Visited last night with my husband for a quick bite before the cinema. The restaurant was spotless and very tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was most welcome on such a hot day too! We selected a few tapas dishes each and were very impressed with the quality...the cocktails were very good also....not watered down with loads of ice like you can get elsewhere. The most impressive aspect was the staff who were so attentive, couldn't do enough for you and seemed genuinely happy to help! Will definitely return 😋 Other restaurants take note!

We had an early evening meal here as part of our son's 40th birthday celebrations. Included in our party was our 4yr old granddaughter. The whole dining experience was really wonderful and enjoyable from beginning to end.All the staff were so friendly and laid on all sorts of tricks to amuse our granddaughter. She was intrigued by the waiter who tipped a glass of water upside on his hand without spilling a drop and absolutely fascinated that one of the waiters could make a rose out of a serviette! There was a good choice of food on the children's menu and all the food we had was very tasty and portions very generous. The staff provided a sparkler with the dessert and played a recording of Happy birthday.....This is a great restaurant.....really good food and lovely staff. Highly recommended.

I had the salmon tacos and they were absolutely delicious! They were in a lettuce shell rather than a corn one with a delicious creamy puréed avocado. I also had the cheese filled quesadillas which left a warm feeling in your mouth. The staff were so friendly and kind. Can’t recommend enough.

Great family dinner out. The management wnnt out of their way to keep the kids happy and arranged a birthday candle for my daughters birthday. She had the best time. The food is also excellent and the live Music had started towards the end which was an added Bonus

Am a regular at the place, been for years since they were in South Croydon. Their food and service, attention to detail is EXCELLENT* Their drinks and brilliant and food delicious 😋 We had Jalapeño Hotshots, Sriracha Aubergine, Quesadillas,Encanto Salad Bowl & Nachos…. All worth a try and if you are crazy like us try their spicy sauce with all the above dishes! 🥰. And of course we can not go home without having their Churros 😋😋 . Special Thanks to Courtenay & Ejder for looking after us and mostly Chef KK who remembers us always and how we like our food 🙏🏼

Great evening with friends, service was very good and our server was lovely, food all lovely, great atmosphere, was a bit too noisy for me to start but calmed down a little later, would definitely recommend and return

Me and boyfriend visited last year for our anniversary as we love Mexican food. The food didn’t disappoint. So good in fact, we returned for another anniversary meal. We had 3 tapas (small plates) to share which were chipotle chicken nachos, jalapeños poppers and chipotle hummus followed by mains of prawn and chicken fajita (I had got it last year and haven’t stopped thinking about it since) and a special of lamb cutlets (as recommended by staff). The food is fantastic and so tasty! The service was absolutely brilliant and couldn’t fault it. We had a lovely time and it’s definitely a favourite of ours. The staff are so lovely and friendly, they make you feel so comfortable. Special shout out to Croatian Miloś. Highly recommend to anyone!

It was our first visit with friends and everyone made our experience wonderful.The menu was explained in full and attention to detail was very good.All the staff were excellent and made it fun for us..we will definitely be back.Thank you.

Went along for dinner with two friends. Loved the modern decor and vibe of the place, which was over half full even on a Tuesday night. Waiter was really attentive and made an effort talking to us. We all ordered the Tequila Tiger prawns which was absolutely delicious and plentiful. Churros for dessert which were fab. It bills itself as a 'cocktail' restaurant on the sign outside so we were hoping for good things and was part of the reason for booking, but our first drink - a Pornstar Martini - tasted like it had been made with a pre-mix (possibly Passoa) and we hoped for more of a puree mix and something tastier. Other cocktails looked mediocre too, so switched to wine after that one cocktail. Wine was very reasonably priced. Very loud music playing with lots of birthday cakes/candles/singing/clapping, which was fine by us, but something to be aware of. We loved the high-octane environment and will definitely go back on live music nights as the food really was delicious and we can't wait to try more.

We came here for our wedding anniversary. The waiter actually made the effort to find out if we were celebrating anything and at the end of the evening we had music, prosecco shots and a sparkler! Food was delicious (tapas selection). We had a wonderful evening. We were the only people (Tuesday evening and it was raining), but at no point did we feel as though they wanted us to leave so they could pack up early. The waiter was absolutely fantastic. Can't wait to go again!

The food was amazing. The staff great, you felt you were being served by friends x Only hiccup how noisy it was. Not the people, not the music, just the building I guess - so echoey - couldn’t hear each other the busier it got. Would still recommend a visit 💯

We'd heard good things about Encanto Kitchen so we headed over for dinner - Saturday night around 8. On arrival we were offered to sit in the middle of a few large groups, but asked to sit somewhere a bit quieter. Drinks service was friendly and quick - we had to wait a while to place our food orders. We ordered tapas and were really happy with most of the dishes, particularly the ceviche, the mojo potatoes, the street tacos and the chipotle prawns. As many reviewers have said - the place is very loud (I wish I'd read reviews in more detail before going on a Saturday night - that's on me). The music is pretty intrusive and we got two blaring renditions of Mr Tumble singing happy birthday at the top of his voice. We were shouting to make ourselves heard and though we saw the funny side of this - it meant we left as soon as we'd finished eating. If you're up for a loud night out - I think you'll really like this place. We'll go again - maybe we'll try a mid week next time in the hope it'll be a little quieter (wow I sound like my dad!!).

Impressed by the decor, the food was well presented and a generous portion. The wine was good too. The atmosphere overall worked well with attentive and friendly staff. Would go back. Plenty of spaces for larger groups although we were only 4 this time.

Absolutely fantastic, lovely food, staff were absolutely brilliant, spent many an evening in the ginger Italian, this matched the many evenings we’ve spent there over the years. Joe you’ve done well mate.

My son and his fiance chose Encanto for their wedding reception for a mixed party of 18 friends and family and we couldn't have asked for a better time. Great food, which we knew from previous visits, plus fantastic service - efficient, friendly but never intrusive.

Food was ok but it was very noisy and difficult to have a conversation. Acoustics need some attention.

I cannot fault the service and good that we have had tonight; the service has been splendid, the staff have been friendly and so attentive! This alone would be worth returning for, however the food adds to the overall experience. They may be a new restaurant, however I can see this being a favourite in Sutton

Drove past plenty of times & thought I'd like to try that. Well I'm glad we did, Chole our waitress was excellent advising what to have & very attentive,all the staff working very hard a great team. Food was delicious & hot plus it all came out together & at a fair price Would highly recommend to give this restaurant a try,will definitely go again.
