rang.them to be told it was on it's way. 10pm order had still not arrived so I rang.to cancel. Again told it had left the shop but I insisted on cancelling. Totally disappointing and service rubbish

Had a curry on Thursday 13th Feb and spent the next day off work with suspected food poisoning and was violently sick . Was telling my friend about this and he explained that his wife experienced the same sickness after eating a takeaway there on Thursday also! These guys cut corners and I am reporting this to the council ! Beware !

Told delivery time 1hour-TWO hours later food still hadn't arrived! Driver rang to ask where my house was-same driver who's been to my house many times! Obviously wondering if I would accept it! Told him it was too late & rang owner who said 'yeah it was very busy (no apology)-says 'it will make you enjoy it more if you wait & are more hungry!' Didn't even offer a discount tho by then I 'd eaten something. Be honest when you take the order say long wait-or employ some drivers!! Then HE blacklists MY address!!

Great Indian, doesn’t look like it will be what you think. Just go in, order and watch the chef put it all together. I’m not talking to someone that goes to an Indian for a kebab on chip. But if you appreciate Indian food it is very good. The korma has a kick to it and is super. I never have a korma else where as it’s to bland. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. My daughters fav take away and she’s six.

I paid £6.95 for a mixed meat kebab it was the smallest kebab I have ever seen a stingy portion of meat, come on how much money do they want to make of you, what a rip-off, I will never ever set foot in this horrible place again, and the salad wasn't fresh, stay well away from this place.

Every time we've ordered a delivery there's always been a missing meal or somethings been wrong with it, once waiting over 2 hours for the missing stuff to be come. Aside from that most of the food has been decent.

The kebabs taste good , the salad is fresh but the meat portion size is very poor you pay £6 for a kebab and it's a rip off, the owner is pleasant but the guy who puts the salad and sauce on kebabs is ignorant.

Best kebabs in Coleraine, although it used to be better. Portion size has cut down while prices have increased (on kebabs). Curries are fantastic and cooked to order. Delivery always takes around an hour even though I live 3 mins drive away, however the girl who delivers is always pleasant.

I had a lamb korma here on saturday night as my hubby had a chicken dish his was full of chunks of chicken throughout the dish,mine was a disgrace I counted 8 small bits of lamb in to much sauce on a Nan bread was so disappointed with the food as was looking forward to this dish as it's usually full of meat . It was a total disgrace especially for the price the dish is not worth it should be taken down in price ,will defiantly not order from here again .

Food has always been fantastic, only ever had one issue and they were quick to rectify for me. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

They used to have good kebabs and their price was reasonable but not anymore, They cut the portions down and raised the prices. If you're looking for a kebab go eslewhere , where you get more for your money and lots cheaper.

Every time i get a curry or kebab the flavour and quality of ingrediants have not dissapointed. My father who spent time working with Indian oil tanker crew at sea believes they have their curry bang on. I agree.

Ordered cheesy garlic bread, when it arrived the girl said it wasn't on the menu! ( so why is it on the order form?) ended up with a cheesy man bread, which was horrible. Also forgot the Diet Coke but the delivery driver kindly went and got me one from the local shop
