Absolutely incredible, came off bottemless brunch with my girl friends. Great food and drinks. Service was incredible cannot thank Goktug enough they were amazing!! They helped us to relocated to the garden area when things got too busy for us to chat which was great. Garden was heated and nice and quite so loved it ! They also were an incredible server so quick with ordering! As a group of young girls cannot thank servers, security and Goktug enough always looking out for us !

Goktug was so lovely!! He looked after us so well!! We will be back :)

We were served by Jules. It was only the three of us for brunch but Jules looked after us from start to finish. The bar got busier during our visit but we were taken care of throughout with a smile and uncommonly accommodating attitude. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Jules.

Waited 30 mins for a table despite booking, we were sat at a table with 2 chairs despite there being 3 of us. Our first round of cocktails were just purely fruit juice and mine had a lid of a fruit juice carton in it. Decided to leave after a major waste of time, effort and money.

We popped in here for a late Sunday lunch in between a gig at a nearby pub, and a show at the BIC. We’d never been before but we were very glad we did! The roast was amazing! 3 of us had lamb and 1 beef. The meat was so tender, the veg cooked to perfection, a yummy Yorkshire pudding, and plenty of delicious gravy! We also had sides of cauliflower cheese which was great too. And it came with a free drink! The bar staff were lovely as well. Highly recommended!

Fairly disappointing visit considering it was 'bottomless' brunch, where our table was only served 4 drinks in the 2 and a half hour window, which is fewer than expected. The food was pleasant, but fairly small portions if you order anything other than the pizza. The drinks themselves felt like they were watered down, or they just tasted awful. If you are after a bottomless brunch experience, I would recommend you go to another establishment which will be better value for money.

The dancing jug were kind enough to accommodate 70 of us for a wedding after party. Everything was excellent, from the hot food which came out fresh and fast, to the staff who were friendly and efficient! Every guest left with full belly's and big smiles! A small criticism would be the gents toilets.

Bottomless brunch is the best in town! All staff great, special mention to Tess this time! Great cocktails!

We’ve spent the weekend in bournmouth on a girls trip and wanted to end with a roast before our travels home. This meal was just amazing I personally had a vegetarian Roast and it was delicious and fantastic value for money with a free drink. Service from the female member of management staff was excellent very friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Would 100% go back and recommend. I look forward to returning in July. Thank you for a great experience.

I visited on the 8th February evening for a bottomless brunch with my boyfriend. It was so good, cannot fault it! It was £32.95 each INCL service charge - so cheaper than Slugs and Turtle Bay. We got a free bottle of prosecco on arrival. It was a quick and friendly service and 2.5 hours of as many drinks as you like, and one food option each per person. I had the pizzette and it was great, my bf had the chicken and chips and it was great too. Our waitress Cigdem was amazing (please tell her!) - she was friendly, and constantly checking on us if our food and drinks were okay and if needed anything else. I promised her I’d write a review so here we are! Don’t think we’ll ever do a bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay again as they stricter with just 2 hours not 2.5, only selected food items, you have to have the same type of drink, and they only do daytime bottomless. At Dancing Jug one person can have a beer for example and the other a cocktail - doesn’t have to match. 10/10 will be back! And will need to try Charminster one too

Although I didn't drink alcohol we all had the bottomless brunch and I did my best to drink as much fruity mocktail as I could in the alloted timeframe, but the real star was the included meal, for which I had a Roast Lamb dinner and it was absolutely spot on 👌 for the £30 quid price including a dinner you would expect to pay £15 for i think it was a pretty good deal 👍

We had to wait 30 mins for a table we booked, it was outside in the freezing cold, no choice. The server asked us to leave before the 2.5 hours was up because he wanted the table for someone else even though he made us wait 30 minutes for it. When we refused he rolled his eyes and walked off. When we got the bill and asked to remove the service charge we were told no, so we had to pay £30 for a terrible service. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT COME HERE. My friends and I came here for our birthday celebrations and it was an awful experience. Firstly, we had pre-booked a week in advance and they still did not have a table ready for us. We had to wait for a group of ladies to leave to have their table. Then drinks took 20 minutes to come out everytime we ordered a drink. Only once did a server come to our table and ask for drinks, we either had to go to the bar ourselves or ask a server as they walked past. We had to chase our food multiple times and when it did finally come (over an hour after we arrived) it was wrong and had to be sent back. I had the hunters chicken and the chicken was so dry I struggled to eat it which was a shame because it was actually nice. We noticed that all our glasses had lipstick marks around the rim, so they clearly do NOT clean their glasses between uses!!! When it came to paying, we asked to remove the 10% service charge as we had basically NO service and we were just told ‘sorry about, that but it’s mandatory’. If you’re planning to do a bottomless brunch, GO ELSEWHERE!

Awful experience, do not recommend! Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Came here with my friends for our birthdays and the service was quite frankly appalling. We were served once the whole time within the 2.5 hours. We had to go to the bar and ask for drinks which then had lipstick marks all over the glasses… do they not wash the glasses?!? Not only that, they ran out of ingredients for some cocktails and still made them, such as the elderflower cocktail, they ran out of elderflower but served us it anyways 😂 The food was decent but it took over an hour to come and when it was it was the complete wrong order, so we had to wait even longer to get what we actually ordered. We asked to take the service charge off at the end but were told it was mandatory. I don’t mind paying a service charge if we had good service but it was the complete opposite. Will not be returning. I guess you get what you pay for and there’s a reason it’s so cheap.

I booked a table a month in advance for myself and my 3 friends and had jazzed them all up for an afternoon to remember having been the only one who has visited before. The visit did not disappoint, we were SO WELL take care of by Goktug and they promised to make our night fun and didn’t disappoint. We plan to visit and request them again and again. What a day. Thanks princess 👑 ❤️

My girlfriend was having a meal with her friends and told the server that she didn’t want to do bottomless brunch when the server responded asking her age and then following up by saying “don’t you think that is embarrassing?”… I was speechless when my girlfriend told me this and just wanted to write this to hopefully get this relayed to your front of house staff so that they can learn how this lacks a multitude of professionalism and I’m sure the dancing jug does not want to portray an image of staff that peer pressure and make customers feel bad about their decisions to not drink alcohol

This place will force staff to work with severe sickness bug and suspected norovirus. They do not care about the health of their customers. Avoid.

We went on Saturday 21st of December and were served by Cidgem and Jules. The service was absolutely amazing with zero faults, with a smile and as polite and professional as it can get. The food was absolutely amazing, I especially recommend the Margarita Pizza which was one of the best pizzas I’ve had and every drink was served quick enough that it was a job to finish the last one. Thank you very much from Karen, Pete, Susie, Johnny, Emma & Bailey. Karen says ‘a special thank you for the best Aperol Spritz in town’.

Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review as I do prefer your bottomless brunches but I Wouldn’t recommend going on a Saturday evening/night we went for a birthday bottomless brunch we had to share our table with another group of girls who were not the nicest to us. we waited nearly an hour for our first round of drinks and we had finished the 2 small pitchers quite quickly as there was 7 of us by the time we had our second round we was nearly to the end of our time for bottomless brunch we ended up getting a half an hour extension for the slow service the food was all very good even tho it came out near the end off our bottomless brunch because we had to re order out food because they didn’t seem to have the pre order so once we had that we just ended up leaving and going else we’re.

I’ve always been quite negative about the place….. but after going there yesterday for brunch it as brilliant! We had a huge group and the place was packed…. But all the food came out together (which is super impressive for such a big group!) the food we did get was really nice and the drinks were topped up regularly! The staff were working really hard and were very attentive making sure we were all looked after! Great work to all the team tonight!

We had our Christmas party last Thursday, at the charminster road venue. Fifteen of us came.There was a bit of a mix up with the menus, but we were happy with what we had. Some of us got up to sing karaoke, even I did, after refusing point blank all night, until I was bribed 🤣🤣🤣 Great atmosphere. The staff were lovely too Thank you very much, and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁🍾

Went here on Saturday and it was honestly one of the best bottomless brunch I have been too. They where very busy but always made sure we had a drink and put orders in for our next. Sorry I have forgotten the workers names but the guy with the earring and a women with diamond necklace was best! They had such great vibes :)

Bottomless brunch here is soooooo bad, I don’t think I’ve ever had worse cocktails and you spend more time waiting to order drinks than actually having them. The staff are nice though, unfortunately they have to try and make the most of a horrendously disorganised place.

Frequent visitors to this gem of a find recommended to us by family. We usually go on a Monday evening where the food is half price. Just had the most amazing fillet steak, probably one of the best cooked to perfection and my husband’s cheeseburger was freshly prepared and not frozen and delicious. Myself and friends just had a Birthday party and had Bottomless Brunch, the service was amazing, the bartender was amazing and Ella went beyond to ensure our friends birthday was extra special, will definitely return and recommend to others.

The owner was lovely. I only popped in for a drink and ended up having a great chat with her and singing karaoke after quiz night. Clean establishment, with pool tables and a cozy little garden area. Definitely going to visit again Right up the road from the NICI where I was staying .

Our server was Goktug and he was brilliant, fast service and very understanding even with some people at my table who were very demanding, Goktug kept very professional and patient and was overall and amazing server.

Came here for Sunday roast. Food was excellent, hot, the beef was so tender, loved the sweet flavour of the cabbage, the Yorkshire pudding was out of this world and service was fab. If I lived closer I would eat here every week

Food was awful, drinks included in bottomless brunch had little to no alcohol and were very low quality. Atmosphere on edge. Very disappointing. If you do go, don’t order the burgers or pizza, I’ve had much better quality food at 3am from a kebab shop

I was extremely dissatisfied with the food and the drinks during a bottomless brunch. The food looked and tasted like kebab van food when i was expecting something slightly nicer. The drinks tasted like cheap lidl juice and felt like there was barely and alcohol in them at all. Overall extremely disappointed with the experience and was not worth the money

Great price and deal for bottomless brunch. As long as the staff weren’t too stretched they were great at topping us up. Food and drinks themselves were ok, reminded me of Wetherspoons a bit. Staff were really accommodating.

We came here for a bottomless brunch when we stayed at Bournemouth for a weekend. The service was excellent. We pre ordered our food and it was fine (we weren't there for the food) but plenty of options to choose from. The drinks were exceptional and plentiful. The service was amazing and extremely good value for money! Would highly recommend

Went for the bottomless brunch for a stag do, booking was easy and they were flexible when we needed to move the times just a week before although we did get a call the day before asking us to push our table back half an hour, no big deal to us. Atmosphere was great and food was pretty much what I’d expect for the price of bottomless brunch, mixed reviews across the table. Did forget one of our parties order and rectified the issue straight away. Overall had a good night. Marked 3* for food as we ordered cocktails through the night, if you’re expecting actual cocktails do not come here… we received huge jugs of slushy drinks which were pretty hard to drink. Overall service was good from our waitresses however we had to follow up orders 2 or 3 times, always friendly and happy. Unfortunately one of your waitresses was also overheard ‘slagging off’ one of our group to another which was disappointing especially when we’re told service charge isn’t optional with bottomless brunch… Overall had a great time!

Absolutely awful. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Me and my party came in for bottomless brunch. our server Ade looked like she had just come back from Nam so rude and hostile. When we asked for my friend to have one cocktail without the alcohol it was as if we were asking her for loose change. Absolutely disgusting service the only positive out of the whole experience was the food. seriously this place needs to take a hard look at who they are employing and rethink.

I have been drinking Guinness for the better part of a decade. My entire adult life. I work as a bartender in Ireland. The pint of Guinness i was served here was absolutely disgusting to be perfectly honest. I don’t know if the kegs are crap or the lines haven’t been cleaned since the place opened. What is going on here??? Probs fine for a beer but don’t go near the black stuff.

Best experience of my life. I have done so many bottomless brunches, but normally the waiters can’t be arsed. DIFFERENT STORY with Ade and Teresa!!! They made sure we had the best experience possible, ensuring that we had every drink we asked for and it truly was BOTTOMLESS!!! If you want a bottomless brunch that’s ACTUALLY bottomless, look no further. Xxx

Such a lovely place staff are so helpful and attentive. We had bottomless brunch and the drinks tasted lovely and they were coming out to us really fast no hanging around for your next drink. Would definitely recommend this place 👌
