Is good food good service. Expensive as anything in an airport

When looking at prices i did gawk a bit however once you eat it you cannot complain as a chef myself excellent food and all the waiters/waitresses were kind cheery and respectful Special note about Emila very few places i have been have someone who makes sure to ask about dietary requirements or makes sure on the sides that the person wishes to have unless they state it your customer service was top notch.

I never ate so cannot comment on the food but I had a right laugh with Orsi the server who was very helpful in taking my order and making me laugh with her witty banter!

Orsi is an extremely friendly waitress who goes above and beyond to provide excellent, fast service. The food is freshly made and there are a few vegan options on the menu. The coffee is good quality. Unfortunately, the vegan ice cream is gummy in texture and inedible.

I had breakfast in The Distilling House on 1st February and have been charged twice. I was advised that the first transaction had not gone through so authorised another transaction. When I saw that both transactions were pending I was advised that only one would go through. Both transactions have been processed £73.00 each. The waitress was Emilia. The phone no. On the receipt takes me through to an IT company and no one answers on the number displayed on the airport web site. Please respond with how to resolve.

Was served by Emilia, very friendly, attentive and helpful, as was the rest of the team. Food was super tasty and large portions (including fish & chips + vanilla cheesecake) for all three of us as we waited for our onward flight.

We were served by Emilia , she is amazing host , everything she recommended was delicious . She was helpful with menu and our delayed flight , we highly recommend her and this restaurant. Fish and chips my husband loved it .

We stop for a quick drink and meal before our flight. My husband’s curry was absolutely delicious, my daughter and I had chicken burgers and felt there was to much flavors mixed together and chicken felt cold next to guacamole- however each to their own. We had a girls call Emilia looking after us and usually I don’t leave reviews however Emilia deserves recognition as she was very attentive, ery thoughtful offering take away cups for our beverages that we did not have time to finish drinking as called out for the plane. In summary - I wish every place had Emilia. She definitely made us remember our quick visit in you place :)

We only had a short stop over between flights, the service from Emilia was almost instant and the food came put so quickly! Was really good, very decent portions and exactly what we needed!
