Very friendly with superb food. So good.

Very good, generous portions of high quality food and everything tasted very fresh. Will definitely consider returning. We dined in the restaurant and the service was attentive and timing was reasonable. The decor is contemporary and bright. Handy early bird menu too, is great value and much appreciated.

Absolutely disgusting experience with delivery driver. Last time ordered there. But food is ok.

Absolute shambles ! Waited over 2 hours for delivery . Kept being told food was on its way when it wasn’t . Will never order from here again .

We tried this restaurant as the one we had booked had closed. What a delightful surprise the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys Indian/Nepalese food. I started with munk fish Tikka ans followed with a main of mixed Nepalese, chicken lamb and prawns with pilau rice, superb.

Took hours to get the food prepared as others are pointing out… when it came it was ridiculously spicy. I can handle hot curry but this was nasty.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I placed an online order with Just Eat early afternoon on 31 December for delivery at 7pm. The order was acknowledged by the restaurant at 5.30pm and around 6.50pm the Just Eat site was updated that the food was on its way. By 8pm still no delivery, went onto the Just Eat site to advise delivery was late, received a text a couple of minutes later to advise that it would be delivered at 8.15pm. At 9pm the food still hadn't been delivered and despite calling the restaurant over 30 times they didn't answer their phone or the line was busy. My friend Louise ended up driving us to the restaurant to be told that the food was on its way. I got given a bottle of wine to apologise and pushed towards the door to get us to leave. It's now around 9.30pm and we told them that we were not leaving as the restaurant closes at 10pm and there would be no way of getting our food then! We told them that we called them numerous times but no answer or lines busy and he gestured towards 6 telephones on the bar, Louise phoned the restaurant right in front of his face and none of the phones rang! An older gentleman then rang the delivery driver who said that he was on his way to mine after his next delivery. We arrived back to mine at 9.40pm and the driver was 10 minutes after us. 2 x poppadoms, salad and my vegetable chilli garlic dish were missing and the food was cold. Also when we were there a lad came in to find out where his order was - it was supposed to be delivered at 5pm! I will never use this restaurant again. Such a shame as the service used to be really good.

Ordered on NYE, never got it, but app said I had. Still took money out of my account, despite talking to someone, and asking for a refund. Will not be ordering from them again,

Right don’t order from The Everest Restaurant. I ordered £50 worth of food, it took over three hours from delivery time to be updated to ‘delivered’, this is when the order had not been prepared yet. So I went down to the restaurant myself. The staff tried to push me out and demand that I leave. They also tried to pawn me off a bottle of wine to make up for the wait. I was told by the staff that my order was out for delivery which it wasn’t, as it had not even been cooked yet? It had to be cooked as I stood in the restaurant. There was also a few other people who were in same situation who had to go down to the restaurant as they were waiting for orders for hours. One staff member grabbed my phone out of my hand and tried to walk away with it. I understand it is New Years Eve but this is absolutely disgraceful! No offer of refund or compensation. Avoid at all costs.

We had a wonderful meal here a couple of months ago in the restaurant. Ordered a carry out for delivery and sadly disappointed. Main courses were mostly sauce and not that tasty.

Had a lovely dinner here a couple weeks ago. I had the palak paneer and chana masala with a garlic naan which was absolutely delicious. Poppadoms were great too. Has a nice cosy atmosphere and staff were friendly.

Satisfactory (in 2023) This restaurant is closed temporarily as of 4th August 2024.

In aberdeen for a couple of days. This was a great find. Food was fantastic, service was excellent. Very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very nice dining experience. Received good recommendations on dishes to order. Very friendly, fast service, but we were never rushed. The food is excellent. Left very full.

The chicken madras was lacking in flavour and spice, it was a very generic tomato based sauce, I could of made better at home if I'm totally honest. The butter chicken again seemed to be made from a basic tomato based sauce, it lacked sweetness and creaminess from your usual butter chickens. The tandoori was tasteless and just not great. The naan bread was tough,chewy and I couldn't taste any garlic on it, I could only taste the burntness of the bread. I will not be buying again from this restaurant, it was genuinely the worst Indian food I've ever tasted in about 20 years of loving the cuisine. Very disappointed and a waste of £25. Sad.

We went several times in this restaurant and every time food was great, which we don't find very often. Try their Aloo saag. Weekends are really busy.

Food never arrived, no refund from the restaurant or deliveroo ( order #8841) . The restaurant lied to deliveroo that order was delivered. Liars, scumbags , the chef mentioned on call he doesn't care about any feedback or reviews.

Lovely meal and service as always. The food is cooked to perfection and you will always be satisfied. I was surprised it was not busy when we went, it deserves to be.

Non delivery. Called four times. Was hung up on twice. Very rude staff. Waited over an hour of being told it would be with me in five minutes then gave up. No refund offered. Totally disgusted. Only have one star as no option for none. Avoid

In Aberdeen for a few days and for the first time, people leaving the restaurant advised highly recommended so gave it a go. Food 10/10, staff awesome and food came quickly, best Tandori Butter chicken ever!

Perfect evening from start to finish. The food was fab, service was great. Nice to be in a traditional restaurant where staff are highly attentive and the meal comes with all the bells and whistles.

Had such a lovely meal here, the food is out of this world, so good. Staff are very attentive and can’t do enough for you. Only thing that lets the Everest down a little is the atmosphere, it was quiet when we were in but quiet in the way you feel like you can’t talk to each other, could do with more atmospheric lighting too. All in all, would 100% recommend

I like the Everest. The food is nice, if on the mild side. Only negative is sometimes the service can be slow (ish) even when quiet. Bit this would not put me off at all.

Another delicious meal for two. Everything was spot on and cooked to perfection. The service is amazing. Lovely people.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. So much that I came back for a second meal during my short stay in Aberdeen. A very special variety of dishes, reasonably priced, at an excellent level of quality. Staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious Indian! Definitely the best Indian without a doubt in Aberdeen. Food is always fresh and piping hot and it’s so tasty. Would not eat Indian in Aberdeen anywhere else - staff are lovely too.

This is the second time I’ve eaten here and I have loved the food on both occasions. I was in a real rush the first time, and the staff made sure our food came on time to allow us to make our appointment. The second time was far more relaxed and I was able to fully enjoy the food and have a conversation with staff members.

A great night we had,, friendly neighbourhood service. Starters are good to start , mains are give a try. Desserts specially the coco ripieno at best, kulfi’s can be made better, casatta was a disappointment. Ambience is pretty involving. Thanks for a lovely night. 😊

Fantastic meal, fantastic service. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. The service was great even though the restaurant was busy. The food was wonderful, amazing flavours and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back.

Always try to get to the resteraunt for their eary bird special, if not then I order a delivery and it's just as good! Beautiful fresh food and in my honest opinion it is the best Nepalese/Indian in the North East.

Amazing early bird deal from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. Appetizer, main plus Nan or rice plus dessert for 12.95. The tikka masala was way to sweet for me though, the garlic chilli was alright with huge chunks of garlic but only little lamp. All in all the curries were a bit of a let down but the service was outstanding and the deal great!

The best curry we have had for years. This Nepalese restaurant doesn't exactly stand out and you could easily pass it by, but make an effort to search it out. Both our dishes contained lots of meat/fish and the sauces were so tasty. Staff were lovely and friendly too. Service was excellent.

Called in asking for table on Saturday night no booking. So nice and helpful, said 15 mins called at pub next door and returned. Table all ready. Lovely staff.

This is an excellent restaurant. We recently discovered Nepalese cuisine at a restaurant in Edinburgh and this one is even better. The decor is very clean and modern with an attractive sprinkling of cultural items. The ambience is very comfortable with soft music and lighting. We don’t like bright spotlights but we also want to see our food. The service is friendly and prompt even though it has become very busy recently with a nearby office building in Union Street filling up. The food was wonderful with generous portions. The chicken pieces were fresh and juicy unlike a couple of bad experiences in different (Indian) restaurants recently. We took the surplus home and enjoyed our meal all over again a couple of days later. Highly recommended but you’ll need to book at busy times.

Buenísimo restaurante para degustar comida nepalí. De hecho hay dos grandes restaurantes en la ciudad, y está al mismo nivel. Platos variados y elaborados. Buenísimo De lunes a viernes dispone de menú por 9.90£ que incluye primero, segundo, helado o café.

Excellent restaurant and had a lovely experience there recently. Amazing staff, delicious food and great ambience. Staff members helped us to get a table although we arrived without booking tables. Would strongly recommend for families visiting Aberdeen looking for good quality Indian food

One of the waiter's dropped another table's dinner onto one of our companies jeans total accident also got some on my jeans 👖 2 but didn't notice till next day. I would have given them a 5 star review as food was lovely.

I ordered off Deliveroo it was over two hours from the time the order was placed. I’ve phoned to ask them to set the delivery as delivered. However half an hour later and after eating. It’s still not delivered so I can’t give feedback so they are essentially blocking me from feeding back on Deliveroo. Dissapointing as the food was good

Meal was excellent, with great vedgetarian options .Friendly & polite staff. Warm ambiance. Very reasonable prices & good portions. Disabled toilets definitely not satisfactory --area off where staff leave thier belongings/ crowded with excess chairs, mops/buckets/cleaning products / no mirror/ no paper towels / main door broken !! Normal toilets clean & very satisfactory -- so why Disabled facilities so disrespectful ??! Was disappointed as otherwise a good place to eat.

DEPENDS ON THE DAY The first time I ordered from Everest, I thought it was the best curry I had ever had! It was SO good, I was dying to tell my wife about it when she got arrived home, and even more excited to let her try it for herself when we ordered it the next evening. However...maybe there are different chef's on different evenings, cooking different recipes...because it was not the same. Don't get me wrong, it was still nice, but it certainly wasn't the 'best ever'. It was just another decent curry. I have ordered a few more times from here in the hope that I can taste that one amazing curry again...but it continues to escape me! Again...all good curry...but where is the chef who prepared that first one!!! Still as you can see from all the other reviews, this place is definitely worth a try.

Food is fairly tasty but their delivery fee of £10 is laughable when your food turns up 90 min late and has to be reheated. Refused any refund. 1 ☆ for customer service.

First time last night but not the last this was the best eating out experience we have had for many a long year in Aberdeen. Service, cost, cleanliness and food we're unbeatable. The food and the four of us had different mains and starters were scummy my Pakora starter and Pathia to die for. This is nearly to good to be true but after our many below par dining out experiences it was most enjoyable. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Highly recommended. Indeed, it is delicious Indian vegetarian food with authentic momos.

I visited the Everest restaurant recently and ordered vegetarian food for a change. The taste was great and I would highly recommend this place for classic vegetarian dishes and Naans.

Food is tasty and specially the momos.

Really poor service, still waiting an hour later for food missing from our takeaway. Have been a loyal customer for years but recently every order has been wrong. We have phoned twice and despite being a 5 minute drive away still no food and what was initially delivered is now cold.

Real Nepali food, amazing friendly service. Could not have been better. Absolutely excellent. Will be back next time in Aberdeen.

This is the best Indian in Aberdeen. I have been coming here for a very long time (almost a whole year) and it is the best find. I am a big Indian food fan so I know when I say what is good and what is not. This place is good for sure. Take your friends, your family, your granddaughters and enemies to this place. Do not take your partners though, they will steal all your briyani

We chose this restaurant for a special join birthday celebration for my mum and brother. We could not have chosen a better place. The staff went over and above and could not have made this more special. All the little touches were very thoughtful. The food was superb. Amazing indian restaurant I visit every time I'm in Aberdeen. At the top of union street it is easily accessible. Staff are friendly, polite and professional. They are always welcoming. Food is first class in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

It used to be good here and we would order regularly. Tonight we collected from them and the order was wrong. They gave me the wrong curry with chicken in it (I’m vegetarian). When I called them to query this, I was told I was phoning the wrong place, my order didn’t exist, I apparently had ordered a chicken Kashmiri korma - nope, it says vegetable. I was shouted at. They wouldn’t deliver another. It’s too late and far for me to go back and quite frankly with the shocking service, I will never go back.

An absolutely fabulous food on top of phenomenal service. I have not been to the place with such accommodating and attentive service for a long time. I can recommend it fully to all Indian and Nepalese food enthusiasts.
