First time trying from this döner place and honestly I’m very pleased with the service and the food, I can definitely recommend this place if you’re looking specifically for something to eat meat related, also come here on an empty belly as it is very filling lol.

Guys first I want to say I order more then 50 kebabs here.. it's delicious! BUT..... what's going on with your veggie supplier? in past month salad looks like left overs! not fresh at all they have no taste,tomato is soggy and cabbage is orange!only fresh vegetable is onion! please do somehting about that.. very disappointed.

The delivery guy was so gentle and respectful and really had time for me, he brought my package to exactly where I told him to do so for me. And he was very friendly. The meats and pizza was so good . I got value from my order . Really excited

I ordered mix doner plate which costs £13.9. this time the box was half full chips and quarter doner and another quarter was salad, and no sauces was included. before it was half the box doner, Very disappointing. You would know what I mean if you compare todays portion to how it was 2 months ago.

Visited for the first time, as just passing by. Very clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Surprised at quality and freshness of food. Very clean flavour, tasted very wholesome not life fast food or take out. Fresh baked bun and home made style sauce and meat flavours. Definitely a place to go back to try the whole menu. Tried both chicken doner and beef doner so can vouch for the meat being very nice 👌

If I could upload a picture with the food just to show how can send to us as a customer something like that. The food was overcooked and i throw it straight to bin. This is unacceptable. Doner kebab !! What kind of employee do you have ? They don’t check the food before sending to customers?

I already explained in a sever emails. I tried to cancel the order and it was impossibile, I receveid the food cold and the delivery driver did not even apologise for the delay.

your food is delicious and you follow the order notes perfectly unfortunately by the time the food got to me it was cold and Just Eat refuses to give a refund. I don't know where the driver went for the delivery to get too me cold. I'm sorry I don't know how to rate this I would give 5 stars for your food because it is delicious when it's hot.

Very good shaorma.... It used to be a good size for you to settle your hungry, but now they start shrinking the products, pay same price less food. No longer worthy.

Delivery drivers are terrible. They are delivering to Wrong addresses waste of money unable to get a refund from Just Eat. Not able to contact anyone regarding any issues on this app it’s terrible

Just eat were great… this place is just a sad excuse for German Doner Kebab.. imitation and totally rubbish . The taste is basic, cold, pizza not even cooked.. anyway, I won’t bore you anymore, just won’t bother again

I made the order, delivery time went by. I called restaurant twice, they said it's sitting here no driver pickup. I called.just eat twice then did a chat to cancel the order. the delivery arrived whilst chatting... I wanted to cancel as I knew it would be cold, they didn't allow it. tried to make a claim for cold food, very quickly after, they rejected it. just eat is a really bad service and after service. restaurant shouldn't have sent out cold food and just eat don't care if the food is cold.

I do wish you to know and understand that The Doner does some of the most delicious food in the area and actually reads the Order Notes and acts upon them when you place an order. They serve quality food. Unfortunately the driver was late so the food was cold.

So disappointed with the way i was treated here by the staff giving my order. I ordered a mini Doner and was asked if i need chips or drink along with different sauce's. I took the chips n asked if they have coffee and the girl at counter said yes so i ordered. I was not asked my options here. When they gave my order i was given black coffee. When asked for milk, the girl at the counter was so rude and showed a care a damn attitude and said they dont have. I asked why was i not told its black coffee when i was asked about all the sauces n other drinks that i dint ask for.. and to this she replied you never asked and told me to take it and give to a street person.. I told her she should have told me about this. Not polite to talk at all plus the size of the cup is double than the coffee in it. Learn to treat your customers right if you want them to come back.

I often eat here, but today it's too much. the meat is burnt and cannot be eaten, even in very large pieces. just burnt skin... I don't like today's kebab very much. I don't recommend the guy who made kebab. Now, before I order, I will check the condition of the meat on the grill! three stars because of today's incident. Very bad for regular customer...😞

Jezus, it was the best kebab I've ever had, bread baked by themselves right after order, chicken bit crispy and well seasoned, fresh vegetables. Just awesome, definitely gonna come back 👌
